Haddon Hall

I recently rented an apartment at Haddon Hall through Minto. Our consultant, Julie, efficiently provided information on suite details, amenities, costs, and contract guidance. The apartment is appealing and even better than in the photos. Looking forward to moving in.

Le Haddon Hall à Montréal!

Édifice mythique rempli d'histoire de classe et de confort.
Très bien situé entre le village de Westmount et le centre ville de Montréal. Au pied de la montagne, près des cafés, des restaurants et des épiceries fines.
Une belle vie de quartier au coeur d'une grande ville.

Ma conjointe originaire de la ville de Québec et moi ayant grandi dans le secteur du Haddon Hall avons adoré nos années dans dans cet immeuble de grand standing, haut plafond, plancher de bois franc, grandes pièces et en plus une équipe de gestion exceptionnelle.

Nous sommes devenu avec le temps des gens très exigeants et le Haddon Hall à excédé nos attentes.

Beautiful building with lots of history and architecture with a twist of old and new mixes into one! Close to downtown, universities, Griffintown and Old Port!

If you're looking for an apartment in downtown Montreal, I highly recommend Haddon Hall! It's a beautiful, renovated character building in a great location. It's like living in a piece of history but with all the benefits of modern living, including new kitchens, appliances etc. But what I am most impressed with is their property management team! When after a couple of years, I decided to move to a different suite within the building; they were extremely accommodating and made the move so easy and stress-free. Their overall communication, attention to detail, and genuine interest in residents' well-being set them apart.
I'm also continually impressed by how clean and well-maintained the building is. It's a testament to their hard work and dedication!

The team organized a wonderful Christmas get together this year. What a wonderful event it was - So many residents showed up, giving us an opportunity to meet a lot of people. The event was very organized and fun to attend. Well done. The management team at Haddon Hall is one of the best we have ever encountered. They care about the tenants, this is a perfect example.
