The service was excellent. I called on the same day and luckily I had an appointment for coupe/hair cut in an hour. Monsieur Jacques Fournier was an excellent stylist for me and did a great job. He was professional in his work and had a friendly demeanour.

Marianna is a new edition to the team but she is great. Very professional and my hair always look gorgeous.

Un accueil très chaleureux, les profs comme les étudiants sont très sympas. On m'a pris directement sans rdv pour m'arranger. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, je recommande!

Staff was very friendly, free cup of coffee was nice and most importantly the hair cut was amazing. Also the free parking was very useful.:)

Le coiffeur Ermanno est super pro des tendances pour les coupes de cheveux. L’équipe nous traite au petit soins.

Mes cheveux que j'ai eu cendré durant plusieurs années sont maintenant roux et pour les récupérer je dois faire un démaquillant ou des mèches = les endommagé. Merci! Un endroit où je ne retournerai pas et que je déconseille.

J'avais besoin d'une nouvelle tête! Je me suis payée une métamorphose. Ça a été très réussi! Et tout le monde a été super gentil.

Expérience très positive! Très satisfaite de ma coupe par Pierre. Tout le personnel est vraiment sympathique et le local est beau. Je recommande pleinement, et j’y retournerai c’est certain!

Rush through traffic after work to come in on time, my colorist was 20 min late, no sorry for the delay.he did a great job (hence to 2 stars). The lady who washed my hair left me without a brush (didn't even brush my hair after the color, no bye nothing). Quality of the coloration: 5, quality of the customer service: 0.

It's a nice salon, been happy with the staff very nice polite, classy atmosphere. It's expensive, fun to go to and the hairdressers are all great. Try the cappuccino it's amazing. High quality hair products are also sold/available here.

La meilleure endroit pour se faire faire les cheveux. Ils sont vraiment spécialisés dans leurs catégorie. J'y vais depuis plus de 4 ans et je ne changerais pas de place. Demander Pierre il est mon coiffeur et je l'adore.

R/V a 16.30h. Mauvais service de la part de la réceptionniste. Tout le monde a hâte de partir. Conduit 10 km pour rien.

Personnels très souriants et gentils, toujours un plaisir de se faire coiffer la bas. Les coiffeurs savent ce qu'ils font!

Went to this salon 2 days ago and had a great conversation with my hairdresser. That's where the good things stop.
My cut is awful. It's choppy, with 'layers' that force my curls/waves to poof to the side and make my head look like a diamond shape - it was also cut far shorter than what I initially asked for. Although the stylist checked in with me to make sure she cut to my desired length, she ended up cutting it shorter and shorter without my approval.
Not only this, but she did not communicate when services cost extra. I had chosen this salon because it said prices were starting at $35, and I had confirmed with a staff member that this was true. When I went to pay, it was instead $69. I'm a university student, so I'm obviously not rich and didn't expect to pay this amount. I was never informed what the elevation of the price was based on and left feeling awful about the experience. My hair wasn't very long or difficult to deal with to begin with.
Overall, make sure you continuously ask how much it will end up being. If you have curly/wavy hair I wouldn't recommend going here as it seems they don't know how to create a flattering style.
