The hotel itself is nice but too expensive for what it offers. There is no restaurant or bar onsite. So all it is to offer you is a nice room. For what they charge you its not worth it. Better spots for the same price. Staff is nice and I was treated well so if all you need is a room and are willing to spend $250 per night this is your place. I will not return

La personne à la réception était des plus désagréable. Toute demande lui semblait être une corvée. La salle de bain n'était pas prête. Plus de savon, de gel douche etc. Le petit déjeuner très moyen. Couverts en plastique que j'ai cassé trois fois pour finir mon bacon. Je ne recommande pas spécialement vu le prix.

Dirty sheets on bed, body hairs, awful.
Had to remake the king size bed with queen size sheets, this is after they had already brought us queen sized sheets and we requested king sized sheets.
You don't expect this of a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is nice. HOWEVER i was totally thrown off by the TOURIST TAX! Next time will have my Canadian family book for me. I reserved 2 rooms, thus having the same charge twice

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are well equipped, comfortable and quiet. The amenities are fantastic, including the great breakfast buffet. The highlight of my stay was the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond with a smile 100% recommend this hotel!

Customer service was incredible and we had no problem having our dog stay with us. The staff were clearly animal lovers, so they're superstars in our books! Very clean and comfortable room. Highly recommended.

We love Hampton Inns and this was no exception! Everyone in our family including our dog was warmly welcomed. Breakfast was fantastic as was the coffee and selection of tea. Our room as well as common areas were very clean. Covid protocols were clear. And the location is near the metro and a short drive into the heart of Montreal as well as beautiful nature trails.

Grande déception, étant habitué avenir ici, j'avais tt le temps des chambres adéquates, cette fois, pour commencer lorsque j'écris un mail disant que je suis allergique aux acariens, ils me répondent avec des points d'interrogation tout court! Alors je reecris poliment pour leur expliquer cela. Une fois arrivé, la réceptionniste de nuit me parlais en anglais et je répondait en français à 3 reprises, après cela elle me dit c'est vous qui a des allergies? Je dis oui, elle dit OK et même voyant qu'il y avait une personne âgée avec moi, me donne une chambre vers la fin du corridor du troisième étage, serviettes tachés, poils dans les draps et taies d'oreillers, évier salle de bain bouché. Bref j'étais choqué. Je me suis dit bon, je viens souvent ici ça se peut que c'est une erreur et c'est juste une nuit, laisse passer cela. Mais le matin, j'etait choqué par l'arrogance de la fille de la réception qui quand je lui disait cela gentillement, elle me disait: montre moi les photos! Je lui disait que je voulait lui nommer car j'etait client, elle me replique: non C impossible ce que vous dites! Comme si elle me traite de menteur! JE SUIS DÉÇU! Jamais j'y retournerais.

Took good care of Covid Safety Measures Lots of Sanitation stations and wipes available everywhere
Love the hotel so clean rooms, amazing hot intercontinental breakfast everything fresh Staff is amazing

Amazing maintenance of the room, great breakfast menu. But with tv they should have Netflix or Amazon options and WiFi can't be trusted as it's not a secured website to use, it can hack phones.

Plus que décevant, scandaleux compte tenu du prix de la chambre. Nous y avons passé une nuit pendant notre quatorzaine de retour de voyage: une vraie catastrophe.soutien à la clientèle qui doit restée confinée: pas de table dans la chambre pour s'installer pour manger, tu mange au goût du cuisinier nourriture très cheap plus tu dors avec tes poubelles malgré que j ai demandée un sac à poubelle.voilà le «service à la clientèle» de l'hôtel.
De plus, la propreté de la chambre était plus que douteuse.tapis sale, poussière sur les meubles. Cheveux Installation désuète: j'ai même pas fini mes 3 jours à l hôtel.
J'ai passée une mauvaise expérience et je ne le recommande à personnes c'est just un gros busniss pas de remboursement.

Propreté zéro: drap sale, moquette pas propre avec nourriture et ongle coupe que mon bebe a ramasse, tiroir avec affaire des ancien client: chapeau et feuille dessiné d'un gamin.vraiment déçu de l'état de la chambre alors qu'on devrait recevoir une chambre décontaminée on trouve une chambre pas propre et on paye 400$ la nuit! Du délire!

Repas super délicieux et chauds, avec options sans-gluten, puis le petit-déj avec l'option yogourt sans produit laitiers et les fruits frais et galettes. La chambre était très propre et tranquille. L'équipe est très courtoise.

Stuff is not helpful, the food was closer to Walmart frozen dinner, and they put it on the floor, staff was not observant of Covid regulations, nothing was disinfected, staff would take off their masks. Overall, the stay at Hampton Inn was horrid. Can't believe this is a government approved hotel.

Transfer from Montreal airport to hotel, cost paid by hotel.

Stayed here for 3nights quarantine.
Staff is very good and caring.

Food is supplied to room, kept outside the door and informed by knocking.

Food supply is on timely manner.
Being vegan, got finger chips, and veg fried rice.raw veggies, juice, apple, yogurt.
It was good stay.enjoyed the stay.

Like and suggests all whoever visit Canada in covid time.

Service friendly. Everything else in the room was good except the food they provide you in quarantine. Breakfast yesterday.on the menu it says they provide you with "muffin, Danish, fresh fruit, bagel with cream cheese, juice and bottled water". They gave me a pre packaged small muffin, no Danish, the orange I received was hard and developed a bit of mold, and I did not get a bagel.instead I got a boiled egg. The juice was one of those hospital sized containers. You'd think with the rate they are charging, they would give you a decent meal and not one that costs less than 2.00 CAD. The lunch and dinner weren't that much better.quality and quantity are not enough. And this is coming from a 4'10 female who weighs 110lbs.please, management if you're reading this, make the meals bigger and more palatable.invest some more money into your kitchen budget.

It's sad to see that for years, there's a large chunk of cement that is knocked out above the carport (probably due to an oversized truck). Yes, it matters, as it makes you wonder what other important issues management does not care about correcting. It's enough to turn customers away (me). It's a shame, as this hotel used to be well managed in the past.

The staff was friendly and attentive to out needs while in our 3 night stay. The food provided was not the greatest, and not worth the price paid for, thats why I give them 4 starts instead of the 5 their personnal should have.

We recently stayed at this property for our quarantine. We were very happy with the hotel and its services. The team at Hampton Inn deserves a special mention as they understand customer service really well.

The room was well appointed and spacious.

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant and had outsourced the food and beverage requirements to a catering company during this time. The meals offered during quarantine were great.

We were accompanied by our infant daughter and simple requirements of her were taken care too. The hotel dint have milk for baby, however they went out and organized milk for our daughter the next morning. Highly appreciate it.

We requested for breakfast at 5 am on our check out date and decent option was organized and sent across to our room. It was not their breakfast serving time, however it was managed.

Cheers to Samantha, Brianna, Susanne, John and the security team for their hospitality.

Danielle is a very warm hotelier and handles the show seamlessly with her team. Grateful.

Je suis partie aider ma mère pour le rapatriement de mon père et ensuite organiser son enterrement, en revenant du voyage, je suis resté dans cet hôtel pendant les 03 jours de quarantaine imposés par le gouvernement, la chambre était propre mais la nourriture imposée par l’hôtel est pas saine, on est loin d’un repas santé surtout pour le prix exorbitant payé, le menu était déjà préparé, on avait pas un choix de repas, les repas étaient sous forme de sandwich, wrap, hamburger, on dirait qu’ils étaient acheté d’un dépanneur, une cuisine fast-food pas digne d’un établissement de ce nom. Ils nous ont imposé un tarif non remboursable de 3jours, malgré qu’on reçoit nos résultats du test covid en moins de 24heures. L’idéal c’était de nous faire payer une nuit à la fois et non pas nous obliger à payer 3 nuits non remboursables et remettre ça sur le dos des directives du gouvernement, cela a fait l’affaire des hôteliers, ils refusent de nous donner les détails des dépenses afin qu’on puisse comprendre les prix des repas et les prix d’hébergement, on aurait pu refuser les repas et nous faire livrer les repas nous mêmes. Ils ont négocier les repas les moins cher afin de faire plus de profit.

We stayed as part of the Canadian Government covid quarantine program. 1428 dollars for three nights. Stayed for one night checking out at 11 am without refund for the rest. Cleaning was poor, there were chips on the floor after the previous customer. The staff was busy and rude with us after we complained about only receiving one breakfast for three people. We did not get the cot we had requested. Upon arrival it was suggested we are responsible for providing food to our almost 2 year old, I'm not sure how they thought that was going to work out. I asked for a partial refund for the nights we did not stay, but did not even get a proper reply.

The staffs were extremely friendly and nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Wifi connection is good.
The only thing I don’t like was the breakfast. The man only gave us 1 forzen muffin which is you need to put in microwave yourself in the room and 1 bag of boiled egg. We asked for more eggs for two ppl. He said he can only gave us one bag of egg and one muffin for two ppl? !? !
Also I took the cutlery from the table and he told me to put it back as he has already put inside the bag for us.
Additonal, we need to make coffee in our room. They don’t provide downstairs in the morning.
The breakfast was free. So don’t get too much expectation. But for us as a breakfast eater, a little bit upset about it.

Stayed 1 night Sept 2020. Rooms were clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Occupancy was very low so never heard any other guests. There was lots of hand sanitizer and wipes so we felt very safe.

This is a nice hotel. Clean but basic.
They offer a breakfast but that has been down sized of course due to Covid and to be expected.
There was no bath tub in our room and we have small kids so for us that is a downfall. But there was a microwave and fridge. The location is in the West Island which is a nice suburb area of Montreal. Not far from restaurants and the mall. Also close to the airport but far enough away to have peace and quiet.

The two front desk staff I met were wonderful. The lady in the evening greeted me by name when I returned the second night, and the lady in the morning was trying to innovate the alternative breakfast in these times of covid. She presented be with a bagel and hard boiled eggs to compliment the paper bag with a muffin, yogurt, fruit etc.

The manager an old lady with black hair refused to reimburse me and told me that I lost my money even if I didn't even check in the hotel or even see the room. I called again to explain the situation to why I didn't check in and she rudely told me that I lost my money and too bad. I asked for her name she refused and then hanged up on me. Learn some manners especially as a hotel manager. I never got reimbursed and I never stayed in the room so that is called paying for a service I did not receive at your hotel.

It was really good from the pool to the friendly employees. Since it's Thanksgiving me and my aunt have no family here so we decided to come for one night. It was really nice and I'm pleasantly surprised by the great treatment we got. Especially during this time. I really recommend it here 100%!
