Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Quebec City /Saint-Romuald

I have stayed here twice now. I like this hotel, good sized rooms. The staff has always been very friendly. The breakfast is standard, eggs are strange, my boss calls them sponge eggs because of the consistency and I think that’s appropriate. Restaurant next door is solid.

Nice, clean and comfortable room. Not haunted. Great breakfast. Always pleased with Hampton Inn.

Bel hôtel, mais sans plus. Le confort est là, la nourriture du buffet au déjeuner est bonne. Il y a gym et piscine intérieure comme commodités intéressantes. Toutefois, les prix sont trop élevés pour ce que c'est…. ça reste un hôtel simpliste.

Ne réservé jamais à cette hotel à l'avance, ils ont une politique de cancellation de 21 jours avant la date du séjour. Même après avoir parlé avec le directeur il refuse de m'arranger un arrangement et maintien qu'il me charge 1 nuit quand même sans même m'offrir de déplacer mon séjour. Il devrait avoir une approche un peu plus humaine surtout lorsqu'ils est question de virus (gastro) un jour avant le séjour. Fini la chaîne Hilton pour moi, réservé plus tôt dans un hotel Jaro ils sont beaucoup plus compréhensif

Un séjour remarquable, avec un service impressionnant, j'ai vue de l'humanité en fin de semaine, les clients sont bien accueilli peut-importe qui ce présente à l'accueil.

La qualité des suites, sont très bonnes pour le prix payé. Très confortables et bien insonorisées. La salle de bain était propre et tout était parfait pour l'arrivée.

La piscine est sécuritaire, il faut la débarrez avec la carte de votre chambre ou bien votre téléphone pour y avoir accès, donc très sécuritaire pour les familles aux jeunes enfants. Même choses pour le gym.

Le déjeuner était super, il y avait beaucoup de variétés.

Le soir dans l'accueil c'est très calme, parfait pour prendre un thé ou un chocolat chaud et discuter devant le foyer.

Merci à Jimmy, il a pris le temps de discuter avec nous, très sympathique.

Pas avenants, ne savent pas ce qu’est un late check out. Membre diamant non perçu, perte de contrôle au déjeuner il manque de tout de manière continue. La robinetterie de bain éclabousse hors du bain et la prise de bain est impossible puisque le bouchon n’est pas du tout étanche. Les employés de réception ne sont pas habillés en tenue représentative de la chaîne. Bref, de tous les Hilton fait celui-ci bien que récent est plutôt ordinaire.

A great hotel. Rooms are nice and quite clean. Breakfast is pretty standard. They have a coffee, tea, and hot chocolate (probably seasonal) counter in the front. Gym is pretty good, although the treadmills have issues (2 of them periodically slow down a lot, 1 trips the circuit breaker often so it needs to be reset). Staff are bilingual. Overall, a great choice for staying near Québec City.

Verre en carton seulement dans la chambre, le bruit extérieur est mal isolé, réveillé à 4 hrs du matin par une déneigeuse dans le stationnement, pas possible de dormir jusqu'à ce qu'il termine 2 heures plus tard. Le matin au déjeuner, il n'y a plus de places pour manger et presque plus de nourriture. Déçu de mon expérience pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Séjour parfait avec ma petite famille. Lit confortable, immeuble récent, déjeuner matinal super bon. Et un merci spécial à Myriam à l’accueil qui a su répondre à tous nos besoins rapidement:) Nous y retournons avec grande joie

La suite junior était très belle et propre mais le contrôle de la clim murale vaut pas cher la livre. Difficulté a bien garder la température demandée et difficulté a fermer la clim (appuyer 20 sec sur le logo "fan"). Un peu dommage que ces indications ne sont pas mentionnées.

We are loyal Hilton fans and love staying at any of the chains. Our favourite is Homewood Suites but this time we stayed at a Hampton Inn. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is great and staff are friendly.
The pool was nice. We had to book a reservation for 45 min slots but it was not a problem at all. The location is very convenient - there’s a Costco, Archimbault, Bulk Barn and LaTulippe across the street.

The only criticism we have is the lack of lighting in the room and it could also use more furniture. Some arm chairs would have been useful.

This was the first time I was going to a hotel since COVID19 started. I was very impress with the safety measures of this hotel and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The room was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. I didn't expect to have a hot breakfast with such excellent choice. In this stressful time to travel, it was great to feel safe and appreciated as a customer.

Front desk staff were really nice and welcoming. They made sure we were ok during our entire stay. Shout out to Mai! She was so nice and lovely.

Beautiful room. Helpful, courteous staff. One Level 2 Tesla charger in their parking area near lobby door. They will need more chargers

I am using this hotel for business trips, which are on the South Shore, since they built it. The service is excellent, the rooms are clean and in cold winters they have heated (pay) underground parking. The restaurant offers a good choice of quality meals at a reasonable price. It's located a couple of minutes away from the Hwy 20 East and West ramps. When the bridges are not in construction, it's a breeze to get to Ste-Foy and Old Quebec.

Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Great location for travelling through Quebec. Would stay again.

Le service et la chambre rien à dire, de même pour la propreté Cependant le petit déjeuné c'est très décevant: La porte de la cuisine étant ouverte on pouvait apercevoir beaucoup de désordre.le breakfast était entièrement du surgelé de très mauvaise qualité. Inutile de mettre en avant le petit déjeuné offert dans le prix de la chambre quand cela est aussi médiocre puis pour finir le lieu du petit déjeuné était dans l'entrée de l'hôtel donc ce n'était pas agréable.

This place is spectacular. Everybody was helpful and wonderful. The late night front desk lady is wonderful alway pleasant and make my stay enjoyable. I commend everyone.

To this lower I would add breakfast was awesome! Lovely staff served me. And the showers were the very best! No guide on the tv remote but no one is perfect: but still this hotel compared to others on 20 is 9.9 out of 10 and I will stay here again and again on my way back from Halifax or even if I come to Quebec City!

Great hotel. We're stay there several times every year and it is clean and convenient and friendly. This hotel remains a go-to for us throughout the pandemic! We trust Hampton Inns and Hilton!

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Covid self distancing in the dinning room was an issue. Although marked areas the hotel customers were not following instructions. Hotel not at fault.

Good location, easy access to and from the highway. A good selection of restaurants within walking distance or short car ride.

Great place to stay when coming back from Halifax, clean room, complimentary breakfast. Hotel staff are great. Lots choice of food within walking distance.

Très bel hôtel. Bien situé, plusieurs restaurants aux alentours et magasins. À quelques minutes du vieux Québec. L’hôtel est très propre, chambre spacieuse (lit king avec divan) et le personnel très sympathiques. L’homme à l’accueil durant notre séjour nous a conseillé de bons endroits à visiter. Le déjeuner compris était très satisfaisant. J’y retournerais sans hésiter!

Emplacement près des principaux liens routiers (ponts et autoroutes). Très grandes chambres de construction récente et très propres. Mesures sanitaires efficaces. Je recommande.

Nice and clean room, good breakfast and close to grocery stores. The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked to thank Daria for her helpful information about places to visit.

Fantastic hotel. Great people, very clean. Rooms are very well insulated, AC works perfectly, absolutely great. I will stay nowhere else in the future.

Like i was there at your hotel for a stay. I had not received the security deposit yet. It has been more than one month. I have been calling them regarding this from 2-3 weeks. Firstly they were listening my problem and were saying that they will solve it. But now after listening my call they put it on hold and than cut the call. I had also tried to call them again but they don’t answer any of my call. It’s too rude behaviour by them.

The staff were so nice our rooms were super clean and comfortable. They messaged us when we got settled to make sure we had everything we needed. When we were leaving early in the morning the front desk guy chased us down and made sure we took a little breakfast to go. Best Hotel ever.

It was just ok. Traveled across canada and stayed at multiple motels for multiple nights but this is the first motel i stayed at where they did not change our sheets or give us clean fresh towels.never even made our bed.will not return here. RED ZONE or not i stayed in lots of red zones and my bed and fresh towels were.there daily.will not be back

J'ai aimé l'accueil chaleureux, le personnel souriant, la propreté des corridors, la chambre spacieuse, le petit frigo, la température ambiante, la litterie et le café/eau citronnée disponibles en bas à toute heure. J'ai moins aimé le lit bruyant et la piscine qui n'était pas très propre. J'ai tout de même vraiment apprécié mon séjour et je recommande cet hôtel.

A newer property so everything is modernized. A rather high end look for a Hampton inn. Room was comfortable, mattress and pillows were good. Pool and gym, breakfast as well as business center was excellent. The only negative was the sliding door for the bathroom without a lock. The door doubled up as a door for the closet when not used for the bathroom. A weird set up. There is also laundry facilities on site. Eateries are limited, and the ones nearby are VERY expensive.

The fitness room was modern and the pool was good. The renovation is very beautiful and modern looking. The floors were quiet during April break. However, the breakfast area seating is a bit small and was crowded my first day there.

Great stay with superb facilities. I was not expecting such a nice place with such a nice breakfast for such good value. I will definitely be going back. Nice pool, gym, washrooms etc. Everything was just perfect.

If you're planning on sleeping past 6: 00am on a weekday, I've some tips for you. Make very sure you request the front desk gives you a room on the south side of the building. At 6: 00am on the North side.there's some construction workers yelling very loudly and guessing by the sounds.angrily throwing metal cymbals or beams at construction bobcat trying to backup through an obstacle course with the corresponding beeps played through a megaphone. I mean. I could just be regular construction but holy heck.its really loud and early.

Why I'm even mentioning this is.the hotel was virtually empty. So.why would the front desk staff place my family (young kids, and grandparent) in 2 rooms on the construction side of an empty hotel?

I've racked my brain on this.it's just apathy. Pure. " eh.who cares? " on their part.

Awesome customer service would be " Sir, there's many rooms to choose from, may I recommend we put you and your family in some rooms on the south side, to avoid the constriction noise we've been experiences these last few weeks" That type of customer service is not this hotel.

So, you're booking it for the pool? You're in luck.it's a sauna and pool in one big open room. If you want to sit poolside and watch the kids splash about.dress in a speedo. It's gotta be 40 Celsius in the pool area.

Oh.and the free breakfast. Yes.they have one and yes it's free. I mean the dry goods stuff is on par. Perhaps it was the same kitchen staff there all 3 of our mornings who thought scrambled eggs are best as chalky as possible. To counter the chalky eggs, you can wash it down with disturbingly greasy paper thin bacon.stick to the toast, cereal and coffee.

Now.immediately below my review will probably be some cut & paste management response saying " we try" or "we value" blah blah blah. I raised all these issues with the front desk (Sarah) and manager (Maggie). Nothing. No response. Perfect Apathy.

Au bordure de la belle grande ville de Québec. St-Romuald es t un endroit tres charmant.au abort de Lévi.je recomande cet hôtel a toute les voyageurs de passage.servi impeccable.propreté impeccable.grandeur des chambre.important et satisfesante.petit déjeuner continental pourais etre mieux avec une machinne a gaufres.et du bacon.et les saucisson pourais etre plus totie.mais en général. Je leur donne 5 félicitations beau travail.je reviendrais chez vous.

J'ai vraiment adoré. Hôtel très propre. Bon accueil. Chambre hyper clean et spacieuse. Confort exceptionnel. Piscine et gym très fonctionnel. Large choix au déjeuner gratuit. Je n'ai que de bons commentaires.
Le plus, quand j'ai eu besoin de rencontrer un client et imprimer un document, le centre d'affaires au 2ème étage était parfait. L'impression de documents était gratuit.

Super endroit, très propre, décor attrayant, personnel courtois, nourriture en quantité, qualité et choix pour le déjeuner. Facile d'accès par l'autoroute et près des resto, saq et tout, prix raisonnable lit confortable calmr pour dormir. Piscine à la bonne température.

Les chambres sont parfaites. Le ménage laisse un peu à désirer et l'eau de l' piscine est assez froide

Un bel endroit neuf, confortable, personnel accueillant, près de beaucoup de service. Nous avons eu droit à un upgrade de notre chambre sans frais supplémentaires. Un endroit à découvrir.

Un endroit bien propre avec des gens souriant et de service. Par contre je suis obligé de souligner qu'il n'a aucune forme de récuperation. Petit déjeuné dans des assiettes de carton, premier problème, et aucun triage de récupération. Vivre les vrais assiettes et tasses lavables.

Mais pourquoi tous les verres a café dans les chambres et dans l'espace déjeuner et pourquoi toute la vaisselle déjeuner est du jetable? Pourquoi des ustensiles en plastique?
Vous avez une police d'économie d'eau pour les serviettes. Pourquoi pas de politique sur les déchets? Des verres en votre et des tasses de porcelaine, c'est si compliqué?

Great prices and quick access to the highway. The staff is great and since the hotel is new it is nice and modern with plenty of electricity plugs.

This is very clean and modern hotel with a nice pool and gym, they also offer a free hot breakfast. The beds were nice and comfortable along with the pillows. There are restaurants and stores within the building and walking distance. This is a great place to stay and I will stay again I'm the future

Everything was amazing but I reccomend keeping better fresh prepped fruit for breakfast like the hilton branches are known for. But definitely a great stay! Great customer service

Brand new hotel with very spacious rooms, nice pool area and inviting reception area. Great for short stay if you don't mind living out of your suitcase. Very odd arrangement for drawers, three aluminum ribbed pull out drawers and that is it! Very narrow closet for hanging coats and clothes. Had to ask for more hangars which they quickly delivered.
Having to place my clothes all over the makeshift space on window ledge and under counters, I overlooked some and nearly left some of my clothes behind. The rooms are HUGE! There is plenty of room for a proper chest to unpack and live like a civlized traveler. I refude to live oit of a suitcase for a week. We left early and found a place nearby where we didntchave to live out of our suitcase. Free breakfast with eggs, waffles and wondermeat, cereal etc.
All that being said, this IS a nice hotel that settles for "meh". Free WiFi is Great! A refrigerator you can use without being charged. This place is designed to accommodate a longer stay with ample room, maybe they ran out of funds for proper furnishings?
Very Spartan appointments. If you like minimalist, you will LOVE this place!
