A wonderful hotel staff very organizsed had a nice room was able to get a lot of rest,
The room itself very comfortable well appointed the had a heated pool which was nice to go and use.
Breakfast was good you have everything you need here which is always good.

Amazing experience with a friendly staff, always listening and ready to help if needed.
The rooms are clean, spacious. The only downside is there is no way to open the windows and no vent for the bathrooms
Other than that, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nous y avons passé une nuit en famille. Nous avons apprécié la qualité du service, le personnel est très courtois et efficace. Les chambres sont bien équipés et très propres. Excellents petits déjeuners les enfants ont bien aimé faire leurs gauffres! Belle petite piscine, peu achalendée ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Excellent rapport qualité/prix, nous y retournerons assurément lors d'un prochain séjours à Québec.

I highly recommend this place. While it's no luxury downtown hotel, this is by far the cleanest, most agreable hotel located in periphery of a city I went to so far.

Friendly staff, very clean property, nice rooms. The pool is fun for the kids. The sofa bed has a memory foam mattress instead of a uncomfortable spring mattress.

The included breakfast was typical of this kind of hotel chain, but the presentation and cleanest of the breakfast room was way better than other hotail chains.

Free parking in site with plenty of space to park and we'll lit.

Do not expect to be in a bucolic environnement. The hôtel is located beside a residential area, a grocery store and some stores just beside the highway. However, it is very practical and at about 15 minutes to Quebec downtown.

This will be my go-to hotel when going to Quebec city.

Une merveilleux expérience, Isabelle au l’accueil était superbe et amicale toujours. L’entrée était accueillant, le petit déjeuner? était délicieux et les enfants ont aimer les gaufres. Les lits étaient doux et la chambre était propre toujours. Nous avons profité beaucoup dans le piscine ‍️ les enfants ont bien nagé. Je recommande hautement à mes famille merci.

Je suis allé avec mes deux garçons de 15 et 12 ans. Nous avons trouvé l’endroit très propre, très confortable et un déjeuner inclut qui est généreux et très apprécié. Le prix était raisonnable pour le service obtenu. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent.

Our family enjoyed all aspects of this clean, modern hotel. The room was very comfortable and included all needed amenities, including some additional benefits. The lobby has a beautiful lounge, amazing complimentary breakfast, private bathroom and more. Pool was good, staff was very friendly and went out if their way to communicate in both official languages. We would definitely stay here again. Ample parking and free wifi.

Cet hôtel était très bien avant que les chiens soient acceptés. Entendre des chiens japper à travers les corridors n'est pas vraiment agréable. C'était notre dernier séjour ici malheureusement.

My dad, stepmom and I stayed here during our stay in Quebec City last week. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in and one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Loved it. Really nice rooms, friendly staff, great location, comfortable beds, etc. Loved the breakfast in the morning. Definitely one of my favourite hotels I've ever stayed in. Only downside is there's no hot tub at the pool. Great hotel and will definitely be coming back whenever I'm back in Quebec City. I recommend this hotel if you're staying in Quebec City. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This is a newer property and very nicely laid out. Service was very nice as well. The only negative was the business center which was a tablet on a stand with a printer built into the seat.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was good for complimentary. Tea and coffee station all the time was appreciated. Pool was a bit small for multiple families at the same time. Location was about 15 minutes out of the city. Conveniently close to the highway.

Nice hotel and the facilities are good. Included breakfast is great. The building is relatively new. Electric chargers near by.

Endroit neuf, très propre et très bien tenu. Il y a des ports usb partout dans la chambre pour recharger les multiples appareils de la famille.

Très bon service du personnel.

La climatisation dans les chambres est un peu caprieuse, il semble que l'hôtel entrevoit changer les thermostats.

Le déjeuner inclus le matin est bon avec suffisamment de choix. L'espace du buffet est cependant compact, on se pile sur les pieds.

J'ai aussi adoré le café gratuit dans le hall, en tout temps.

Si je devais retourner à Québec demain, je retournerais à cet hôtel sans problème.

Sejour en février 2022: IMPECCABLE! Jamais été aussi bien servi dans un hotel, même à comparé à de grandes chaînes d'hôtel. Mon conjoint, moi et notre fille de 2 ans avons adoré littéralement notre séjour, nous en parlons encore!

On a apprécié l hôtel, c est proche de tous les magasins et épiceries, bon déjeuner, gym et piscine étaient bien, la seule chose c est l air climatisé dans la chambre qui est bruyante, j aurai mis 4 étoiles et demi

Very clean. Nice staff and the rooms were great. Breakfast was included and we had a lot of fun. Safe area and well let. Very quiet too.

Good place. Nice amenities. Great people working there. One thing i didn't like is that the suite we checked in doesn't have exhaust fan.

It's newly build hotel and rooms were very spacious. We really liked this location as it's so close to Île d'Orléans, Quebec City and Chute-Montmorency, so you can go either way from this location. There is lot of small restaurants near by within 5-10 mins drive. Also we really enjoyed the breakfast which is included, lot of options to choose from and its so full with people which tells you everyone is enjoying this. Water was really cold in swimming pool which is the only thing I suggest to change if they can add some heating system, but kids still enjoyed the pool regardless of water being so cold. I will love to stay here again if we come back to visit Quebec city.

Definitely expensive than what you get for. This one is a fairly small property with very average breakfast. The Management company tried to cut cost wherever slightest opportunity they got. No yogurt in the breakfast (The first Hilton property where I see that), milk is in a jar not in paper pack. At night the receptionist only understands French. Being a Hilton property and 24 hrs reception not sure from where they had concluded that no English speaking guest will check in.
Definitely will not stay in this hotel. Cutting corners is good but not to the extent where small things irritate guests.

We visited Quebec City few days ago and we booked this hotel after reading the reviews and analysing the location etc. We found this hotel to be very nice. Next time when we visit Quebec will try to book it again if they are not sold out. Very clean hotel. Rooms are very good size and modern decor. Hotel staff was very supportive. We loved the location, there are lots of stores around the hotel and very close to Old Quebec City and other attractions. Breakfast was good and adequate. We stayed two nights, they changed the menu a bit everyday. First day, they had omelets and next day scrambled eggs in breakfast. Free internet and free parking. <br/>I wish they have more attractions and tourism literature in English. I found only one pamphlet in English, rest was all in French.

Very comfortable room but poor service room. I work at night, get up at 13: 00. I ask the office to tell the cleaning service to go at my room after 14: 00. Plus, I schedule the cleaning of my room with a cleaning lady on my floor at 14: 00.nothing. It's been 3 days of the week i'm here, I'm throwing my garbage everyday in the truck, taking my coffee near the office instead of have a small bag of coffee in my room to bree it. No towels change, no everything at all. What else, i'm running out of soap and shampoo.i'm gonna have to beg to the office. After 3 weeks in a row at the place, I ask my company to please, resend me to the Quality Inn Suites! What I don't understand is what are doing the cleaning team on my floor when I leave, there are least 2 or 3 people, I schedule every party to do it. Last time here

Hotel neuf (2-3 mois), donc tout est impeccables, mais aussi personnel attentionné et tranquille.

It was a slightly disappointing new Hampton. The breakfast bar was overcrowded and very warm. The room while clean, had some suspect issues.

Beautiful, clean and stylish hotel. Lovely suite-like room at a reasonable price. Staff was the key experience here though. Front desk was so friendly and helpful. Also, big props to the dining area coordinator. She kept everything we'll stocked, clean and was very helpful. I wish I could remember specific names of staff members. They deserve the recognition, especially since our prior experience at s Hampton in Vermont was not so good and we generally always use this hotel chain.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was good. It's a nice Hampton Inn. It's been recently renovated.

Great place to stay in Quebec whether one is alone or with his/her family. The place is surely well-maintained, highly cleaned in the inside and outside. The professional hotel staff give unprecedented services to potential customers.

The location of hotel is great, easy to get to from the highway and to get to the Old Quebec City. The room was bright and clean, stuff great and breakfast area welcoming with good breakfast.
We stayed at the hotel for two nights and will stay again when visiting area another time. Would strongly recommend the place to anyone planning to visit Quebec City as the location is very convenient.

Great new modern hotel. Very clean, easy access to highway and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was delicious and staff was very helpful. I would for sure recommend this location.
