Great selection, prices were reasonable, staff were a challenge to find at times. Quality range was good.

I recently purchased a suit from Harry Rosen for a family wedding. I requested alterations to ensure a perfect fit and was assured it would be ready on the morning of the wedding. Unfortunately, on the day of the wedding, my suit was not ready as promised, which caused significant inconvenience and stress. Really disappointed!

Martyne met us at the door and we asked her for a dark blue suit. She escorted us directly to Canali and picked out my size off the rack. I tried it in and we also got a pouffé and 2 linen shirts and 10 minutes after entering we were done. MARTYNE is a complete PRO! Thank you!

Une honte! Les vêtements sont magnifiques ça je ne le remets pas en question du tout! Par contre l'homme de la sécurité qui nous suit partout, même lorsque l'on change d'étage sous prétexte que l'on a les bottes de neige alors qu'il neige dehors je trouve ça inadmissible. Vous avez perdu des clients.

Ouch. J’entre dans le magasin habillé en joggings car j’étais au gym. Le staff ne me lâche pas des yeux comme si j’allais voler quelque chose. Je demande le prix d’un manteau (2000$), et on me parle comme si c’était hors de mes moyens. Funny.

Lors de la présence d'un événement passé auquel je n'ai malheureusement pas pu participer, elle a parlé pour moi au représentant de Ralph Lauren concernant un polo que je recherchais depuis des années. Et bien, elle a réussi à le trouver en parlant avec le dir représentant en question.

La livraison a pris plus de temps que prévu à cause, notamment de la COVID mais j'ai pu récupérer ma commande aujourd'hui. Je la remercie de sa patience, de son dévouement sans failles!

The worse customer service I have experienced at a luxury store. Their sales reps judge you based on what you are wearing. They were free and roaming around and not one greeted us or asked if we needed help with anything. I was in the market for a pair of dress shoes, my friend and I waited at the shoe section for over 15 minutes, a few reps waked by, looked at us and walked away. I am glad I walked a few steps further to Holt, their customer service was impeccable and I found my dream pair of dress shoes there. I will never walk into this location again.

Mon magasin préféré de vêtements. La qualité et le service sont excellents. Même si je rentre en sweatshirt, jeans et baskets, je suis reçu avec courtoisie et sérieux. Les ventes en ce moment sont inhabituellement généreuses et m'ont permis d'acheter complet italien, vestons et chemises de haute qualité jusqu'à 70% de rabais. Le système d'achat et de conseil en ligne est très performant aussi. Bravo.

Wow! A what an amazing personnel shopping experience. Marcelo put together an amazing outfit (sports coat, jeans, dress shirt, accessories) for a last minute business event that popped up. I would be remiss if I did not mention that several items needed alterations, which, they took care of same day (within two hours). I will be coming back to shop with Marcelo again. Give him a try, you will not regret it.

My father, Richard, has been a customer at this store for many years. Recently, Ms. Martyne Bernier went above and beyond with her exceptional service. My father was in Montreal with casual clothes only, when a last-minute formal event was planned. Martyne was kind enough to open up the store at 8: 00 on a Wednesday morning, after which she had a suit measured, tailored and ready for him later that same day. Her efforts are greatly appreciated and her devotion to her customers is unparalleled. Thank you, Martyne!

The worst costumer service I ever experienced. The staff makes you feel unwelcome. I bet it would be different if you're wearing a $5k suit.

First day shopping in the store last week for a tuxedo shirt. I approached one of the gentleman staff who condescendingly told me I tried on the wrong fit. He then asked me to try another shirt and told me that he'll meet me at the fitting room, to get measurements done properly. I put on the shirt and waited for the staff for 20 minutes but saw him helping another older man. I may have not looked as wealthy as the other guy because of the clothes I wore but I had the funds necessary to purchase items at the store. That was the first time I've ever felt disrespected at a store, considering I was giving them business. I was helped by another lady who was Korean and she was a sweet heart. It sucks that I had that experience considering I spent almost 600 dollars at the store that day.

I went there today to buy a Tom Ford suit. Staff judged me based on my outfit and didn’t want to help me. Treated me like I was homeless or something. I guess because I was wearing a T-shirt and some shorts. I’m taking my business elsewhere where I feel respected no matter what I’m wearing on a Sunday.

My son and I received excellent and thoughtful personal advice and service when we went to select a suit for his prom. We were assisted by Adnan Sabsabi who expertly selected a gorgeous suit that was absolutely perfect for my son, along with a shirt and an exquisite tie to coordinate with the prom dress of my son's date. Rather than try on numerous options, Adnan was able to easily select the style and fit most appropriate for my son, our budget, and the special occasion. Unlike at some "high-end" shops, Adnan was not at all snobby nor pushy, and he made my son feel comfortable. He made sure to advise us and coordinate any needed alterations and follow up with suggestions for the shoes and belt. As my son mentioned when we left the shop, "We sure were lucky to find that guy. " Lucky indeed.

If you got money and you're a man. This is a great place to buy clothes. If you're not rich forget about it.

Sometime you could be met with some attitude but please do not hesitate to speak with management. They are extremely receptive to customer comments, guys if you have gotten bad service please speak up with the management, they will listen. I will be back soon to see if changes are implemented.

Horrible service. Ordered a pair of pants because they didn't have my size. I was told they'd arrive in a few days. They arrived two weeks later. Then I went back because I needed to get them hemmed. They took measurements and again said they'd be ready in a few days. Another two weeks passed and still no calls from them. I call and the sales person told me they'd be ready anytime I drop in on Monday. Monday comes around and they are not ready. They ask me to wait there because they are coming soon. I wait almost 20 minutes. Finally get sick of waiting and leave. I'll ask for a refund if possible.

If you make 250+K a year you might be able to afford to shop here. If so, they have some beautiful suites, completely custom tailored. Made in Italy, Spain, top designer names. Service is impeccable

As mentioned in one of the other reviews, your experience will depend on your advisor. In my case, I met Rahib about 8 years ago and have always been happy to deal with him! The aspect of price often comes up, but you legitimately get what you pay for. You can buy a suite at 1/3 the cost elsewhere, but will it fit? Where's it made? Is the suite going to look like a rag in 6 months? With an advisor like Rahib, you don't need to worry about any of the aforementioned, and it'll look and feel great. A good advisor becomes a friend you can count on to steer you in the right direction, and that's what I found.

Nice shop, but very poor service, unfriendly staff, you better wear a 3000$ suit, if not you won't get any service, they don't even look at you. Went to buy a pair of shoes, but stepped out with nothing, i didn't even feel to shop there

Very happy with the selection and the brands they carry. Customer service is top notch. Was helped by Shane who understood exactly what I wanted and helped me pick up a pair of shoes that went perfectly with my new tux.

Mon expérience chez Harry Rouen fut un désastre à cause d’un des vendeurs de chez Giorgio Armani. J’étais venu pour essayer des costumes pour mon mariage et j’ai vite compris que si on achète pas, on essaie pas. Le choix d’un costume de mariage demande plusieurs essayage potentiellement il n’y a pas non plus ce qu’on veut à l’endroit où on essaie. Ce comportement n’est pas digne d’un magasin de haute couture. Non recommandé!

The worst shopping experience, rude staffs (or useless) upstairs at Tom Ford when I asked for assistance just got ignored. The downstairs sections, they have tons of staffs, but they only focus on chatting to each other so the moncler and dsquared section is always empty and no helps at all!

People working there are maniacs, just stood there or chatting to each other. No assistance at all, cheap service store selling expensive stuffs. Lol need to be stupid enough to shop there.

All they want is their commission. I bought underwear and socks and a service guy came running when I went to the cash without a sales person.
