This Hart Store in Lasalle is the best by far.helpful and courteous! I drive to this location (I have 3 stores closer to where I live) when I buy from the Hart stores:) Keep up the great work!

Après avoir informer la caissière, tout de suite une dame tout près la gérante j'imagine, qui a l'air bete comme ca ne se peu pas avise que oui ils suivent la politique er me montre une feuille de politique de HART? Il applique LEUR LOI

De belles aubaines mais je me suis 2 fois pour recevoir la circulaire en ligne mais je ne recois rien.

Je me trouve toujours un p'tit quelque chose beau, bon, pas cher soit pour moi ou la maison

This place sort of reminds me of Winners. They have everything and all at low prices. Sometimes you find a gem for great price.

Je suis déçu de mon achat de chaise d'ordinateur qui a brisé après seulement un mois d'utilisation. Les pattes en plastique à la base ont cédé, causant une chute et des douleurs dans le dos. Je déconseille fortement cette chaise en raison de sa qualité de construction médiocre. (chaise d'une valeur de 200$)

I went there with my wife tonight and the cashier was absolutely insane. Massive attitude. Clearly hates her job. All while the manager sat there watching. Normally I would have lost it but in today's climate not worth it. My advice DON'T SHOP THERE!

Very poor phone customer service. It is only normal to call in advance to know if they still have in stock a certain item (especially when it is on sale), and the person wasn't willing to help and said they don't usually answer these types of calls because they are realllly busy. Yet, I've been to 2 different Hart store and both clerks told me to call before presenting myself in store for items on sale. A bit difficult to know which store has the item since their website won't load stores that still have it in stock.

Horrible. I ordered online someting that indicated online they had a this store and then I waited weeks to hear back. Finally, they said they checked their stock and they had none. I guess its the job of the customer now to ask them to look for their order.
