This place is a joke! Avoid this branch, Very poor management, food is disgusting and staff are incompetent with bad attitude and 0 manners! You can not compare this dump hole to any Harvey's out there!

First and Last time in this Place, been there Last night on around 9: 30 in car service, order one big burger and frit, a girl around twenty years old was joking with customers in Honda cevic customer front of me for 22 minutes in my car to get my order, almost decided to cancel the order, she told me 35$ for one burger and Frits, I was almost decided to leave without this f…. Sandwich
I told her very bad experience and never come back again
She told me she is happy not to see me again
What a bad customer service
And get my sandwich and fits cold I through all in the garbage and I paid 15,84
Never go back to this bad service place

Food was very good, they did my order fast and the food was good quality. The staff were all very nice definitely recommend coming here!

No longer a fan after being served a previously cooked burger thrown back on grill to reheat.

Horrible manager, kept screaming at her poor worker and made him quite on the spot. Needs to be fired.

Loyal to this brand for a long time. Today was a very poor experience saved only by the burger and how we dressed it up.
1st is the bathroom visit, Men's side. The urinal was broken on a weekend, leaving only a toilet. Cleanliness was below standard.
Prep server, cleaning loose onion off his prep counter with his bare fingers, no wipe down.and then used that same ungloved hand to balance the burger bun to place on the prep counter. Told him he should not do that and stunned look with a grin instead of acknowledgement.
Upon leaving the establishment, he's staring me down as I leave with my spouse. Young enough to retrain but only if the proper attitude is there.
I wonder.if anyone will notice and whether posting this will make a difference.

Low staff, long wait to take the order, entering the Harvey inside looks smog, smells burn. Made mistake in my order when preparing it. Told twice what to put.

Je suis arrivé au service au volant le 3 dec 2022 8: 44 pm il y avait un employé qui s’appelle Elias vraiment gentil et efficace nous a bien servis. Il a pas manqué son sourire de son visage! Je suis vraiment heureuse qu’il nous a donner une bonne service!

The food was tasty and our order was perfect. It seems like one young man was running the whole place, thanks Max. I'd have him work for me any day too!

Worst customer service ever. The african american woman doesn't know what an all dressed hamburger is. Kept on asking what sauce i wanted in the burger. Putting bbq sauce in.and have the audacity to blame me for not telling her? She has a huge accent which i couldn't understand what language she's speaking.

Terrible service, doesn’t listen to your order and than makes you pay for their own faults. Unfriendly staff and disgusting food. Was my first time at a Harvey’s, and will never be found back!

It is the worst ever place I have visited in my life. A dirty unsafe place to eat. Today The paper bag fall down and the hysterical woman working there brought it back to me, and when I asked her to change it she started screaming hysterically, insulting me by all means as she is lebanese and knew that I am too, she kept insulting me in Arabic! No hygiene, no respect to clients. I wonder where is the food inspection.how ce many think gall on the floor and put back in our sandwich? Where are the consumer rights to be served honestly and respectfully… after such disgusting and bad experience… I ll never visit any Harvey’s…. They told me friends and brother about Harvey’s as a dirty place but didn’t take it seriously and today I paid the price

Worst drive-thru service ever. Super slow with no line up. 10min to get your order and another 20 to serve you. Ridiculous, can't imagine how it is during rush hour

I asked for a poutine, they gave me a fries with cheese with BUFFALO SAUCE. How can you confuse gravy with buffalo sauce…

Mauvaise expérience. Plancher hyper collant, chaise haute pour jeune enfants sale et sangles coupées, tables non nettoyées, personnel unilingue anglophone, sauf le jeune homme à la caisse qui fait un effort (apprécié, merci!). La dame qui a garni mon buger ne comprenait absolument pas le français. Même pas un peu. J'ai commandé le buger original avec bacon, et il n'y avait qu'une toute petite tranche tout sèche de bacon dedans. Quand je suis allée au comptoir pour demander le bacon, on m'a répondu que dans les bugers baco, il n'y a qu'une seule tranche. Si j'en veux deux, je dois payer un extra. C'est la première fois que je vais à ce Harveys là, et c'est aussi la première fois que j'entends qu'un buger qui à la base, dans le menu, vient avec du bacon, que ce n'est qu'une seule toute petite tranche. Partout ailleurs, dans d'autres Harveys, je commande toujours le même buger, et on me le sert toujours avec deux tranches de taille normale. On m'a répondu, en anglais bien sûr, que c'était comme ça, et que je devais faire avec. "Deal with it" que m'a répondu l'homme dans la cuisine. Je vois dans les commentaires que plusieurs ont eu un bon service et c'est tant mieux, mais ça n'a clairement pas été mon cas, quand j'y suis allée un jeudi midi. Je n'y retournerai plus, pas à cause du problème du bacon en sois, mais plutôt pour le manque de respect des employés, la malpropreté du restaurant et des toilettes, et pour le désintérêt total de la qualité du service.

Food was cold (for an order they said they hadn't started yet), burgers had the wrong toppings and were missing extras I paid for; had to go back in because they forgot a drink - just a laundry list of errors. Pretty disappointed considering they were well staffed, just seemed like nobody really cared in there. The one employee working the cash was cold and rude.

I enjoy Harvey's however; have had bad experiences at this location. We ordered today via the app for take out, when we arrived at time indicated food was not even prepared. My chicken burger was drenched in sauce - it was inedible. My husband ordered double Angus cheese and bacon burger and we received it with no cheese or bacon. We dumped our soft drinks in the sink as it tasted stale/ no syrup. Horrible meal.

Best service and burger of my life. Tall guy at the at the front last night was so nice to us as well. We will be back many times!

Bon service, mais la liqueur (service a l’auto) tres chaud, ma deuxième visite, les toilettes tres sales, pas de papier (fille et gars). Sales a manger les tables pas laver.je comprends que cest un fast-food, mais ya des limites a etre fast.dernière fois

Horrible customer service and rude staff. Was waiting to be served at the drive thru for about 10 mins. I was very patient until I decided to go to the window and two employees were laughing in my face as I got there. They proceeded to tell me they had a rush at the drive thru. I was very understanding and I even told them I know what it’s like because I did work there for 4 years as my first job. The girl never took my order although I was the only car there and there were very few customers inside. She continued giving me attitude saying they were busy on their uber orders. I left and defenitely will never return. It really sucks because I used to loved harveys but not anymore. Very rude staff. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

J'ai vraiment aimé le service a la clientèle rapide et courtois. J'ai reçu de très bon conseils pour choisir mon burger cuit a la perfection. C'était délicieux! L'accueil etait chaleureux le personnel très sympathique.

Best fast food chain in the area prices aren't too bad and the location is great. They also have a drive through but the lines of cars do get long pretty often.

À chaque fois que j'y vais, la nourriture est fraiche et chaude. C'est le meilleur Harvey's du Québec! Le staff est super gentil et professionnel. Un petit mot spécial pour les jeunes qui ont travaillé ce soir: leur service était impeccable et leur attitude adorable. Merci pour la belle surprise ;-) J'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner.

The food is per usual good but today there was a lot of smoke in the kitchen which proceeded to go in the seating area. When I left all my clothes smelled like charcoal

Je crois le pire Harvey's de la province.
Chaise haute pour bébé très dangereuse et collante de partout les sangle ont été couper. Selon moi ramasser dans des poubelles d'un autre restaurant. (photo à l appuie)

Et le plus dégueulasse qui a fait partir plusieur client a été le son Dans la cuisine de quelqu'un qui allait chercher au plus profond de son être le morpions à craché.
Mettons qu'il avait plusieurs crachat à sortir.
Le seul positif sont les 2 petites filles qui travaille la. Une qui avait l aire à gérer tout les problème seul et l autre très gentille qui commençais à la caisse

I understand finding staff is difficult so this location has plenty of new employees where it is there first job clearly but despite some its faults and the occasional mistake this place is affordable and a great place to pick up a burger.

Some of these low reviews are unwarranted, if they make a mistake just politely let an employee know kindly.

Je donne 3 étoiles sur 5 pour une seul raison: à que de personnels donc la salle à manger est fermé. Il y a que la commande à l'auto. Nous avons dû manger dans la voiture sous la chaleur du soleil pas génial comme expérience.

I've gone to the drive through 3 times in a span of two weeks at 9: 15-9: 30pm and each time they say they're closed when the hours state 10pm.

The worst burgers I've ever tasted, burnt bread, dry meat and no flavor, they didn't put anything I ordered on the hamburger, I ordered two drinks and they tasted rotten and a little chlorine, in conclusion the worst thing I've ever tasted -5 stars

Awful service onions rings over cooked missing items in the order and they never get it right im done with this place quality has changed

It was 8pm on a saturday. After 5 minutes of waiting for someone to serve me at the drive thru, I decide to check inside. In store and online it says open and there are 3 families eating inside, but the doors were locked. After 2 minutes of knocking, the staff says it's closed. Meanwhile other cars are pilling up in the drive thru waiting to be served. Poor management.

La salle à manger est toujours fermée! Plus jamais ouverte depuis la pandémie. Uniquement le service au volant et ta commande n'est jamais ce que tu demandes. Juste tomate et salade lorsque je demande tous les légumes! De plus, les employés sont pressés de te servir juste pour passer au suivant. Service à la clientèle à revoir. Dommage car on mangeait bien dans ce restaurant avant la pandémie. Le restaurant est supposé fermé à 22h et à 20h30 ils ne servent plus et cela même avant la pandémie. J'aimerais retrouver le Harveys accueillant avec les bons repas que j'ai connu en m'installant à chomedey, il y a 10 ans. Il s'est dégradé. Je quitte Chomedey pour me rendre au Harveys St-Martin. Encore une fois quel dommage!

Not like it used to be. They forgot an onion ring (I shouldn’t have gone back to ask for it, because it wasn’t any good). Fries were stale. Burgers were subpar (when you ask for everything on, you’d expect to see everything on, was missing tomatoes, hot peppers, and onions). Will definitely never go back to this location.

THEY GO FROM HANDLING BOXES IN THE FREEZER TO CHECKING IF YOUR FRIES ARE STILL WARM WITH THEIR UNCLEANED UNGLOVED HANDS.

IT'S 2021, BUY YOUR STAFF SOME GLOVES TO SAFELY HANDLE FOOD AND PROVIDE WITH PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY LACK OF IT.

Food was cold. Box of onion rings half full. We ordered an extra onion rings and wasn't in the bag but we paid for it. Trying to call the restaurant and nobody picks up. Really bad service overall

I find the double burger with cheese and regular poutine very good. I do believe they are understaffed though. It took quite a while in line; and I was the only one in it. I used to frequent this Harvey's often, pre-Covid, they had a great staff and I would've definitely given 4½ back then. Oh well. I guess it's been hard on most restaurants.but one person going from cash to making the burgers to handing out car orders is not good.

Shows they close at 10 here online but was closed at 9.on a Saturday.even though door was unlocked. Girl just said.we're closed.this location and st-eustache.update info for times please. People go out of their way based on online info

Ce n'est pas la première fois qu'il manque des items à la commande une fois arrivée à la maison. Et lorsqu'on les appelle ils ne répondent pas.

Harvey's is Harvey's. Canada's comfort fast food in my opinion. There just something about the taste of their products, the thickness of their bacon, and the freshness and size of the lettuce tomato onion hop peppers and. I digress, if you want a burger that will get you there, go to Harvey's. My favorite addition to their menu is the junior double cheese burger bacon for under 3$ with unlimited toppings. You seriously cant got wrong.

Rondelles d'onions brulées et secs mon burger avait pas les bons ingrédients dans, en plus vous chargez pour une sauce moutarde miel maintenant? Ne vaut clairement pas le 21$ déboursé pour 2 trios ni le 20mn d'attente.

Je viens ici depuis des années mais ils ont changé le personnel ou je ne sais trop quoi mais c trop long pour du " fast food "

Not worth it. The food is good, but them deciding to only do drive thru and no inside order/pickup really makes the wait unreasonably longer than it already was (I'm talking 30+ min wait). Most restos still let you in to at least order and pickup your stuff despite dining rooms being closed because of COVID. Ordering is necessarily more complex at Harvey's since you have to tell them what to put in the burger, and that poorly thought decision made the experience uselessly tedious when you're not in front of them. The drive thru has always been bad there, but now that it's the only option, it's even worse. The employees are not the problem per se, but the management just seems incompetent in their decision-making. I pity their staff for having to deal with angry clients and bad management.

1h d’attende pour 1 burger, pas fort du tout. Un gars dépasse tout le monde dans le drive in et ils prennent ça commande alors que plusieurs personnes attendent depuis près d’une heure.
