Endroit super propre bien accueilli et à écoute des clients j'ai bien aimer mon expérience à cette succursale repas frais et reçu ma commande chaude rapide endroit bien situer proche des commodité

Manger au harveys c'est délicieux. Le burger angus à un très bon goût. Mais la poutine au cornichons c'est trop bon au goût vinaigrer des cornichons

Harvey’s is Harvey’s but seriously pass a clean mop with clean water and soap. My shoes literally sticking to the floor everywhere. C’est sale. Faut passer la mop plus souvent et d’assurer que tu mets du savon.

I drank coffee even though it's not on the menu. Toppings are put in front of you and you can choose. Uncomfortable, but satisfying and fast. Donuts are ok, albeit oily.

Le pire, lousy customer service.at night they can't even come close, the employees are really rude.

Votre nourriture est chaude et le service est excellent à comparer des autres Harvey's celui que j'ai été à l'extérieur du Centre Bourassa la nourriture froide et des burger qui étaient pas vraiment frais très déçu et le vôtre toujours très bon.

It was good enough. My burger looked kinda pathetic compared to the picture but the thing is, what makes Harveys good is the taste of the patty itself and that was there. I'm also glad their mayo isn't full of sugar.

Food was delicious. The man who served us was great (I think he was the manager) he made us feel special and relaxed even though he'd had a busy night. I really enjoyed the service he provided.

Une Harveys où on attends j'aimais trop longtemps, que ce soit pour passer sa commande ou la recevoir. Employés à leur affaire. Salle à manger assez propre. Une bonne place pour un repas rapide dans le coin.

Fast service, as expected of a fast food chain. The chicken burger is not impressive, not crunchy, but also not dry and from the picture, not handled wirh care much. The burger actually looks pretty moist and not paper thin and Harvey's reputation does rely on their beef burgers. The toppings and ingredients look fresh too. The chicken nuggets are mainly breading, little chicken. The fries look good on picture but are very soft in real life. Finally, the onion rings are mot crunchy enough for me, but they are okay basic onion rings.

I really do appreciate their thick paper straw though, because it lasts way longer in the drink!

The packaging of my takeout food is very well executed here. Small bag in a take out bag. I really appreciate cos I make a lot of mess in the car when I eat. Salade well prepared, didn’t mix the veg which is good to keep their shape and crispness. Very nice staff! Thanks a lot! Came at night on 05-05-22

This is my favorite Harvey's in Montreal. I used to go here every week when I lived closer. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is very nice. They also were very courteous during the pandemic. It may not look much outside, but I feel at home when I go there.

Service à la clientèle pas fameux commandé une salade poulet grillé reçu de la salade qu'il mette dans les burgers tellement coupé mince pas de tomates, concombres et quelques morceaux de poulet.très déçu 1e photo ce que j'ai eu la 2e ce qu'il annonce

Vous méritez que qqun porte plainte! Aucune demande de passeport vacinal, pas de désinfectants, le port du masque n est pas respecter et c est sale, dégoûtant, sérieux! Je n ai même pas mangé là puisque j imagine que le personnel est aussi peu informé des mesures sanitaires!

Ne semble pas être adapté à la situation covid. Planché collant. Vibe tout sauf chaleureuse. Commandes toutes désordonnés, ni les clients ni les employés semble savoir à qui appartient les boissons. Place à l'amélioration. Peut-être revoir avec les employés en ce qui concerne les bases d'hygiène du restaurant. Ce harvey pourrais facilement se faire fermer dans l'état où il est.

Personnelle sympathique et attentionnée. La nourriture est très bonne, cuisson parfaite des aliments et portion généreuse.

Le monsieur a coté de moi pensait que les boissons sur le comptoir était à lui donc il les a touché et a ouvert les verres j’ai demandé à la madame de le changer. Elle a mit les boissons que le monsieur a touché sous la machine a boisson et a simplement versé le Pepsi dans un autre verre. Je lui ai dis que je l’avais vue et elle m’as dit: << Non ça vient de la machine je n’ai pas fait ça >>. On était deux à l’avoir vue et elle sostinait pareil.je ne retournerais plus à cet Harvey’s très grand manque d’hygiène surtout en ce temps de COVID.

Vraiment un gros zéro 30 minutes pour avoir la commande qui était déjà faite et mise au réchaud. Vraiment les pieds dans la même bottine ce harvey's

There is lack of hygiene in place to lessen the chances of contamination. The cashier that handle the orders and payment handles the prepared food without any thought of her contaminating the food. I will open a complaint online so they will secretly come do an inspection one of this days.

Edited: I had an issue with my order. Harvey's took the time to reach out to me to fix the problem. Gave me a poutine and a turnover.

Je voulais souligner que l'employé Imilyo m'a donné un très bon service et à très bien emballé mon hamburger cette après midi.

I placed a order on my Harvey’s app on Sunday August 9th for 32.71$ includes Angus Trio with 2 Caramel Milkshacks And 16 donuts. When I got there I was only given my Angus Trio, and they told me to get my refund of 14$ tomorrow by calling the manager. I tried calling the manager and she said she would call me back. I never received a call back. I went back to eat there and try to get my refund of 14$, they told me sorry you need to call the manager. They gave me the same answer with no help. There was a worker there name (“Jade” Blond hair) she was super helpful on Sunday August 9th but she didn’t have the authority to give me my refund but she tried and gave me a wrote a letter and left it in the office. Please get back to me because this is getting ridiculous. I have a picture of the letter she left in the office. Please Help. I already wasted a lot of time trying to get in contact with anyone to resolve this issue.

J'ai attendu 40min pour 1 sandwich puisque l'employée consacrait tout son temps à des commandes ubereats en négligeant la clientèle présente. D'autant plus que les livreurs uber n'étaient même pas là.

J'ai eu un très bon service. J'avais 5 commandes et l'employé a séparé ceux-ci pour éviter les erreurs. Tout cela avec calme et le sourire.

Ordered food from door dash at this location, they missed some items.
I called the restaurants right away, the guy who answer the phone told me I cannot do anything for that now, if you want you could come get it in store. Like seriously why would I order for delivery if I could go get it in store.
Really bad service from this place, I really don't recommend this place.

Horrible service - slow, ordered drinks get told after they are not available. Served 3 people before even starting our order. 4 people in the front and still cant get out orders.

Bon resto, bien situer, bonne bouffe. Coter negatif personnel changeant jamais le meme monde et coter toilette plutot moyen. Pour tout le reste c'est plutot bien.
