J'ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience au Harvey de Laval boulevard St Martin très propre spacieux le personnel est très très gentil et patients le gérant connais bien son travail et A été très professionnel avec moi je recommande fortement ce resto fast good

C'est peut-être le meilleurs harveys de laval. Contrairement aux autres, ils donnent les sauces sans te faire la gueule ou te dire que c'est un extra.

Very slow at drive thru. Only 3 cars in front of us and it took over 20mins. Food was okay for fast food

Visite le 9 juillet 2023 vers 13: 30, c’est la première fois que moi et ma femme sortons d’un resto sans rien commandé. Resto très sale plancher très sale tables très sales, et distributeur à boisson gazeuse degeulase et repoussante.

Quite possibly the worst fast food experience of my life. I normally don’t write these things but this place has left a mark on me. The restaurant was disgusting, no napkins, dirty floors. It was completely understaffed and there were huge lines at 10 pm. Most of the employees were miserable, it felt like a problem that I was there, ordering food from them. Just all around horrible, incompetent service.

Then I had to wait 20 minutes just to get one of my burgers and my fries weren’t ready. After another 10 minutes I had to go ask for my fries and the other burger. So I didn’t even get my food at the same time.

I would just seriously avoid this place. It’s a shame because Harvey’s is usually great.

Also it looks like the management has been responding to comments for several months, but it seems like nothing has changed.

I just ate at the St-Martin location. The staff was unorganized, I waited 30 minutes for a burger and poutine. The store was filthy and it smelled. A family of four walked out after nobody serving them (tourists). This location was once a very good one, I spoke to another client who waited for onion rings that she got after her meal was done. Nonchalant kids working at the slowest possible speed. I feel bad for the franchisee. Not going back.

My husband and I used to eat here a couple times a week. They changed their hot-dogs. I don't plan on going back. I really didn't like the new weiners nor the new buns.too bad, they had a good thing going. I will choose another fast food place.

One of my favorite Harvey's restaurant. Staff is nice and they really prepare your order the way you want it. At other franchisee they would refuse to put all what i out in a hamburger but not there. I now order in advance via the app, and pick up at the drive-thru since the dining room is closed. When I went today there was a lot of cars in line for drive-thru so I thought I could get in to get my order but the doors were locked. At my great surprise an employee came to my car and gave me my order so I don't have to wait in line. Great service. I recommend them 100%

Commandé 4 sandwich avec App, passé au service au volant. On me donne un sac fermé, je demande si tout est dedans, on me dit oui. Je rentre chez nous, il y a juste 3 sandwichs dans le sac! En plus il y a aucun moyen de reconnaitre les différents sandwich et les sauces respectives. Je donnerais -5 si je peux.

Préparation de nourriture sans masque.
Très très décevant. Cela est un gros Manque de respect. Ensuite nous nous demandons pourquoi la propagation continue sans cesse. Bravo girl!

For a quality fast food experience I recommend this location. Everytime I've ordered here, I have received good service, hot fries and tasty burger. The people here do a good job.

Depuis le coronavirus la qualité a changer. Mes boulettes son mal cuit encore froide a l’intérieur. Mette des bout dure de piment fort, vraiment cheap sur les condiment. Faut lui dire de rajoute de la salade des tomate. Mon hamburger a fini a la poubelle après 3 bouchés. C’est fini pour moi je me vais plus du tout là-bas et le recommande a personne d’aller a cette place.

Fast and efficient, but burgers could be a bit hotter, they tend to be somewhat warm/cold often, same with onion rings

Fun fact: one of the girl at the drive-thru is named Wendy. I never make the joke if she also works at Wendy's, but she always has a smile on her face!

Amazing customer service by Eveny today! My family & I had a large order (party of 8!) Not only was she patient & nice, but she was super organized & efficient! It was a seamless experience & made ordering out much easier. Other places have always gotten confused & flustered when ordering for a large family, but not this place! Thanks so much Harvey's for Eveny! Highly recommend this location!

J'etais un " fan " des hamburgers d' Harvey. Cela fait longtemps que je n' y avait pas goûté. Rien n' a changé toujours aussi bon avec le grand choix de condiments Sa viande a un gout particulier que je ne retrouve pas ailleurs. I will be back!

Service au volant très très ordinaire, j'ai attendu 20 minutes pour me faire servir.
J'ai jamais vu ça. Le pire elle me dit que je dois aller à l'intérieur si je veux avoir ma commande. Aller chez A et W service impeccable et très bon burger.

Harveys flavours and concept is great. This week on Thanksgiving I placed my order at 10: 25 PM, through the app for a pick up at the store at 11pm. I arrived to the drive through at 10: 59. I received my food at 11: 15, extremely cold and with the wrong type of bun. There was only one car in front of me, and the two who were behind me, left to go to McDonald's next door because the wait time was crazy long at Harveys. Maybe Harveys should properly staff their branches, instead of overworking their employees and only scheduling 2 or 3 per shift. 2 stars because the flavor is usually good, yet it was extremely frustrating to spend money on food that was fridge cold and to have to wait despite the pre-order.

Très bon mais air climatisé beaucoup trop froid et le commis m'a dit qu'il ne pouvait pas le changer car il était barré sinon tout aurait été parfait

Manque de propreté dans ce resto, tables non lavés entre les clients, sheap sur les condiments et les frites, ça avait l'air de faire mal au coeur à la personne qui remplissait mon burger de mettre 3 tranches de cornichons, toilettes pas propre, urine sur le siege et par terre, papier toilette collé sur la toilette beurk.

Excellent Harvey’s! Meme a service a l’auto ils font les commandes sans faute même si ils sont compliquer! Employer très gentil et ils n’ont aucun problème de vous faire une frite fraîche!

Service zero. Like its not enough that they send me missing order by uber eat, they didnt answer to my calls. I came right away to resto and its been a 2 hours im waiting to receive my order.

Got the Angus burger. The patty was big and juicy. Good choice of toppings to really make your burger worthwhile. Bun was also a decent size. Harvey's burgers are superior to McDonald's burgers in my opinion. Staff had a nice smile even though it was starting to be close to closing time. Would go back to that Harvey's anytime.

Boisson gazeuse chaude et flat sans glaces comme si il etait resté sur le comptoir et la glace a fondu. Et hamburger sec et tiède laisser dans le réchaud très longtemps. Le pire harvey's jai mangé et pourtant j'adore cette chaîne de restauration.

By far the VERY BEST place to get a Hamburger out of all fast food franchises.
McDonald's, KFC, Taco bell, Burger King or even A&W NOBODY else comes close to a Flame Grilled Harvey's Burger

Cold food.pepsi machine broken. Did not say that at order.left a fry out. Other fry was cold. Hot dog not fresh. Cooked hard. Give me back my two tri meals the right way.had to run.only found out when I was on freeway.
