Harvey's

Ordered on uber eats, food came cold and 2 out of the 4 burgers were uncooked. Chicken junior patty was hard as a rock and the beef junior patty was red.

Staff is very kind, food is delicious and service is fast.

I was parked in the parking lot enjoying my delicious Angus burger.
Try the new Big Harv Angus I highly recommend it!

The counter guy billed me for a large drink without checking. When I inquired about the onion rings' price compared to fries, the lady confirmed they were the same cost but later charged me extra.

Found aluminum foil in my salad. Extremely unprofessional, whom I believe might be the manager and or owner was yelling at staff in front of all the clients. Also did not receive entire order.

Ordered grilled chicken sandwich for take out. When I got home the entire sandwich had a sour smell. Either lettuce tomato or chicken was spoilt. I called the store to tell them and get attitude from the person (manager?) They immediately took a defensive position almost suggesting that I was lying. Don't mess with people's health throw away the food if it's spoilt this is basic food safety issue. I don't have time to go back and forth Harveys all day to exchange or get refund. I just expect when I pay 13$ for food I get something at least edible.

Refused to serve me a hamburger without the bun. Gluten intolerance and celiac are real things. It’s not difficult to serve a hamburger in a container. Every other burger restaurant does it. This manager needs firing.

They took my mobile order, but later told me that they weren't participating in the offer I had included. If they weren't, their restaurant should not have shown up as eligible in their app like the others. Terrible experience from my side.

Ordered lunch for my wife & I. Was impressed with speed of taking of order & the speed of service prep and serving of order.

The girl on the cash was so rude. She didn’t even let me speak I told her I have a coupon but she didn’t even let me finish and was very disrespectful. Really bad customer service. Not recommended

Harvey’s burgers are always delicious. I tried the vegetarian and honestly i couldn’t tell de difference with real meet. Same good taste!

They always have problem to accept coupon promotion! It's the only Harvey's un Montréal! Do something, update your system or change brand, don't use the Harvey's brand anymore!

Made the trip specifically to get take out from there as i don't really live close by. Wait in line at the drive through. They take the order of the person in front and when it gets to my turn they say they're closed.

The lack of electronic ordering system on site would help with ordering. Masks and background noises makes understanding orders difficult.

Harvey's in LaSalle is a pretty simple fast food restaurant. The service is nothing to write home about but there is also nothing to complain about either. The food, while not gourmet, is cooked well and digests easy. Could there be better ambience, could there be better more happy staff.yes.sure. Who would say no to any of that? But. BUT.is this one of the quickest, easiest, "good" burger places in LaSalle? Absolutely. It's why it still exists while Burger King has come and gone. Long live the grill and continue to make burgers a beautiful thing.

This Harvy the worst I ever been i showed the coupon on line to the girl it was 2 combo for $10.99 she said this coupon is for Ontario the price in Quebec is $11.99, I showed the coupon in french which it was $10.99, then she said we are not participate in this coupon.not honest i never go there again.

I mean is not bad and they have great service but doesn't deserve 5starts they really have nice fries and they serve your burger warm and the fries usually hot.

The food is good and the staff friendly and efficient but it loses points for accessibility. I am in a wheelchair and find it odd that handicapped parking isn't right beside the door. Also the very short ramp area is fairly steep making access unnecessarily hard. The doors are heavy and don't have an automatic opener.

Best hamburgers in my opinion, buy on the expensive side now. I bought an original hamburger trio and it cost $10.

I ordered, and vomited 2 hours later- Double burger and original burger were served cold - cheese not melted as well, so, no, it wasn’t the delivery person - I specifically asked for Honey Mustard sauce in bold and capital letters - none were put in the bag, however, was on the receipt! I used to work at a Harvey’s - this is disgusting, and foul. I will call head office, because every time I call the restaurant - nobody answers!

Hamburger personnalisable à souhait, comme les autres Harvey's. Temps d'attente très acceptable et caissière courtoise. À noter que cette évaluation ne tient pas compte de l'intérieur du restaurant puisqu'il s'agissait d'une commande au volant.

Bien. Mais il manque plusieurs condiments les employés disent que le proprio refuse de les acheter (radin.)

It’s much better than McDonald. They fry your hamburger right away so it’s very fresh! In McDonald? They only heat it up pre-fried patties (think of a microwave). And in Harvey’s, you choose the vegetables you want and the sauce you want: how many lettuce, tomatoes or no tomatoes, more tomatoes, pickles, etc. You get to eat onion rings instead of fries. Think about it. It’s worth the money! I love it.

I wish I can give more star for that place, I don’t know how to start, I pass always from there but I don’t go in, so finally we got a coupon for them hamburger special, we went there, it was yesterday, I love it how the employee organized and now what they are doing they are like a robotic trained software, they are so nice of course with a smile always and believe me that’s what you need in order to enjoy your food, the place super clean the service counter the order counter the table all in general clean and lovely looking, they have a place for kids to play (play ground), the hamburger so tasty and juicy the fries like u do it at home, very nice place for family with kids cause you have space to go around like it a lot.

The food is not as great as it was the time before. Onion rings were dripping with grease. The hamburger bun was dry. Will be going to McDonald's from now on.

The burger was soggy, the poutine and the hot dog tasted absolutely disgusting. There wasn’t enough cheese curds on the poutine and the gravy tasted like powdered chicken stock and it was barely lukewarm. I also got the wrong drink with my order. The only edible think in the whole order was the fries. We’ve eaten a lot of mediocre poutine in Montreal but this was the worst we’ve ever had.

Parking, little playground for children's, very clean, usually a little bit overstaffed so service is most of the time efficient and speedy. Attract nice respectful families with small children's.

I tried Harvey's signature vege burger. It was quite good but I would still put A&W's beyond meat vege burger on top.

A lot like Burger King in that you can get your burger done your way. Good menu options, but I was a little disappointed when they no longer served their mint smoothies before I had a chance to try it.

This Harvey's looks out dated from the outside but very clean and comfortable on the inside. Service here is really quick, it's like they know what I'm about to order that it's ready and fresh. Lotsa of food options and drinks that I look forward to coming back again.
