Calls his clients "retarded" and drinks beer in front of the clients.
Été pour récupérer une commande. Le personnel est melangé pour les commandes. L'auto-proclamé propriétaire buvait de la bière derrière le comptoir (à 16h) et n'aidait pas son staff clairement debordé. La nourriture etait déposé sur le comptoir sans précision et le "propriétaire" m'a traité de "retarded" (ses mots).

J’ai attendu 20 minutes pour une poutine. On était 3 dans le magasin. Quand j’ai reçu ma poutine le cuisinier ne savait même pas comment la faire j’ai du lui dire ce qu’il manquait. Les croquettes Buffalo ne ressemblais vraiment pas à l’image, il n’y avait presque pas de sauce. Aucuns bonjour à l’entrée, plusieurs erreurs dans les commandes, les employés fonctionnent au ralenti.

Excellente service, le commis avait beaucoup d’entregent. Très agréable. Superbe sourire pour un mercredi 17: 30 1 nov 2023.

Bon burgers, bon service, la dame latino qui m'a servi avec un beau sourire. Les banquettes seraient dû pour être recouverte, c'est pitoyable l'usure.
Et la poutine servir dans une boîte en carton, c'est assez ordinaire. Mais elle est bonne, faut le dire pour une chaîne, elle est bonne.

Je fais livrer et, chaque fois, mon repas est delicieux soit chaud et tout est fraîchement préparé.

I originally gave a positive review after the owner asked me to, but after my last visit I had to rewrite it. I've been eating here for a long time, but lately the amount of food has drastically decreased. I bought a poutine and when I got home to eat, the container was barely half full. The owner is very friendly to customers, but he has been cutting back on orders. The ratio between the food and the price you pay is abysmal compared to other Harveys.

A burger should not be dry, I don’t know if in South Asia u eat it dry. But not here…

Really not the greatest service. Food was left on the tray while waiting for oignon rings. Made a mistake and food was left on the platter getting cold!

Manager walks arround with his phone and no net on his beard. Girls had bot net, hair was found on condiments

People walking with no maks on and customers also.manager said nothing and u can eat without being asked if u were vaccinated

Bon mais problème de compréhension vs consignes sanitaires. On a dû demander un changement de gants après que la jeune fille soit aller toucher à son cellulaire.

Horrible Service. The restaurant is unclean looking. You couldn't pay me to eat at this dump again.unorganized staff members with rude Behavior Towards the customers. Just plain bad.

Les travailleur sont mal former et execute leur tâche avec aucune conviction. Ecoute pas bien la commande pre chauffé tout la nourriture pour apres la recevoir presque froide. Même placer les condiments correctement est une enorme tâche pour ses employé 1 pcq je peu pas mettre moin.

Not too impressed. Lettuce was overripe (pink). Communication was difficult.
But i try not too give the employees too hard of a time considering the nature and pay of the job.

Très bon service, je vous conseille le double boeuf angus avec fromage et bacon. Mmmmmm du bacon.

Tu comma de une poutine bacon double fromage et ca met juste 1 fromage.tu demande des explication aux comptoir pendant 5min et ça comprends pas le français ni la question. Service très très très ordinaire

Restaurant correct garniture semble fraîche, mais il faut avoir de la patience car le service est souvent super long.

I'm one of the original big fan Harvey, but this location sadly is determined to serve unpleasant untoasted buns (for a couple of years now). Even if you ask for toasted it'll still turn out barely warm. Also service bogs down in the evening if there's more than two customers (aka half hour wait)

Même si certains employés de première ligne avec la clientèle ne sont qu’unilingues anglophones. Le plus important reste la qualité de la nourriture et le bon goût des burgers d’Harvey’s. ️Cette succursale respecte très bien les standards de cette chaîne de fast-food.

COVID. Slowest Food Prepers I've seen in quite a while. The kitchen and the cash were quick and efficient but the Prepers were slow, so slow they were either doing this on purpose or are just not fit for the job. Many people were waiting, every one was polite but getting frustrated especially since the customers were packing up and social distancing was getting impossible to maintain. Also, most employees wore masks UNDER their nose.
To get back on the road can also be a chore because of the street configuration.
Stay away from this location if you can. Management should reconfigure the staff and the work flow for COVID.

That Harvey's is just what you could expect from a Harvey's.

It's just a clssic fast food place.

So why 4 stars? Why not just 3 stars?

Because of the smiles!

Harvey's makes a Hamburger a beautiful thing. This place is clean, spacious, and friendly. Great? Onion rings.

Malheureusement, les serveuses qui préparent nos burgers sont unilingue anglophones. Ne pas aller à ce resto si vous ne parlez pas anglais.

This place needs to shut down for a week and clean from top to bottom. Its an impression you get as soon as you walk in

The worst service ever. They didn't even have buns. The worker making the burger was taking his sweet *** time and smiling seeing the customer getting a little ticked off.

J'y allait depuis des années C’ÉTAIT excellent, maintenant, il semble ne plus avoir de supervision, les employés à la garniture ne comprenne rien (ang/fr) et semble complètement perdu, salle sale, dégât de liqueur que tout le monde marche dessus, si vous voulez vivre le pire, faite une commande sur l'application mobile = 30min. Ils doivent vérifier votre carte avant de faire la commande. Faite plutôt un détour à celui de St-Michel.

1- Accueil en anglais pour commander
2- Accueil en anglais pour faire garnir le burger
3- Refus de mettre 2 tranches de tomate dans le burger!
Comme la préposée est incapable de m'expliquer pourquoi, et surtout pas en français, c'est le gérant qui vient me dire que c'est la politique du restaurant de limiter à une tranche de tomate par client. On croit rêver!

Friendly and fast service! I don't eat often here but I did a lot of Uber Eats Delivery from here and in general it's great service! Keep it up Harvey's

Cest degeulase la nouriture est seche degeulase fait vite et tres mauvais service et cest tres sale je vous déconseille de venir ici le pire harveys

Nice place and its near to my house.i am new in here.i liked poutine here very much.i went here with my friends.we were confused about giving orders.there was one indian girl working over there.she helped us.and told us about order.and we all liked that.thanks to that girl also.for that order.

La place la plus souriante à Montréal! J'ai été surpris par le contact tellement chaleureux. Bouffe chaude et bonne. Meme le café est correct:)

Terrible experience. I've ordered countless times from the mobile app at the Decarie location with no issues. The one time I come inside this franchise, the man asked me to "verify' my card for a payment I made with apple pay. I explain that I don't carry my card and showed him the mobile bank app with the charge. It's the principal. He asked me because he thought I was committing fraud. The payment got confirmed on the app through apple Apple pay. I've never in my life have had an issue with McDonald's mobile order, Tim's mobile order, UberEats, SkipThedishes and etc. Last time ever.

I even called in and spoke with a Harvey's representative over the phone and he told me this is not how it's supposed to go. Harvey's needs to keep its franchises in check like McDonald's.

They are very friendly and quick. I accidentally dropped my fries and onion rings and they replaced it for free. Thank you keep doing a great job

Was waiting for my food thursday when I heard the owner screaming out loud to a kid that was working there (He didn’t get paid apparently) that he was part of the mafia and knew everybody in Montreal. Jokes on you. Really unprofessional

Worst Harvey's I ever been to. They have no staff, nothing is fresh, at lunch you can wait up to an hour to get your food while looking at your burger under the heat lamp for 45 minutes, no owner or manager in sight. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Best fast food place. Make your burger exactly the way you like it. No microwave they grill the meat a la minute.

Le staff avec qui j'ai transigé ont été courtois et très plaisant envers mon fils (11 ans).
Stationnement ample et toujours de la place.

Forget it, evening staff do not have what it takes, messed the taking of the order, the SCENE points allocation, and served cold, refried, burnt oil soaked onion rings which I had to pay extra for.
Had to convince staff member to compare a proper order to have the acknowledgement of my claim.

The food is good, but a sticky floor, a slow service and a smelly bathroom have me doubting the effort put into keeping the place clean.

I like Harveys they have good burgers, that location is a great spot to just sit, eat, watch whatever they have one the 2 TVs it's pretty quiet at the times I go perfect to have a conversation, staff is nice, custom make your burgers, place is clean, has parking available, a bus stop in front and is walking distance to cremazie metro station.

Place is filthy. Bathrooms are filthy with no paper. I didn't even order cause the people on place couldn't even keep up with the 8 costumers on cash.

Poor service employee without uniform, as soon as I came in the employees were talking to eachothers loudly without noticing me, really unorganized

À toutes les fois (de 1999 à 2002) que j'ai été dans ce Harvey's du 255 Crémazie ouest, je me suis fait dévisager parce que j'osais commander mon repas en français. Après y avoir été 3 fois je me suis rendu à l'évidence que le propriétaire ou le gérant qui était toujours le même derrière le comptoir était raciste et pas mal ordinaire.

Accueil froid, service très long dû à une très mauvaise organisation, pas de ketchup!
Salle de bain sale, sans papier de toilette et plancher extra collant.

The restaurant is quite pleasant for what is a fast food place. It has been several years since I've eaten at a Harvey's restaurant. I visited here for naustalgic reasons and the burgers are great.

Jeudi soir j’ai commander un double originale avec fromage. J’ai reçu un double originale fromage bacon le jeune homme qui a fait mon buger est venu me demander si sa me deranger pas d’avoir du bacon et qu’il n’y avait plus de viande de prête. J’ai donc étais très déçu. Endroit salle je ne recommande pas du tout.
