Dr. Pizem and his team are wonderful. They are always patient, kind, and careful with the incredibly skilled work they provide. Dr. Pizem is meticulous yet gentle. His calm confidence helps patients feel relaxed, which is not always easy when receiving dental treatment. The receptionists are friendly, helpful, warm, and welcoming. I feel very fortunate to be Dr. Pizem’s patient!

Dr. Pizem and his team are fantastic! They are efficient, on time, run a clean office and are kind to their patients. You’ll be welcomed by their incredible administrator, Patricia, who never fails to impress me! Patricia is a superstar behind the desk making sure all clients are taken care of in and outside of the office.

I haven't seen a dentist in several years my teeth are in terrible condition i called this place to set up an appointment to figure out what to do and the receptionist wouldn't give me an appointment or even a referral to someone who could help since I told her most of my teeth will have to be removed i honestly have no idea what to do and this place didn't help

Dr. Pizem and his associates and staff are impeccable. Always friendly and attentive, I have very high regard for them all. Highly recommended.

I had several major works done by Dr Pizem. He is a truly talented and skilled professional. He cares for his patients and takes time with each of them, addresses all their needs, questions and concerns. I easily went through 8-10 dentists in the Montreal area before finding this gem. Along with his assistants and his charming and caring receptionist Patricia, they truly make a dream team. Highly recommended.

Je suis allée voir le Dr Pizem pour un traitement canalaire assez difficile avec résorption d'une de mes dents. Le traitement canalaire a été un succès et ma dent a été sauvée. Le Dr Pizem est très professionnel, rassurant et à l'écoute, son équipe est formidable et chaleureuse. Cela fait quelques années que c'est mon dentiste. Pour tout type de problème dentaire, c'est lui que je consulte, je sais que je suis entre de bonnes mains!

Big thank you to Patricia at the front desk who took care of me immediately and I was lucky to get an emergency appointment on the same day. The doctor and his technician were extremely professional and courteous. All around great experience. Highly recommend!

Amazing teeth cleaning service! The hygienist, Cielo, explained all my questions and concerns very well and made me not so nervous for the dental. Highly recommended!

I am usually nervous with dentist visits but Dr. Pizem and his staff are really calm and the work is top notch. Thanks for the root canal and gold crown you put in a few months ago, it feels perfect, so thankful to find a great dentist.

Dr. Pizem and his dental hygienist, Felipe, are excellent. Thanks to their professionalism and in particular the empathy and 'bedside manner' of Felipe, they alleviate much of the stress of going to the dentist, even during Covid. I really appreciate having such outstanding care available in our community.

I called to two other offices that either didn’t answer or referred me. I called this office right as they opened and Patricia was able to help me and get me in. I super appreciate being able to come in for an emergency, especially in the first day of opening.

Dr. Pizem is an incredibly talented dentist!

Dr Pizem performed an extraordinary root canal re-treatment in one of my front teeth. He and his team also created a beautifully crafted crown for my tooth. During four to five sessions with his team, Dr. Pizem did the kind of work no other dentist was willing to do. I feel lucky to have found such knowledgeable and experienced Dentist.

Also a big shout out to his entire team: Dental hygienists (Felipe, Cielo whose bilingual services are so greatly appreciated. Spanish, English and French). At the front desk, we are always welcome with a friendly smile and professionalism.

Thanks to Dr. Pizem and his team, I can smile confidently again!

I tried leaving a review on ratemds but it was removed, I found out later that doctors can remove negative reviews on there, I guess you can't trust anything nowadays.

A while back I went to dr Pizem for a crown, he suggested that I needed crown lengthening so he referred me to his colleague. The procedure was not done properly, my gums now bleed all the time. I later went to dr Pizem for the crown, he used a pfm crown that had a black line around it showing, nobody uses pfm crowns anymore he lives in the past. I went to another dentist, I had to replace the pfm crown with a ceramic one and I also learned that I did not need a crown lengthening in the first place, too late ruined my gums.

I also had issues with the fillings that was done by his assistant on some cavities I had, after he drilled my teeth and cleaned my cavities he disappeared and his assistant came in to do the filling, he struggled as he looked inexperienced, I knew something was off. I went home and I immediately had pain chewing food, something I never experienced before so I had to schedule another appointment a few weeks later and convince dr pizem that it was the fillings that is causing the pain, as soon as he changed them the pain went away, I heard him say how his assistant did not do them correctly but he never apologized or anything, what a horrible experience, waste of time and money!

Literally the worst! The receptionist was SUPER rude.just literally the worst, rude because i didnt speak french (never mind my $1000+ bill). After your initial intake, they will send you a bill with all the "cavities" and work you need done. WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING TO YOU. Just in the mail 1600 no explanation.not even in french. If you don't have insurance they can charge directly they will not work with you for a payment plan.more expensive than other places.

Je voulais vraiment aimer mon expérience dans cette clinique car j'ai pris le temps de faire ma recherche et la choisir pour installer un implant. Rien à dire contre Dr Pizem, il a été gentil lors de ma première consultation et m'a proposé différentes options pour mon cas particulier. Par contre, le service des secrétaires laisse à désirer. J'ai envoyé un courriel avec un détail de mon implant le 15 mai. N'ayant jamais reçu de retour, j'ai dû rappeler trois semaines plus tard pour me faire dire que le courriel était dans une autre langue (alors que c’était en français noir sur blanc) et qu'ils ont rien compris. Je m'attendais au minimum de service, qu'au moins ils auraient pu me demander de renvoyer un autre courriel avec plus de clarifications. Je comprends que la clinique a déjà une clientèle établie mais je crois que tout le monde a droit à la même qualité de service.

I started to visit this dentist because of my teeth grinding problem. Not only their mouth guard didn't fit me well, it ruined entire shape of my teeth. Only thing they did was to give me phone number of recommended specialist as solution then charged me $ for X photos of my teeth ruined by their false treatment. If you are reading this review, I can assure you that this people won't accept or apologize their mistakes but charge you every possible bills they can come up with. Good luck

Fast and effective, dont feel too much pain. Very nice and respectful staff! Would highly recommend!
