I shop here from time to time. Some vegan items I cannot find anywhere else, which I appreciate. There is this one cashier that’s worked there for a long time, and she never really greets customers. No effort in customer service. I never thought It would ever be a big deal to me, but it does add to the overall experience. Working in customer service 10+ years myself, I wish I could be as indifferent, but I don’t have that same luxury.

Being somewhere I buy my bread and supplements I'm there regularly and love the atmosphere and how welcoming it always feels to walk in

Probably one of the best places to shop if you truly want good healthy food. Knowledgeable staff are friendly and helpful. Go look and see and I guarantee you will be totally in love with this business.

I love this place, cause i am vegetarian and here everything is vegan, and without harmful chemicals that we eat or use in daily life, a must visit place for me, and suggest for other people as well.

It’s pricey but they have a pretty nice selection of health foods. I would just recommend to check the expiration dates as i’ve often encountered close to expiry products for sale.

Lots of great vegan options. Lost a star because they wrap a bunch of their veggies in plastic. Even regular grocery stores are getting that aspect of things together. Also generous to do fundraisers.

Health tree is a pretty good store
but Papillon Foods in plaza Pointe -Claire is better
and friendlier staff

Zero stars if it would let me! This store used to be a very good store but now it is simply embarrassing and pathetic. You would think that in recent years with TAU and other competitors in the West Island they would have raised their game but they haven't. Instead they have lost most if not all of what was once a great staff that offered informed and very pleasant service. Based on my family's, many of my friends and my own experiences in the last couple of years with Healthtree the biggest problem is incompetent and rude ownership (And leadership or lack thereof). In the past with a much better staff it was much better in spite of that very same ownership but now without its shortcomings are exposed. Frankly I am surprised Healthtree hasn't closed yet and truly feel bad for the employees who will lose their job when it does because no one provided them with the necessary tools or trained them to do their job properly. Let's hope someone buys out the inept owner and saves it before it is too late.
