Just brought all my watches to them to change the batteries on Saturday. Wonderful, skillful and professional service as always. Nice people, reasonable price. I got my watches repaired and batteries changed here before the pandemic. The service was above and beyond my expectation. I am so happy that the pandemic did not change much to their service! One of, if not the best watch repair shop in town! Thank you.

My traser watch was fixed within 20 minutes. A watch that I've been told requires special tools and special training to fix. Last time it cost me 250 USD and 6 months. Helvetica fixed it for 25 CAD, within 20 minutes. I'm recommending this place to everyone. These people are great, know what they're doing and have an excellent reputation. I'm going back this Friday for another watch.

Ma montre Zodiac n'avais plus Centre de service à Montréal mais Helvetia la remise en fonction parfaitement. Le travail fut repris une fois sans frais pour régler totalement le problème. Merci

Great place. The owners were very nice. I needed to take out a few links off my watch band, and they did it in less than 10 minutes. Very affordable too.

They are the best! Super cute couple that owns the place. We had an emergency, they understood, we’re compassionate and fixed our problem in record breaking time! Will recommend to anyone, they treat you like familly!

2 years ago brought a watch to repair. They charged $130 and guaranteed it was fixed 30 days later it stopped working took it back again they it worked for 3 days. Waited 6 months took it back to fixe no news for 6 months then they then told me $ 85 to fixed said ok. Picked it up paid took it home surprise 3 days it stopped. Rip off. I'm sending my watch to Seiko Canada in Toronto. I should have done that the first time around. Shame on Helvetia watch.
