You know you can walk in and give some blood, you must know that? OK
Try sometimes for a donation, its no more bad that a nose bleed plus they will feed u too if your low on energy. Good People

The only problem I have with donating blood is that sometimes, not all but sometimes I have to deal with language barriers. But other than that I have never ever had a major issue that makes me regret my decision to donate. Next month will be 4 years I’ve been donating blood. Every time I go I always learn something and the nurses are so gentle and caring and when I talk to them I feel like I’m talking to a friend.

According to the American Red Cross, every two seconds someone in the U. S.is in need of blood. So why not helping others.

Always a nice experience. Volunteers are great. Bonus snacks before and after if you're hungry!

Don't waste your time going here if you're originally from Europe (France, UK, Germany, etc.) as they will NOT let you donate blood, even if you're a perfectly healthy top sports athlete like myself.
The staff is very friendly though.
