I found the service acceptable.and given the experiences I have had in the last year with other services such as contractors, car dealers, and many others, "acceptable" is pretty good.

Very bad manager and arrogant bad service nearly ruin my vacation. If you need to rent a car avoid this place.

Je suis allé chercher un camion classe 3 pour mon employeur il y avait un verre à café dedans et le réservoir de liquide Def n'était pas rempli

Certains clients sont servis avant d'autres, le commis devrait s'assurer de servir les clients dans l'ordre qui arrivent, et ne pas donner de privilèges à certains clients.

Service à la clientèle très arrogant pour une simple agence de location je recommande de chercher votre voiture à Ottawa. Tout est facile et simple à Ottawa

Terrible and inaceptable treatment to customers. I showed up for my reservation at 12pm to pick up the vehicle and 3 guys were locking the door saying the store closes at 12pm. I showed my reservation and they laugh and denied me the rental. They were rude and inconsiderate. I explained I needed the rental for my vacation and they didn’t even care to listen.
I had to change my vacation plans. That is the worse customer treatment I have ever seen. Very disappointing! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Terrible service, terrible staff. DO NOT RELY ON THIS LOCATION IF YOU NEED A RENTAL. I booked a car 3 weeks in advance of the day that I needed it. I called in to the location the day of my rental to confirm the booking. The “customer service representative” answered the phone then put me on hold for 45 minutes with no explanation as to why he did that. Furthermore, when I arrived to pick up my rental, their debit/credit card machine apparently wasn’t working. The staff member then proceeded to enter my credit card manually into his computer on my behalf, (which is a massive no no) and when his computer wouldn’t take my card, he FACETIMED HIS FRIEND TO SHOW HIM MY CREDIT CARD and asked why it wasn’t working. (For context there is nothing wrong with the credit card and I later used it to book a car at a different location.) I asked for my credit card back and told him I would quickly drive home and grab another card. He then told me that they suddenly had to shut the power off and close for the day. (4 hours before the location closed.) went to the Merrivale location in Ottawa and had a car within 10 minutes. This mishap cause me to miss my train as well as my thanksgiving dinner. DO NOT BOOK HERE
