Horrible Enterprise Tech Support. They have a 3rd world country call center full of people reading scripts. Automated chat bot that kicks you in a circle to stall. Terry MacLellan will back the script readers when they lie too.

HP service through the phone to get info about HP printers is done by a Pakistaniscompany who keep their employées working for days without a pay or too late to pay them.

Mobile docking station not functioning correctly. My father ordered a mobile docking station from the HP website. The docking station never worked well since he got it. The customer service for 3hours kept bouncing us from dept to dept. Not one person was able to problem solve and actually give a refund or a replacement. I haven't had such incompetent customer service in a very long time. In french, we say it was "Zéro Barré" or "Zéro puis une barre".
