Mobile docking station not functioning correctly. My father ordered a mobile docking station from the HP website. The docking station never worked well since he got it. The customer service for 3hours kept bouncing us from dept to dept. Not one person was able to problem solve and actually give a refund or a replacement. I haven't had such incompetent customer service in a very long time. In french, we say it was "Zéro Barré" or "Zéro puis une barre".
