I called to make a service appointment for my 2019 lease. The service agent was not helpful at all. He asked when I would like to bring the car in and the two dates I requested were not available and he did not suggest any others. He awkwardly left me hanging and I had to ask for the earliest availability.

I needed an oil change, two new winter tires and the tires put on. He told me I would have to call the parts department for the new tires. Excuse me? I think your parts department and service department should be able to coordinate to get two new winter tires for a car I am leasing from you. I also let him know I had two recalls that also needed to be taken care of and he had to be asked to go look in my file for the recall numbers, he did not offer. He let me know the dealership could not take care of the recalls as they do not have the parts for replacement available. I realize this is not the service agent's fault but they should have a plan on how to deal with this situation. When will the parts be available? Will someone call me to schedule a replacement? How can they issue a recall notice and not have parts available or give any follow up information?

My expectation when calling the service department that I lease my car from is that they find me a date to service my cars problems and then do it. I want a hands off service. I bring in the car, you take care of it, I pay. That's it. I want nothing to do with finding parts for my car.

I will not be leasing another car from a dealership that gives such pitiful service. I am extremely disappointed and I will service my car elsewhere for the remainder of my lease.

Alexandre a su nous conseiller et nous guider tout au long de la transaction. Par la suite Jean-François a su répondre à toutes nos demandes. Que du bon service. Nous le recommandons fortement.

Worse garage. Have an appointment at 8 am still waiting after half an hour just to give the keys.that's on top of the last time I was here had to send the car back 2 times with a tow truck!

Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Paid for an "inspection" they just take your money and never actually do the inspection. They pocket your money. Car was never prepped. Went to pick up the car and when you opened all the doors it squeaked. You would of thought they could of at least sprayed some WD40. Salesman and customer service didn't even have the decency to respond. I would never buy a car from any H Gregoire dealer moving forward.

We posted our car up for sale on Market Place and were contacted by Hyundai Gregoire H to bring it in to estimate it. We were clear that our price was non-negotiable and very fair. Asking how much they were offering given the conditions, they said to bring it in. We ended up driving an hour there and an hour back home only to be given 7,000$ less than our asking price. Beware that they offer much less than what you are asking regardless of the car's condition. Our car was listed in detail on marketplace and lived up to the expectations.
You won't get your money's worth here. Do not waste your time.

Though we had to wait 7 months to receive our car (this cannot be blamed on the dealership whatsoever) the sales team kept us up to speed on where the car was all along. Great job all around. We love the new Tucson! Worth the wait!

I went to this HGregoire dealership looking for a car with my daughter with hesitation, I had heard many bad things about the brand and I personally had a bad experience with the HGregoire in Pincourt. But from the time we walked in to the time we actually picked up the car it was a great experience, From Alex (Sales) and Sevag (Finance) we were treated professionally and with respect. Everything was explained to us step by step and they were always there to help, I will definately go back for my car replacement. Thank you!

The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with! After being approved for financing and waited for more than 2 months to receive the car and the delivery should be tomorrow, received a call today and they are forcing me to take the warranty or get a higher doubled interest rate, so I canceled it simply.
(N. B. I was already there last week with the finance manager to finalize everything and I added a winter tires on the finance and no one said/explained that before). Really so bad.
I do NOT recommend this place at all.

Dealer went above and beyond to help us find the car we were looking for. Visited several dealers, and this was the only one to really take the time to help us.

Kevin, dans les ventes, est charismatique et ne met pas la pression que l'on peut imaginer du "vendeur de char classique".
Allez le voir, il vous trouvera un véhicule rapidement, malgré la rareté de ceux-ci récemment.
Par contre, n'oubliez pas une chose: tout prix est négociable.

I recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. I cannot say enough about the service we received from open to close. Joe (sales), Alain (finance) and Alexandra (closing) were top notch and always had our best interest at heart. My Emails were answered with a phone call within the hour and any questions we had were happily answered. It was a seemless process. Will definitely be referring family and friends to this dealership.

Dishonest and misleading tactics! They posted a car for sale online so I called to confirm it was still available. They said it was, so I drove an hour to the dealer for them to let me know they didn’t have that model at that price but they surely had something else that could interest me…. Shame on you for taking advantage of people that way!

Update: I received an answer with a phone number from the owner. The only thing is the number is a general number so nobody wants to take responsabilities for future customers. Good luck selling cars with such an attitude.

The dealer is not made for selling cars or customer oriented. First, they are to busy answering calls, the sales agents are there just for a place to show their suits/ no knowledge necessary for that and the finance department is a joke. I asked to cut a deal and pay with a cheque for an used car and the answer was it is not interesting for the dealer because they are losing money from the banks. Yes, I know. On the outside, the building looks pro, inside, completely different story.

Service department: Had a major engine repair to be performed on my vehicle. Jeremy from service department went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. One of best experiences so far at a dealership service department! Thank you Jeremy! You deserve this 5 star rating!

Sales rep Steven was uninterested in selling his cars. Constantly spoke about having customers "kicked out" if
they negotiate because someome will always buy it at his price. Saw him for a 2015 Civic EX, with 2 accidents, and 4 owners, bad maintenance history and he wouldn't budge about the price. I left right away, so save your time!
