Wish the tv was Netflix or app friendly. Don't expect to connect to the TV in the room easily. What a shame. But other than that was great. Just no room entertainment.

Standard for Hilton Garden Inn, which is really good in my experience.

But more than half the parking under the hotel is still to be completed and there were no clear instructions from front desk where to parke

I will not come back in this hotel unless I can arrange not having a car.

The hotel is nice but you can hear the traffic in your room most of the night. The location means it takes longer to get to the airport than you realize due to traffic.

Ok so the bestest hotel experience ever! We do travel with family. We got a room with kitchennet and over$220per night so yes very pricey like many said its brand new hotel and central location. Breakfast is awesome n included. Daily cleaning service included. I guess u get what u pay for. Staff is extremely professional

I was very excited to spend the long weekend with my best friend in Montreal and we both agreed the hotel looked very promising while booking it. It was not cheap but since we were splitting we thought it was worth it… we were wrong. The hotel lobby is very nice and elegant, but that’s about where the good things stopped. I got to the hotel early so my room was not ready (which is totally fine since I knew check in was not until a couple of hours later) but the lady that helped me told she could pre-check me in and give me a call once the room was ready. I never received said call. Once I went back to the hotel, check-in was extremely slow. The lady at the front desk told me there was a QR code in the room with all the hotel information. Once we got to the room there wasn’t a QR code. I then called the lobby again to request information on how to connect to the wifi and said the room did not have a QR code. I had to try calling about four times before anyone picked up. They proceeded to tell me there must be one, otherwise I had to come back downstairs to the lobby to scan the QR code (there was none, we looked everywhere around the room for it). Once I tried to login to the wifi it did not work. The staff again was a little rude and not helpful and directed me to call the a service line with whom I spent around 20 minutes on the phone. The reservation was for a double room with four people. However, we only had one towel in the room. I requested more towels and after 30 minutes we got ONE extra towel delivered to the room. The staff did not apologize neither did they tried to make anything better. I definitely don’t think this hotel is worth the price, specially considering you have to pay for parking ($15 per night) and breakfast (I wasn’t even given the option to pay for breakfast since I had not included it in my reservation). You can get a hotel at a better location and more perks for the same or less price

Opened in 2021,2 restaurants, Room are nice and Clean, Friendly Staff. Quite close to Airport. No shuttle to Hotel but Uber is quite Cheap from airport.

Attended a Christmas work-related party in December. All in all, excellent and friendly service from the staff, and the food was very good.

I didn't stay at the hotel but a few of my colleagues did. They all had good reviews about their stay. And it's a dog-friendly hotel!

It's a fairly new hotel so it's very clean and modern. A great option in the area and I will recommend to out of town friends looking for a place to stay in that area.

Connecting flight got cancelled stranding us in Montreal. Thankfully the staff at the Garden Inn Hilton Midtown are amazing and were able to get us setup with a beautiful room for a fair price.

The southern rooms face the most busy highway in the city, packed with cars and slow traffic at peak hours so don't expect clean air or quiet hours during the day. There are restaurants across the highway just in face of Walmart, and there is a grocery 100m away from the Hotel, in cause you want to grab a snack. In 2023, a huge mall will open 500m away, which will cause massive traffic jams on the highways around the hotel. Keep this in mind if you are leaving for the airport, it is going to be long.

This hotel do not provide any bottle waters to customers even you are a gold member. After I complained to customer service, agent said hotel will send the water to my room and apologize to me. But when they knock the door, I thought they will say sorry to me. But only a housekeeping carrying two bottles of water. I feel no respect from hotel.

DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL
It’s clean BUT
I found them to be very cheap, you have to buy your own water bottles (never seen that in any hotel), and At the same time they are sneaky with their charges! If you use the parking underground one time they will charge you $15 extra per day everyday for the whole stay. (I only used it twice but got charged for the full week)
At the same My rental car was damaged at the hotel and there was no cameras available.

Great property, Very spacious rooms, clean and wonderfully amazingly friendly staff.definitely recommended for convention or business trips or group travelling. Also very convenient for families with their health club and pool.
Their restaurant Blandino is quite a little gem and i would recommend it too.

Tried their new tacos place as well.quite tasty.

Friendly staff! Helped us a lot. Easy checkout. We stayed for about a week. It has all we need except the bathroom don’t have a bolt of lock inside and the shower are is plain glass. It’s bit u comfortable. I don’t know about the class space is good enough in double queen beds room. Quite surroundings. Close to highway. Taking away one star just for the pillow and the spring mattresses. Couldn’t sleep comfortably.

Very nice clean and modern hotel. The king room was very spacious. Nice desk space to work from with comfortable chair. Plenty of power outlets and usb charging facilities. Nice temperature control and lighting options. Not the best location if you are driving but it is beside a metro station. On site restaurant not the best but there are plenty of options nearby including a grocery store.

While this hotel is new and pretty, the poor customer service and price gouging is intolerable. I stayed on a extended business trip, over 15 days and it only got worse from the first day. From the first experience of the fridge freezing all my food, despite being turned down, and being given no formal apology or offer of compensation…. I lost $60 of fresh food. I didn’t want money, just an explanation of what they were going to do differently to ensure this wasn’t going to happen…. Nothing. As another review stated, the pettiness around the bottled water and other things are a bit ridiculous are absolutely true. My room was barely cleaned and I never received a shampoo refill during “refreshing” or other staples. I spoke with the Hotel Manager who stated he wants to hear my concerns, so I informed him that I had no paper cups for tea. He appeared genuine in wanting to provide service and said cups would be up immediately, but no cups arrived to the room…. Not surprised. After a while I gave up, because of the persistent rudeness of staff…I just wanted to leave. Even on the last day when I asked for the total cost, the front desk person told me to add up the totals at the bottom of 5 pages myself because they processed the payment as multiple transactions.

Anybody can build a pretty hotel, but it takes care, attention to detail and professionalism to make it home away from home. Eventually the lustre of the hotel will fade and then there truly will be nothing left.

Not your typical Hilton, BEWARE GOLD HILTON MEMBERS.

The cheapest beds and pillows I have ever seen.
No daily housekeeping, no soap, no glassware in the rooms.
For the prices charged, I will never return.

Since I've worked front desk & in room service/ valet service in hotels for 25 years. I can assure you this is non bias honest review
Hotel is brand new.its super modern & well designed/decorated
And that's where the good part ends

That staff is brand new too by default.but its a hit & miss for customer service skills
While some have worked in the hotel industry before.some have clearly last worked at Wal-Mart
Eg. The young guy who couldn't figure out how to lock back my hotel room door after bringing up requested towels while I went out (2x). Or Housekeeping not locking up after either. Not professional of anyone working in hotels

The front desk staff try their very best.they really do. But most of the time the front desk manager is busy or hiding in the back or not even present the entire weekend.again not professional of anyone whom has previous hotel experience

There is lovely restaurants on site, pool, gym, reception halls, business center, you name it.even. Pricey Underground Parking (everything is just brand new. Unfortunately like hotel experience & training in the general staff

They don’t even serve water in the room also they didn’t even bring me a little piece of chocolat and they said « oh well it not included » and they said it will be CHARGED WHEN WE PAID $1264
