Service was ok front hotel desk not anything to write home about. Rooms and amenities were awesome. Restaurant arôme was super tasty and love the fact we could get a 1/2 liter of wine each, something that is hard to find now. Hostess at arôme was great, the waiter was ok seemed a bit off and hi**…. I mean stressed…. All in all experience average was 3.5 stars.

Première visite et j'ai apprécié! Impressionnant comme c'est beau! Le hall est superbe avec ses luminaires majestueux et les œuvres d'art. L'accueil était impeccable. Les employés souriants et accueillants.
Nous avions la chambre 1421, au 14e étage avec 2 lits et vue sur le lac. Encore là, la chambre propre, grande et bien éclairé. Belle vue et surtout le soir. On a dormi les rideaux ouverts.
Piscine extérieure chauffée et intérieure ainsi que des spas (extérieure pour adulte seulement et intérieure pour tous) et un sauna. Ce que nous avons apprécié, les piscines sont ouvertes jusqu'à 23hrs! Et c'était occupé jusqu'à cette heure. Agréable d'être dans la piscine extérieure le soir. Petit truc, si vous y allez autre que l'été, apportez une tuque, vous allez l'apprécier.
Bref, un agréable séjour!

Plusieurs personnes et moi aussi on a remarqué que l'eau de la piscine est devenue de plus en plus froide, même si on réclamait à chaque séjour.
Dommage car c'était le point le plus fort de l'hôtel.

The only thing I would complain about is their continental breakfast, other than that everyone is friendly and very awesome service. Rooms were clean and organized, everything is beautiful

The pool was beautiful and swimming outside in the darkness of the evening was so pretty in the 86 degree pool water.and an added bonus, it was lightly raining.a lovely experience in December.

Great place to have fun with friends, have a drink, dance or just play cards and slots machine.

Amazing staff and friendly service. They helped with whatever they could and anything you asked for was handled promptly.

Very nice stay. Comfy rooms great staff. The outdoor heated pool is great there's even hot tubs. Will be coming back in the winter for that.

Bel hôtel, piscine magnifique. Et pour se rendre au casino, pas besoin de veste ou manteaux car il y a un passage couvert.

Nous avions la chambre deluxe vue sur lac et c'était très bien. Beau grand bain et la chambre en général était très propre. Rien dans le mini bar, même pas une bouteille d'eau. Service aux chambre quand même rapide compte tenu un gros hotel.

This place is very racist. All services i ordered from restaurants, pool spa etc.were always booked or either occupied. And all black people were sat in the back where you get the least view. These people aren't there to make your stay welcoming, they do the littlest and expect a huge tip. Went there alone for some time off the fast pasted life and i got treated the absolute worst. All staff members had the most disgusting attitude i have ever come across. YOU ALREADY GET PAID FOR YOUR SERVICE, YOU GET TIPPED FOR YOU HOSPITALITY. This place is honestly at the bottom of my list for hospitality. Poor hospitality. By the way you get judged by your race.

Odds of winning are poor.had a favorite machine that paid pretty good and they took that machine completely out of the area.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but as a previous patron the new look is a down grade from the original casino. A jumbled floor lay out. All the beautiful interior gone. We used to go just to dine but the restaurant is a shadow of its previous self although the food was good. The ambience is gone. It certainly is no longer a casino that warrants neing next to a hilton. More like a days inn.

I am floored that I tried to reserve a room at this hotel for one night and they wanted to charge me 429 for one night. Especially, when you can only use the pool at certain times and it is still covid. That is s scam

La chambre sentait le vieux tapis, matelas mous, café dans la chambre imbuvable, chasseur qui ne surveille pas mes sacs sur le chariot et part ailleurs aider un client, déjeuner archi cher et fenêtres très sales et personnel de la réception pas chaleureux du tout. On me répond que c'est un hôtel 5 étoiles. Non. Plus maintenant. Au prix que nous avons payé, je m'attendais à mieux. Aux Etats-Unis, nous sommes mieux servis aux différents Hilton.

We were looking to get away after so long without going anywhere and we needed someplace with a pool. This hotel delivered! With both an indoor and outdoor pool, my kids had the best time. The pool was a great size, clean and limits were in place in terms of how many people were allowed in at a time and you had to reserve a time slot, which I appreciated. The grounds were beautiful and our room had a great water view, even from the 1st floor that we were on. We went to the casino but did not manage to get the beach, which is just a stone's through away. Next time!

Aujourd’hui le 23 juin 2021 est la réouverture, de ce magnifique hôtel. Le directeur d’hébergement et son équipe à la réception sont très professionnels. Nous avons croisé le Directeur Général qui s’est arrêté pour nous donner la bienvenue. Cet hôtel a un super personnel et des services disponibles pour ses clients; conciergerie, boutique, restaurant au bord de l’eau, et plus. L’équipe en général sont très attentifs aux clients. Merveilleux, ça vaut le prix et le séjour.

Pasamos cerca del Director General que se detuvo para darnos la bienvenida. Este hotel cuenta con un excelente personal y servicios a disposición para sus huéspedes; conciergerie, boutique, restaurante frente al mar y más. El equipo en general está muy atento a los clientes y sus productos. Maravilloso, vale el precio y la estadía.

Today June 23,2021 is the reopening of this magnificent hotel. The property manager and his reception team are very professional. We met the Director General who greeted us. This hotel has an excellent staff and services available to its guests; conciergerie, boutique, waterfront restaurant and more. The team in general is very attentive to customers. Wonderful, worth the price and the stay.

Plus belle hôtel à Gatineau! Service exceptionnelle suites avec vue spectaculaire! Mais n'a pas re-ouvert depuis le début de la Covid, cette endroit me manques tellement

For our 6 month anniversary, I decided I'd acquire a room at the Hilton and purchase their 'romance package' (king-size bed, champagne, rose petals, bathrobes, spa access, etc). The evening went well; my fiance adored the pool, dinner, the casino - however when we got back to our room late, we came in to discover a paper had been slid under the door.

My fiancee picked it up and had an instant freak-out; "$680.00! " she exclaimed. It was the bill for the room, She wasn't supposed to know the price, it was supposed to be a present. For whatever reason, they slid the invoice under the door at some point while we were out, rather than just presenting it at check-out like hotels normally do, so I could pay it discreetly.

That pretty much ruined our stay. She was panicking about the cost for the rest of the evening, and it defeated the whole purpose of purchasing a relaxing getaway.

I don't know what the hell they were thinking.

Number one in my book. They were extremely courteous. Check in was fast and check out even faster. Beautiful main hall entrance. Rooms were immaculate with wonderful views and service staff were the best. Loved this place.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Hilton, piscine chauffée et bain tourbillon extérieur, piscine intérieur, gym accès au Casino depuis l'intérieur. Je m'y suis baigné lorsqu'il faisait -35 degrés à l'extérieur, c'est vraiment une belle expérience. Le restaurant à l'hôtel est très bon, les chambres sont très propres et très belles. J'y retournerais sans hésitation!

This is a top tier hotel. The room was immaculate with an amazing view and a huge/clean bathroom. The only problem was that there was a bag of chips that were previously open at the mini bar (which they obviously did not charge for). The pool is amazing and if you visit, make sure you check out their outdoor/heated hot tubs! It was an amazing experience to be in a hot tub with a gentle snow.

Bon service, lit confortable, piscine intérieure extérieur chauffé a l'année longue, spa, sauna. Par contre arrivé pas trop tôt car chambre rarement près avant 16hrs. Stationnement gratuit mais plus loin de l'hôtel.

Un très bel établissement pour les évènements de grande envergure avec des choix de repas service ou buffet dans une large gamme de prix. Après l'événement les participants peuvent passer du côté du casino pour avoir une très belle fin de soirée.

Loved their Chihuly glass are at the hotel lobby. And they have a very beautiful Christmas tree every year

We had dinner at Arôme. It was very good and the service was excellent. I had a problem with my steak, they had to grill it twice. The manager was very apologetic and in the end they didn't charge me for my meal. All of the other meals were done perfectly, and we still had a great time.

The building was nice but overall the main attraction is the casino. Lots of fun and an exciting atmosphere highly recommend if you have some money you don't mind losing.

The Banco Bistro is a great place for a family brunch. Attentive and pleasant staff, great food and a relaxed environment makes for great conversation and family moments.

I was there for the casino, and it was really pretty. The service was great, and I had a lot of fun despite losing some money. It's a good place to visit with luxury decorations suiting for the Winter.

Went for a Christmas party for work and was extremely impressed with the venue and staff. Everything was really well put together, we had a fantastic evening!

The hotel is nice however the food is so-so and their customer services are subpar. Attended and event where checking the coat was not free and they wouldn't accept credit card as payment. The cash mashine is a mile away in the casino area what a great way to ruin your experience. Won't return unless I have to.

Attended a tattoo convention at the hotel. It was well organized. The tattoo artists and businesses were well represented. The food at the event was very good.

Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong, but fortunately the staff were responsive apologetic and corrected when they could. This property wants to create a positive customer experience I unfortunately had a less-than-stellar experience. The property is beautiful, comfortable, and clean with great amenities so I will give them another chance.

Went to the restaurant for a Poutine. Great portion for the price. They have an ultimate poutine that my colleagues ordered that is absolutely massive and loaded with everything you could ever want on a poutine. Servers were quick and very friendly.

Rattaché au casino où on y trouve beaucoup d'options pour manger et s'amuser. Service rapide et aimable du personnel de l'hôtel. Je peut facilement recommander l'hôtel.

My booking was from October 25 to October 28,2018. I was assigned room 1120 and the room was paid by a conference organizer. This conference booked and paid for many rooms during the weekend, 4 other conference members were on my floor. I have concerns with the quality of the room. 1.the closet doors would not open properly, only 1 door worked. 2.the bathtub cannot accommodate a relaxing bath to an average size person (I am larger than average size) I would expect a Hilton room to have a decent bathtub, 3.the red chair and ottoman in my room was looking threadbare, not exactly a luxurious feeling. 4.the walls are paper thin, could hear people walking in the rooms next door and the hallway. And then there was the event on the 11th floor during the night of the 26th to the 27th. While I understand that staff could not have known it would happen to prevent it, I felt that residents of the 11th floor were very inconvenienced by what occurred and staff would have done well to acknowledge the occurrence with something better than a mere sorry when it was mentioned. Another client booked a room on the 11th floor that night to celebrate a birthday. Guests were rambunctious and loud. At 12: 45 AM, the event became aggressive and violent with glass breaking in the hallway, people being tackled by police and taken away and cleanup (using vacuums) done in the middle of the night. As they collect your cell # to welcome you and text you in other ways, it may have been a good idea to text their guests who may have been affected to check to see if they were ok. I wrote them feedback after my stay suggesting they compensate all the guests who were made to live this unsettling occurrence in some form. I myself was unable to sleep for the night and was too scared to leave my room during the night. I refused to stay the following night even though the room was paid for. Due to the unbelievably unpleasant experience I will not stay there again. Their response to my feedback was to send me a $100 Hilton gift card which can be used at any Hilton. Let us understand correctly. The conference organizers were charged full price for the night with the occurrence, and the following night that I had vacated the room. Per night the cost was approx $200 per night. I get a gift card to use somewhere I will not go as compensation. This is just a continuation of a company that doesn't care about their clients.

Very nice rooms and great gym and pool. But no kitchenette for the suite, minus half star. Service is great and the view is awesome. In general its a great hotel.

We visited this restaurant for a special occasion. It was worth every penny! The atmosphere was incredible with an amazing view overlooking water and the Parliament buildings. The food was extremely well done and worth every penny! We tried the five course meal as well as the three-course meal and will be returning to do it over again. We also enjoined wine pairing with our meals making for an extra special experience

Beautiful view from your room, if facing water. Great restaurants within, and casino lac leamy a short walk away with more restaurant and event options.

What I love most about this Hotel is the large outdoor heated swimming pool. Swimming while it's snowing is something everyone needs to try! Great summer patio to relax by the pool as well.

We discovered while walking out with our morning coffee that Lac Leamy sits adjacent, with a beautifully maintained and paved trail that wraps around the lake which offers a place to bike, blade, walk/run. A park off the trail is close by with a fairly busy beach on summer weekends. If you are into biking, the trails are endless from here, and getting to both Gatineau and Ottawa hotspots are possible from here by bike.

Exceptional service by staff. Don't hesitate to ask the concierge for hotspot information or the cleaning staff for assistance. We were treated well here. Highly recommend Hilton Lac Leamy.
