Hilton Montreal/Laval

I like the location and the fact that every room is fully equipped with a full size functional kitchen. The only thing you have to be aware of is that cookware has to be ordered at the front desk. The rooms do not have any cookware in their full kitchen, which a little strange.

Hôtel très convivial pour les évènements corporatifs et chambre très confortable. Accès au gym piscine et spa. Isolation pourrait être meilleur au niveau du bruit. Certains ne sont pas très respectueux et son bruyant jusqu'au petites heures. Le restorant a une belle ambiance. Le personnel a été très serviable tout au long de mes 4 jours.

Je suis de classe ouvrière et je n'est pas beaucoup d'argent pour me gater. J'ai louer une chambre pour un anniversaire. On m'as pris en tout 2 paiement (un bloquer et un chargé) le 300$ qui a été gelé ma gravement mis dans le pétrin juste avant Noël. Donc si vous avez beaucoup d'argent sur votre carte ça ne devrait pas vous déranger mais pour les autre comme moi au moin vous serez avertis. On as presque pas dormi, beaucoup de bang bang de la chambre du haut. Douche minuscule dans la chambre. Buffet déjeuner, correct ne ma pas impressionné pour un hilton. Piscine bondé de jeune très bruillant. On as pas réussi à relaxer ni à bien dormir en plus que jattend toujours qu'il me remette l'argent sur ma carte.avant cetais mon hôtel préféré je ne sait pas ce qui c'est passé.: ' (

Stay was pretty good. Bed was not as comfortable as the other times I stayed at the Hilton. Overall I was happy.

As Hilton Diamond member, I found this place to be clean and the staff very friendly. They need to pay more attention to the breakfast bar (being properly stocked) but the quality was very good. I will stay here again.

The front office manager (William) has been very kind and professional. He was flexible and made our stay very comfortable. We will certainly will use this hotel again for our next trip and would like to recommend to other people too.

Water in the bathroom does not drain, there are spiders in the bathroom. Not expected from here.

Hôtel très bien situé au centre de Laval, proche de toutes les commodités.
Le service est courtois, le personnel sympathique.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres avec une bonne literie confortable.
J’y reviendrai avec plaisir et recommande l’hôtel Hilton sans hésitation ️

Horrible office chair and glass tabletop that makes it impossible to use a mouse. So not a great place to get some work done. Room that smelled like cigarette. Staff was friendly.

Great place, clean, welcoming, great staff in every dept. Stayed there 7 night and every experience was positive. Will for sure go back there next time we visit family in Montreal

It would be the best experience at this hotel if I did not lose my camera bag with camera and lens in the bag.

The Hilton Name and brand should be removed from this hotel. You will find more service and cleanliness at a 1 star Motel or Hostile. Update to my last review as I got a notification from Hilton that someone had called me and sorted everything out. NO ONE has called me! Nor has anything been sorted out!

En partant, le gars à l’accueil se dit nouveau et ne peut pas répondre à ma question à savoir si la borne électrique est fourni, mais fini par aller voir un collègue après que je l’ai dévisagé pour obtenir une réponse et non seulement un "essaie et tu sauras! ". (Il ma vraiment dit ça). C’est pas top comme service client, mais bon, il doit manquer d’employer. Bref, La borne électrique n’est pas incluse. On paie 250$ la nuit et la recharge n’est même pas incluse. Ce l’est pourtant à d’autres hôtel et ici c’est le Hilton, je m’attends à mieux! La première chambre fournie pu l’humidité, s’en était dégeulasse. On ne me surclasse même pas et on me met sur le même étage qu’une équipe sportive pour la 2e chambre. Elle est moins pire, pas parfait, mais ça sent le parfum pour cacher l’odeur. Complètement non insonorisé, on entends les gens jaser tellement fort que je sors pour leur dire « cmon guys, aller jaser dans votre chambre au lieu de le faire à 2 pouces de ma porte »… mais non, ils sont plutôt à l’autre bout du corridor à attendre l’ascenseur tranquillement, mais comme s’ils étaient dans notre chambre entrain de faire le party! Vraiment décevant….

Great stay other than having to wait almost an hour after the check in time for our room. No apologies or vouchers were offered, bit of a bummer.

Very bad experience, unbelivable, would never expect it from Hilton! Booked big room in December 2021. Arrived to the hotel for the formula 1 weekend and gues what my room has been given away to somebody else.

I arrived and my room air was very stale. The Ac wasn’t working and I had to plug the unit in. The room then had a weird smell coming from the air conditioner.
The bed was comfortable but the bedding somewhat rough.
The worst part was all of the noise from the hallway and person walking upstairs- had one of the worst sleeps I have ever had while traveling. Will definitely not be returning here- there are other lodging options in the area and prefer those over this stay.

2 night 1 room thy charge me 1076 dollars even not 3 stars and the staff on the respion not friendly in the day shift. The night shift great. I will not back.

- Restaurant has delicious food and service: try the Grilled Salmon, olive oil and Kale for lunch or dinner and also the carrot cheesecake. Hands down the best Salmon I’ve ever eaten.
- Great store with everything you need
- Study areas and conference rooms
- Clean gym and swimming pool

Let me tell you some thing that online travel agents don't want u to know about. When reserving stays use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ They easily have the best deals on rooms! Way better than using expedia, tripadvisor, hotwire. That is for sure!

Service was excellent! William Lavictoire the guest service manager handled a payment issue I had checking in with great professionalism. He didn't give up until we found a solution and let me check into the room early to do so. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nous n'avons pas eu notre chambre en arrivant, nous avons dû attendre 1h car ils ont un problème qui "arrive souvent avec booking.com" (donc connu). Donc nous avons entendu avec consommations gratuites au moins (super je ne bois pas!) et nous n'étions pas les seuls. Et ensuite on nous dit que tout est beau et qu'on peu procéder.mais l'autre réservation n'est pas annulée, elle nous est chargée tout de même donc en double! Et on ne nous mentionne même pas le dépôt que nous devons laisser en plus qui est pris sur notre carte.en double aussi.
Nous devrions revoir notre argent dans 1 semaine ouvrable, j'imagine les troubles pour une petite famille qui est en voyage qui aurais pus en avoir de besoin de cet argent là! Pour la banière Hilton 4* on s'attendrais à plus!

Hilton location was good with walking distance to some of the highly rated restaurants. The restaurants were great. The guest service was top notch, very friendly and helpful. We asked to heat up some left overs and Immediately a microwave was sent up to the room.
The layout of the room was spacious and the bed/pillow was great and had a restful sleep. However, Hilton can improve on the towels and the toilet paper which were rough on the skin.
Finally the breakfast included at the time of booking wasn’t specific as to a continental breakfast, but it was, which was disappointing. Suggestion, can be clear it is a continental breakfast and/or for a reasonably higher price can offer a full breakfast.

Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer auf dem Executive Floor Richtung Highway. Es war sehr laut. Auf Rückfrage bekamen wir dann ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite für die restlichen Nächte (Zi 605). Das Zimmer nicht mehr ganz modern, aber nicht abgewohnt. Die Zimmertüren dichten schlecht, man hört jedes Geräusch von draußen. Executive Lounge war für die Einnahme von Getränken offen. Evening Social/Appetizer wurden in der Bar gereicht, für HHDiamond. Frühstück lecker.

First place I stayed when I entered Canada and have been back a couple of times.the rooms are great.the front desk is super helpful and friendly.ate a steak at the restaurant which was also top notch.it is a bit outside of Montreal but its worth it.cant wait to visit again. I 100% recommend it to everybody!

Rooms and hotel was very clean and I really felt safe during this pandemic to have stayed here. The staff follow covid procedures very friendly staff. It was for my birthday weekend and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool alone. I didn't see any other guests
Only downfall was I went during renovation so I couldn't get a room with a jetted tub.

Bel hôtel, très propre! Digne de la chaîne Hilton. Belles suites spacieuse avec chambre fermée. Cuisinette, a l’intérieur avec tous les services. Les chambres sont très grandes. C’est comme un petit appartement! Bien situé près de tous les services à laval.

Only stayed for one night, but the service was excellent. Great location just minutes away from the mall. The decor is modern and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and clean. The gym was small, but had everything I needed. It was empty and quiet which was perfect. We dined at the restaurant which had a nice ambiance. Definitely try their cheddar/bacon burger, it’s delicious!

Worst customer service ever. When asked for manager the front desk said have to wait untill the next day for him. I asked for quite room I got the nosiest couldn't even sleep there had to leave it was waist of money and bad experience I would never go to this hotel chain and group again

I stayed for five nights. They have same breakfast menu every day. For which I am only giving 4 stars.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Hilton in a Junior Suite with closed room with our two boys and I have to say it's a great hotel, very clean, excellent customer service, would return without a doubt. Beds are quite comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent, the kids really enjoyed it and the waiter was great. They also loved the pool.

Très classe! Bon service. Déjeuner petit buffet classe affaire agréable. Les chambres auraient besoin d'être revampées look des années 80. Très propre et silencieux. Par contre il y avait un tournoi de hockey et tout les kids ont pris d'assaut la piscine et le spa qui leur est interdit, ma copine et moi avons du rebrousser chemin du au bruit et à l'agitation de ces 150 petits monstres.

We were here only for our office party so I did not see any rooms however, the food was very tasty, the ambiance was welcoming and the staff very helpful. Overall it looked modern and well maintained.

Mon hotel préféré dans le secteur. J'ai fait pas mal le tour des options d'hôtels du secteur et j'ai une petite préférence pour le Hilton. Il y à plusieurs hôtels connus autour. Le Hilton me semble avoir un petit plus pour le look, le confort, l'ambiance. Un peu tout les petits détails font que c'est mon premier choix sur Laval.

Bel endroit, belle vue et le lit king est l'un des plus confortable dans lequel j'ai dormi.et que dire des oreillers de duvet.juste wow!

Always like my stays here. Staff has good memory, remembers you when you check in. Great chicken club sandwiches, beds are super comfortable and very convenient location for work in Montreal, Laval or Mirabel.

Interior is very luxurious, but not overwhelming. Staff was great. Room was always clean. Absolutely would stay here again.

Le barman connais ses boisson de très bon conseil. Serveur polie et donne de bon choix pour le menue. La nourriture est excellente. Le petit déjeuné est délicieux.

J'ai été déçue par le resto pour le déjeuner à la carte car la nourriture était froide, toasts brûlés, café froid, mauvais service. J'allais régulièrement déjeuner le dimanche au Hilton mais c'est terminé.

A block away from main highway 15. Has executive lounge. And floors. Very convenient not far from downtown. Close to mount royal
