Great Service and staff is so nice and caring. Everyone working at Reception doing a great job, they made your day. Nice Location and great views from rooms. I love the amenities they have at such price and i love the service they provide me throughout my trip. Worth stay there. Those were nice couple of days.

I had Parliament View King and Staff offered me the 17th floor from 4th floor at no extra cost. That was best of Hilton! Perks of having Hilton Honours!

Hôtel très propre et bien situé; très belle vue sur le parlement également, cependant il n’y a pas beaucoup d’insonorisation entre les chambres.

This is the view taken from the hotel. It was close to major tourist attractions and I liked that it was easy to access anywhere. I think I could see the entire Quebec City from the view from the hotel.

Great Hotel near Parliament in this amazing city. The old city is a must do if you are in the area. Great restaurants, great shopping and the atmosphere is well "European". We loved this city and stayed in this hotel, pre-cruise for a couple of days in last September 2023. The staff were very nice, and the restaurant was only open limited times. It's clearly a business hotel, and is across from the Convention Centre. We did not find this a hindrance and really enjoyed our stay there. Recommended

Excellent hotel at a great location. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I don't usually sleep well when I travel alone for work, but the bed was so comfy that I was able to sleep soundly every night. The lobby has a very nice seating area. View from the room is great.

Clean, quiet, great location. Only very small pool, and when kids finally leave they close it too early.

Awesome location, great river view and the breakfast was also great. As a lot of the full service hotel, the room is a bit small though.

Great hotel in Quebec City. It’s located centrally to everything. It’s a short walk to old town tourist area. The rooms are new and clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The check in staff was very friendly and efficient. Parking is around $22 for self park and $33 for valet. Get the higher floor so you can have the view of the lake and the old town area. The only draw back at the time when we were staying there, there was strike by the hotel workers that created quite bit of noise.

We were disappointed to arrive at our hotel for our anniversary weekend to find many staff members on strike. There was no restaurant or bar service and no room service. We were not notified of this before our arrival. The noise the strikers made was so obnoxious it made coming and going from the hotel a horrible experience. We weren't able to enjoy the pool as it was only a few floors above the strikers.

When I asked why they were on strike I was told the hotel chain was making cuts to their health insurance and pensions. They were asking for it to remain the same. Seems fair enough to me.

Restaurant hours are not consistent with signs in the hotel and food is over priced for the quality and quantity you get.

Booked a room for 3 persons. 1 king bed wasn't going to work. Quickly fixed with a portable bed. Great views, clean room, but a noisy Nespresso coffee maker. After walking all day through the old city, a hot tub would help the sore joints and muscles. Covid restrictions aside, I would come back. Hopefully not waiting 20 years for next visit.

Belle rénovation, le lit est confortable mais dû aux manifestations des employés devant le hilton, il nous réveille à 8h le dimanche matin, ils font tellement de bruit qu'il n'y a pas moyen de se baigner tranquille. Avoir su nous aurions cancellé le séjour, mais le seul avertissement que nous avons eu avant de nous déplacer, c'est qu'il va y avoir le restaurant et plusieurs choses de fermé dû au moyen de pression, mais pas qu'on allait devoir passer à travers des piquets de grève avec du bruit interminable. Je m'aurais attendu que l'hôtel nous donne un dédommagement, un crédit ou une meilleure chambre sur le côté du fleuve. Mais non, nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour et probablement prendre une autre hôtel la prochaine fois.

Great experience staying there. The room allotted to me had a broken bathroom door but on complaint they upgraded the room to junior suite. Comfortable and convenient stay. Very close to old Quebec and other scenic places.

Very nice hotel, rooms are brand new, location is top notch. Breakfast restaurant is pretty regular. Only little problem is my room was not ready by the guaranteed time of 4pm and had to go back and ask if my room was ready 45 min later (they were supposed to text me), otherwise, very good.

Good location. Clean room and friendly staff. Nice city view. Prices are reasonable and acceptable. Unfortunately the digital key is not working and room service is not response.

Bel hotel. Bien situé en face du parlement et proche du centre historique.
Les renovations (Aout 2021) ne sont pas complètement finies cependant.
Bar et restaurant interessant.
La piscine mériterait une renovation car elle accuse son âge.
Astuce: Stationnement Place d'Youville (de l'autre côté de la rue) moins cher (18$) mais surtout donne droit au entrées/sorties si on y reste pour 3 jours. Juste en faire la demanse au xaissier en sortant

Very clean and updated contemporary rooms and facilities, staff were all very friendly. A very pleasurable stay in a great location.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service.our bathroom door lock was broken, I called room service 3 times to fix it but nothing was resolved. The iron wasn't working properly, when asked for a replacement, the hotel gave us a broken iron. Breakfast wasn't available for us, don't find it feasible reserving it many days in advance. The worst part is that our beds weren't made the second day, reception mentioned that you have to request 24 hours in advance. I don't see how that makes sense, our previous hotel in Quebec changed beds everyday.

The stay overall was great. The check-in was smooth and quick, the location is amazing and close to everything.
Will definitely come back.

For sure a top hotel in the area. Everyone is amazing, pool is fantastic for the family and the Bar is just the best.

Avant de me déplacer, j’appelle pour savoir si nous pouvons accéder à la terrasse (resto-bar) adjacente à une piscine sans frais, on me répond que oui, tant qu’on reste dans la section bar. En arrivant sur place, après 45 minutes de marche, et on me répond (de façon bête) que c’est 15 $ par personne pour accéder au bar. Je rappelle au numéro que j’avais appelé et je laisse un message. Je n’ai jamais été rappelée.

Rooms were very nice but small (no sitting area), the restaurant was great, great service and delicious food. The pool was full of rowdy kids and the pool deck was pretty dirty with debris from the kids (bandaids etc) Not what I had anticipated. Although the rooms were nice 300$ a night is a bit over priced, the view was worth part of the price though.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

Well, you can argue what a true 4 star hotel is and is not, to me, this is a 3 star max.

Pretty much 3 stars only because of location, everything else is average or beyond average.

AC in the rooms so noisy, just terrible.
Rooms small;
Bathrooms small;
Swimming pool small, crowded, windy, no shade;

You paid for a breakfast but you have to make a reservation and the space is extremely limited? We do understand it's a COVID era, but in this case DO A ROOM SERVICE BREKFAST DELIVERY, YOU, HILTON?

We're still at the Hotel and this morning, August 27th at 9 am most of the employees went on strike, making terrible noise outside the hotel, we're on 19th floor with Harbor view and still can hear them.

Of course we do support working people and shame to the Hotel Management, but now we have a terrible headache and no breakfast this morning.

Blunt apologies from the front desk personnel does not make a cut.

We love Quebec, but no more Hilton, we can't wait to check out today!

We were staying at Hilton during our 2 nights trip to Quebec city. Overall the hotel is great with recent modern renovations, big bright rooms, beautiful lobby, warm swimming pool. The reception staff was polite and friendly. However, upon arrival in our room we found the garbage can full and there was no drinking water refill. Calling the service line didn't help, no one picked up. Also, the room wasn't soundproof, we were annoyed buy the neighbors screaming/loud TV until 4 am during the first night. Besides that, we satisfied with staying at Hilton Quebec.

Very nice and clean.
We went with our 2 boys and the room was spacious for a little family. Photos on website are as is. The top roof exterior pool was an amazing addition to our vacation on the hot summer days. The view of the city at night was beautiful! I recommend this hotel.
