Hinnawi Bros bagel and Coffee

I loved the place, the food is very delicious, and the attention of the staff is incredible, very friendly

The service is very fast, it is a comfortable and quiet place to have breakfast. Very kind when explaining the menu to me, the cashiers also speak Spanish and I liked that. I ordered a mocacchino, it was very delicious as well as the fresh bagel.

Good quality food at reasonable prices! The New York Bagel was delicious and filling. Plenty of flavours and fresh too. Losing point for English only place.
But for sure I'll go back.

I think I’ve had all bagels that they sell but certainly my favorite one is the Toronto. The price is fair in my opinion, the atmosphere is really nice and there’s alway a lot of people there, that’s how you know it’s a good place.

Les sandwich déjeuner sont sur la coche. Il manque peut être un peu de variété au niveau des boissons genre smoothie ou café glacé mais mon cappuccino était bon.

Food's good. Good value. Staff could be friendlier. A smile a little care costs nothing and makes a huge difference.

Ordered the “New York” with side salad, it is very filling and tasty. I think side salad should be cheaper given that it’s simple and small.

Best bagel I’ve ever had!

Good little bagel place that always makes fresh bagel sandwiches. They're never pre-made so you know you're getting a fresh one and exactly what you want in it. Also good service and friendly ambiance.

Great place to grab a Latte and brunch! Dined there every morning/afternoon of our trip because the food is excellent, made fresh and expediently. Most of all, the staff are exceptional. This was our favorite spot due to the ambiance!

First time having bagels in Montreal and absolutely loved them. Really nice almond croissants. The only thing I'd wanna change is the heating. It was really hot inside and even the staff were sweating.

I found this place not so clean. The tables were not cleaned. The bagels were thrown on the counter in the back. And there were flies everywhere even tho it is no longer summer.

I was in Saturday October 8th at approximately 8: 15am. I have gone to Hinnawi Bros nearly every day for the past 4 years. Today was a particularly busy day, presentation at 10am (one hour of prep before that) and a full day of university meetings. I know Hinnawi is fast and reliable so instead of bringing breakfast from home before such a busy day, I thought I’d stop by my favorite breakfast place. When I got in only half the display was set up, music was blasting, and although there were two people working there was no one to take my order. After a few minutes someone yelled « coming » from across the room while quickly turning down the blasting music. They started cooking my breakfast order but went back to mess with the music while I tried to pay. My card didn’t go through as there was a dial error. I tried to get someone’s attention, because by this point I was really in a rush. Finally someone came by, there was a big line at this point. It seemed my breakfast sandwich was almost done. She set the machine up again and I tried again. She went back and I had to wave her down again to let her know there is a dial error. This happened 3 more times. She then asked if I had cash and I said no and she said « ok next in line » …. No, « I’m sorry for the inconvenience » or anything. Seeing as I’m there nearly every day, it probably wouldn’t have been too much trouble to give me the sandwich they had just cooked. What are they going to do with it anyways? I also would have been more than happy to come back the next day and pay once they sort their machine out. After 4 years of this being my favorite breakfast spot with my partner, I don’t think I’ll be going back any time soon or at all. There’s absolutely no concern for the customer, you may as well just go to Starbucks. The lack of professionalism was really disappointing. (Also no one likes blasting music before 10am, please don’t blast…)

En juillet dernier je commande un bagel au poulet. Au total 16CAD. Alors que je suis pressée, on me laisse poireauter bien 20 minutes avant de me dire qu’ils sont en train de dégeler le poulet et ça prendra encore 30 minutes. Leur méthode: la poitrine directement sur le grill. C’est une méthode (pas très sécuritaire niveau hygiène) qu’on utilise à la maison quand on a le temps, beaucoup de temps, pas dans un magasin. Ils auraient pu m’avertir et me proposer une alternative. Je suis repartie les mains, le porte-monnaie et l’estomac vide.

DON'T WORK HERE! DON'T GIVE TIPS! My friend used to work here and The money is not for the waitress, it will be for the owner which I'm not sure if this is legal and this happens in all the Hinnawis, You Owner stop being abusive and give the people their money!

Twice the cost of subway (for example). But at least the bagels taste good + the wait time is just a few minutes. Still, it's not like a much lower-priced subway tastes bad.

I went with my friend and both of our coffees were absolutely undrinkable. Also, no vegan options AT ALL. Disappointing.

The person serving was about as much use as a chocolate tea pot. Luckily there are plenty of other great bagels spots in Montreal.
