Hinnawi Bros. Bagel & Café

Yummy bagels and nice ambiance with huge windows to enjoy a breakfast at. They have macadamia nut milk latte:)

Je suis passé ce matin dimanche 05 novembre aux alentours de 11: 15 a.m. J’ai du attendre 20 minutes pour un simple Americano dû à la faible organisation de l’équipe sur la place. Le lieux n’était pas spécialement très rempli initialement. La personne faisant les bagel étant occupée avec les commandes, la personne au comptoir aurait pu l’aider à la préparation des boissons, afin de fluidifier le travail. L’endroit se remplissant, elle a simplement pris les commandes de tout le monde, augmentant considérablement le temps d’attente pour les clients et la charge de travail pour la personne en cuisine. Axe d’amélioration à travailler …

Decent bagel. Got the salmon lunch bagel. It could have had more salmon and toppings. However the bagel it’s self was good. Latte was good as well

Les pratiques de cette entreprise sont scandaleuses; les patrons refusent de donner les pourboires laissés par cartes aux employés, qui n'ont d'ailleurs droit à aucune pause malgré de longs quarts de travail. Mon conjoint y a travaillé pendant plus d'un an, et il n'a jamais pu avoir de vacances malgré son statut de temps plein. Les employeurs n'engagent que des personnes nouvellement arrivées au Québec et qui ne connaissent pas les Normes du travail afin de les exploiter. C'est vraiment dégueulasse et la CNESST a été récemment avisée. En attendant, n'y mettez pas les pieds!

Parfait pour un lunch rapide et savoureux.

Je suis allée à Hinnawi Bros Bagel & Café pour déjeuner et j'ai été agréablement surprise.
Je m'y suis rendue aux alentours de 15h00 et il n'y avait donc pas d'attente, j'ai été prise en charge immédiatement et servie très rapidement. Le personnel était très agréable.

J'ai apprécié les choix d'options vegetariennes. J'ai commandé un bagel "Vege" qui était très bon.
Bagel& Café propose également des boissons comme chocolat chaud, London Fog, Café Latte.

Enfin, la décoration est super, rendant le restaurant agréable et cozy.

Great stop for breakfast tea and sandwiches without breaking the bank! Service was excellent and everything tasted great! I'd love to see more bagel and vegetarian options though:)

Excellent bagels; decent choices and selections including bagels with butter or cream cheese, bagel & smoked salmon, bagels with egg and bacon, and some big stuff the a bagel with tomato, cheese, cucumber, lettuce, and egg. They don't shortchange you. I got the bagel & smoked salmon and it was filling. There's coffee, espresso, and mocha. Not much inside, per se, a handful of seats - get great food.

I'm giving up on this chain. I've gone to them for years because they do have a decent bagel sandwich, but they're organization, staff, ownership decisions and overall attitude is just terrible. Today was the last draw when I called ahead of time. Place an order for two sandwiches. I do this because I know they are usually very slow and I like to give them a heads up today. In particular, I was heading to the airport so I really didn't have time to wait.

On the phone the person asked me if I wanted anything else I said no that would be great and I would see them soon. They then hung up the phone on me. 25 minutes later when I get to the cafe and ask about the sandwiches they tell me that they had not started making them because they didn't ask how long it would be until I arrived.

I'm taking longer than I should to complain about what is a small thing but I figure maybe I will save somebody else the trouble of wasting your time here.

Though the staff are largely incompetent, I really do blame the ownership and management for not proper training.

I’m a regular, the staff is so nice to everyone and they do a good job making people feel welcome here.

The coffee I personally think is really great, their bagels are fresh and pillowy every day. And the prices are fair

The salmon bagel is to die for! Just wow. The medium roast coffee is so flavourful. I'm very happy I discovered this gem.

Avoid this place if they are busy or if you are a vegetarian. After a 40 minute wait my medium drip coffee still had not been prepared and I had to leave without getting my drink order. I did get my bagel after the long wait but I had to pick pieces of bacon out of the egg due to cross contamination on the grill. The two staff were working hard but at the very least I wish the man at the cash could have gotten drink orders more quickly rather than focusing on taking more and more orders from people in line, and warned people ordering that the wait would be so long.

A beautiful and clean restaurant with friendly service and amazing bagels. The banana bread is absolutely life changing and a “must have” if you’re in Montreal!

Delicious sandwiches, bagel is great I bought a dozen to take home to Vancouver and staff was excellent especially that young lady at the counter. Coffee was great too. A hotel staff at St-Denis, Jean, recommended the place. I went back twice. My family love the bagels I brought home. I wish I brought more.

Got the smoked salmon bagel. It’s usually not something you can screw up but it was the worst version of this I’ve ever had. The cream cheese was wet not creamy and had no salt? Also 40$ for 2 sandwiches and coffee.

The wake up bagel at this cafe is simply delicious! It's the perfect grab-and-go breakfast option that won't break the bank, with prices that are very convenient. Highly recommended!

As a first-time visitor to Montreal, I had the pleasure of visiting Hinnawi Bros cafe and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. My husband and I ordered the egg cheese bagel and the smoked salmon bagel and was impressed by the huge portion size. It was definitely worth the price, and the bagels themselves were perfect - fresh, chewy, and flavorful.

The atmosphere of the cafe was clean and inviting, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service. My order was taken quickly and my food was prepared and delivered to my table in record time.

Overall, I would highly recommend Hinnawi Bros to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal in Montreal. Whether you're a local or a first-time visitor like myself, this cafe is definitely worth a visit.

This place has delicious iced coffee and very friendly and welcoming staff. They even gave us free cookies on our first visit. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Excellent quick breakfast spot. Enjoyed a delicious bagel breakfast sandwich and full assortment of coffees. Food was quick, and the staff were friendly.

J'adore ce restaurant, le personnel est si attentionné. J'ai commandé un bagel lox, le saumon fumé est excellent! Ils m'ont même donné un pain au banane en cadeau Très bon prix aussi!
