Spent 20 minutes choosing cloths only to be told 25 minutes before closing that the trying rooms were closed. “It’s the rules, I don’t make the rules”.

It seems to be my go-to place for children's clothing. One can always find the right stuff for kids here.

Worse H&M in the planet. Extremely rude Employees, disrespectful and condescending. AVOID IN ALL COST!

Cute items. Although they don't have a lot of fall clothing, what bothered me the most was that when you are trying on clothes, the changing rooms have curtains with nothing to hold the curtains in place and because they let people choose their cabins. I had a man enter mine when i was half naked without realizing it was occupied. I did not like it very much. I would have liked at least there to be something to let people know that it is occupied.

Overcharging the customers! Check your bill before leaving the store!

I visited the store today. I actually took a day off to dedicate it to myself have a fun shopping day. Unfortunately I had the opposite what I was hoping for. This is another store were you are overcharged and when I asked about the consumer rights rule the manager just rudely told me this doesn't apply to them without being able to show me the line in the law Out of 10 items I was overcharged on 2. I immediately noticed the wrong price on 1 item in the store. At home I realized that I was overcharged on the 2nd item. So now I have to spend my time to go back to the store and beg for my refund! This is just outrageous. They have hundreds of customers daily - now imagine how much they overcharge the consumers daily at 1 store only! No wonder the H&M is multibillion worth corporation!

Okay but the cashier today that looks exactly like Trevi Moran needs to relax because she was rude, she rolled her eyes & sighed really loud. The girl with long, brown, straight hair.

I like this M&M Store because I bought a Cher t-shirt there and they have good clothes and good deals there too.

Love the clothes here. For all 5 in the family. Mom, dad, teenage girl and younger boy and girl. Always good finds.

Nice H&M location. Recently renovated and the space is now huge. Usually very clean and organized. Large dressing rooms. Staff are friendly and change room wait lines (if there is one) usually move quickly. Recommend shopping at this H&M location.

Shopping on line is a negative experience. Late to the on-line game and returns are by mail only with a return charge. It's 2019.get with the program. Competitors, Zara etc all have in store returns.

Really nice since the renovations. Items are well displayed by collection.the store is relaxing to shop in and has a nice atmosphere. Good amount of items. Much better organized. Staff is young, but they were polite and quick. Store is very clean.

J'ai fait affaire à un jeune homme au comptoir qui était très sympathique, articulé et parfaitement bilingue. Très rare dans ce centre d'achat.

L’agrandissement a fait du bien à cette boutique. Seulement, la section des hommes est plutôt petite et limitée en terme de choix. Si vous comparez celle au Carrefour Angrignon, c’est 2x plus petit. Dommage.

What a disappointing store! My daughter bought something online, and we brought it back to the store to return it, and they do not accept returns there. I do not understand that policy when stores do that. It just doesn't make any sense to me at all! Then on top of it when you go to return that you have to pay your own expenses! Totally unacceptable in today's world of online shopping.
