La chambre et la salle de bain était très propre et incluait tous les produits et équipements nécessaires.

Le petit déjeuner était excellent.

I love the French. Clean rooms it was a little weird. The elevator was difficult, like from back back in the day.

Great breakfast the sausages where so yummy, the coffee was above average for a hotel, you must have contortion level flexibility to reach toilet paper while sitting on toilet, they offer a selection of pillow firmness, lots of outlets outside to charge an EV car! Definitely would come again.

L'hôtel est correct, répond aux bases. Ce que je n'ai pas aimé, c'est l'histoire que le réceptionniste m'a inventée quand je suis allé lui demander pourquoi ma carte n'ouvrait pas la porte pour entrer dans la salle de formation. Après avoir insisté sur une réponse logique, il a terminé en disant que le préposé à l'entretien fermait à clé la salle d'entraînement pour que le groupe de volley-ball des filles, qui restait, ne l'utilise pas. Je l'ai trouvé très mauvais, qu'est-ce que j'y peux? Pourquoi ferment-ils une partie des installations, sans véritable raison? Zéro empathie. Cependant, le personnel de la salle à manger, lors du petit-déjeuner, était très attentionné, merci beaucoup de m'avoir fait oublier le mauvais moment!

It's a good spot, friendly staff. The rooms are a little noisy so bring earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper.

La chambre n’était pas prête à l’heure, odeur permanente d’humidité dans la chambre d’hôtel, au déjeuner continental, il n’y a pas suffisamment de nourriture au déjeuner continental pour l’ensemble des résidents de l’hôtel. Située à proximité des plusieurs restaurants.

Chambre moyenne mais chauffage soufflant air chaud archaïque très bruyant et gênant pour dormir. Déjeuner cheap.

Très chaleureux mais un peu banal. Aussi la télé de notre chambre affiche constamment un onglet qui prend une grosse partie de l'écran. Sinon, belle expérience.

This Holiday Inn needs a complete overhaul and is not like any other Holiday Inn I have stayed at in the past. First of all it’s in a great location right off the highway with restaurants and shops close by and the beds were incredibly comfortable but for the cost per night I definitely expected more. When our group arrived they didn’t have two of our four reservations, so this took an incredible amount of time to rectify. The rooms are outdated, especially the bathrooms. Out of four of our reserved rooms three toilets never flushed properly and the showers drained incredibly slow with water up to your ankles. Yes I spoke to the front desk about these issues but they never rectified any of them during our stay. Don’t assume that the continental breakfast will fill you up, definitely plan for a quick Timmies run or grab food elsewhere. The food choices were slim pickings with no variety and not always fresh - bananas were black and apples had definitively had seen better days. The furniture in the dining room needs an overhaul. Many chair backs were loose and the seat coverings were all worn with plenty of stains. Unfortunately this hotel does not reflect how a Holiday Inn should look or run like. Time for some updating and renovations!

Je dois monter aux 2 semaines voir mon fils militaire et à chaque fois il y a des équipes de hockey à la tonne, ils font ce qu’ils veulent! Ils prennent l’hôtel pour une salle de jeux où de party L’hôtel en a rien à faire de sa clientèle! Dirigé par des étudiantes qui n’osent pas rien dire. Pathétique! Il profite des familles de militaires parce qu’il n’y a pas beaucoup d’hôtels près de la base. C’est tellement décevant.

Convenient place to stay. The staff were really great. They are friendly and want to make sure you are having a good time. The breakfast offering was really good and tasty. The pool was enjoyed by my daughter right until closing time. I did find the room a little snug, but it was ok for our one night stay.

Un des pires de leur chaine, j en ai fait au moins une trentaine des holiday inn, jamais vu pire.

Le personnel ordinaire, service ordinaire, chambre tres ordinaire, gym tout est fini la dedans, dejeuner pas mangeable, sans parler que je sais pas si c est le train, mais le plancher shake de temps en temps.ha oui la config du batiment est pitoyables aussi.

Holiday inn over charge me 700 CAD to my credut card 3 days later and refuse to explain and reverse the transaction.

Qualité/prix des plus justes. Le déjeuner manque légèrement de punch, mais est dans la bonne moyenne. Plomberie vieillissante.

This place needs some TLC, room was old and so cramped with furniture, the crown molding had cracks with old caulking hanging down from the seams, loose old wall paper is falling off the wall, smelly discolored carpeted floor, the shower head was moldy and body wash soap dispensers not fonction properly, embarrassingly had to ask the front desk for a bar soap, the t.v. Chanels are very basic, the internet's wifi signal is not available everywhere, for breakfast the fruits where moldy and flies where buzzing around the bowl, complimentary beverages like juice, water, hot chocolat or coffee was never made available during the days or nights we stayed, in my opinion the staff are probably over worked and dont care for guest's satisfaction, it goes without saying that we're never going there again, it was just such a total waste.

Rooms are nice.you can open the window for fresh air. The office chair & shower curtain have seen better days. The elevator was interesting, but overall, a good stay! I like the Dove soaps, too!

Les chambres sont tout à fait correcte, par contre au petit déjeuner, les plats chaud sont souvent vide à 7h00, on s'est même retrouvé a aller au Tim un matin car il n'y avait pas grand chose!

Malheureusement notre réservation avait été perdu. Ça été un peu complique au bout d'un bon moment et vérification avec la gérante ils nous on donné un chambre mais il y avait une odeur très désagréable (boulamite, humidité).
Déçu de mon séjour.

Très bel accueil. Nous étions un gros groupe de VR. Nous avons été accomodé pour le stationnement. Nous partions tôt le matin, petit déjeuner prêt pour nous. Très beau choix. Ils nous ont laissé la salle pour une réunion de groupe. On ne pouvait demander mieux. Les employés sont très gentils et disponibles. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Rooms not clean, the AC unit filter had not been cleaned in years. Seemed unsafe to inhale that air and dirt.
