Can't wait to visit again! My favourite hotel so far. I visit twice a year and choose deals through cheap o air and this hotel was the best I have had. Service is excellent! Pool, hot tub and sauna are kept clean!

Excellent Location as its approximately 10 min by walk from Old Port. Has facilities of underground parking.

Hotel bien situè, moderne.chambre correcte mais la moquette au sol devrait etre mieux entretenue.un parquet au sol aurait èté mieux.de plus liberer la chambre à 11h n'est pas pratique.pour profiter du dèpart tardif à 14h faut reserver via expedia, ce qui n'est pas indiqué sur le site.

Good rooms but horrible and degrading customer service. They charged us twice for the room without wanting to look at their system, after a negotiation with the supposed person in charge of the hotel for more than 30 minutes, if the employee confirmed our complaint. As for the person responsible, he left without apologizing.
Terrible breakfast charged twice at $71, waiter constantly interrupting and taking away the dishes without us having finished.
I do not recommend it.

Incompetent staff. I literally confirmed information by phone only to have staff refute the exact same information on arrival. Incompetent.

Room was clean and staff were helpful.bit confusing to figure out to come and go as the lobby is not on the exit floor.centrally located to a nice market, mall and walkable to the basilica

This was such a lovely place. The staff were extremely friendly, the room service was great, the room was in excellent condition and we had a great view. I really liked how simple yet spacious the room was. The hotel food was amazing. I liked how they gave us welcome packages that had a lot of information on the Inn. The historic Chinese status were really cool. The best part about saying here was the magnificent Koi fish that they had in the main hall.

I always choose to stay in this hotel when I visit Montreal, usually twice a year.

The hotel is ok. The room could use some renovation. The lobby has a beautiful style. And the staff are nice.

The best part I love this hotel is the location. There is a subway station cross the street you can go anywhere; there is the Chinatown behind the hotel that you can find many fantastic food. The Norte-dame and old town is just one block away. Underground Montreal is right underneath. The train station (that is how I get to Montreal) is 11 minutes walk.

Horribe séjour. La piscine était insalubre (verte, poils, verre). Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas et la télévision non plus. Tapis au sol très désuet. Aucune commodité. Nous sommes partis après 1 nuit parce que nous étions très déçus.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, beautiful walk through garden, calm and peaceful. Visit the Lotus Bar.

J'y suis allé pour une formation et n'est que manger au restaurant. Aucune idée en ce qui concerne les chambres.
Les employés sont courtois.

Really liked the ambiance of the little pond garden. Location was great. Easy to get to places with the metro station close by and lots of restaurants and pastry shops.

Was a nice change of scenery and a unique building compared to other holiday inns. The staff were all very friendly. The vending machine ate my money. Pretty accessible to the city but probably a better place to visit in the summer time.

Located in Chinatown which is mins away from downtown Montreal. The building looks a bit old and sketchy but the interior looks decent the bed was also comfy. However, the hotel parking lot was a bit difficult to find as there was no clear signs on the street. The AC was also a bit loud but it was acceptable. Overall it was a great experience and I would probably come back again!

I had exceptional service and my room was very clean. Though nothing to special.wonderful experience would recommend to anybody looking for a good place to stay at a good rate

Staff very friendly. Restaurant was expensive and not pleasing. Maybe drunk people screaming, angry at other guests, very frightening.

Belle hotel, propre, bon service et bon rapport qualité/prix. Seul bémol, n'allez pas a la piscine avec votre sac a dos, un agent de sécurité pourrai vous menacer d'expulsion de l'hotel (fait vécu). Mis a part, très beau séjour.

This was a highly disappointing four day stay. The rooms were clean, thankfully. Unfortunately that's the only positive. The breakfast buffet costs were extremely high. The pool was extremely cold. The hot tub was closed. The hotel charged me $25 for a microwave. We were asked to leave the lobby and visit with our friends in our room instead (isn't that what a lobby is for?) The WiFi was so slow and we ended up turning it off in order to use our phones. We found the staff friendly but unhelpful on a number of requests. We will not be coming back.

Convenient location across from metro and quick walk to downtown and old Montreal. Fair price for spacious rooms and very nice staff.

Disons que ça peut aller. Il y a un très grand nombre de "mieux" dans cette gamme de prix. Le jardin intérieur a toujours plu.

When we checked in, everything worked out.we got our parking, went to out room put all our luggage there and so on.but the bathroom smelled so bad non of us dared to step in.but other than that we went on a tour of Montreal and came back and slept.so the first day was good, but then when we went to eat breakfast they said that we didn't have a breakfast voucher with our room and that we would have to pay.now normally this would be our fault for not ordering it with our room online.except that three of us saw and made sure that we had while we were ordering the room and we even put the breakfast included option on trivago.whatever a breakfast couldn't be too expensive right? It was an all you can eat so that was great, however the waiter did not tell us how much it would cost so we just assumed like 50$ for all four of us, and so i eat some eggs and sausage with some cider and the waiter brought us the check.it cost 90$ for four people! Its ridiculous.but we paid and moved on.the next day we eat breakfast at Tim Horton's, and it cost us around 30$. Other than the breakfast situation and the fowl smell of the bathroom the hotel was OK, however sometimes we didn't even have a place to park at in the parking.

The Hotel was very clean and all the employees had amazing customer service. The lobby was beautiful and restaurant was amazing. They also had a pool, hot tub, exercise area, and Sauna on site.

Nice hotel on the edge of Chinatown, within walking distance of the river, many shops and historic sites. Understated Asian decor. Underground parking which was not free, but an additional daily charge. Very hot water and good water pressure. We had a little trouble with our reservation, but ended up with a larger room at the same quoted price. The hotel is built as an open square with a central, totally enclosed, landscaped courtyard. This made for a long walk from the one set of elevators around to our room on the opposite side of the square. Fortunately, I am not geographically challenged. For safety in case of fire, there are at least two sets of stairs on opposite sides of the building. There is a couch near the elevator on each floor, which makes it easy to wait for someone before heading off somewhere.

Excellent hôtel, staff courtois, beau lobby au 2e étage. Pour les gens qui recherche un gym inclus, il y en a un mais passable. Dite vous qu'il y a des hôtels qui peuvent être moins équipés. Pourquoi 4 étoiles, bien le brunch le matin a beaucoup changé depuis ma dernière visite. Certe il y a du choix mais la qualité a diminué. Également, j'ai eu quelque problème avec la climatisation, mais sans plu. Dans l'ensemble, je vais quand même y retourner la semaine prochaine.

Trés bien situé, à 2' de la place d'arme, il faut quelques minutes de plus pour rejoindre la place Jacques-Cartier et le vieux port.
Personnel agréable et petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

This hotel is well located in Chinatown, with easy access in one direction to the Old Town and Port. Go in the other direction and you're quickly into downtown and central shopping streets. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but showing some signs of age. There is a lovely pool at reception level with many goldfish in it, large and small, and overall the hotel had a Chinese theme. Breakfast is good with a wide choice of hot and cold dishes and the staff are great. Buy you are charged for bottled water in your room!

It was the Holliday Inn in Chinatown. Nice reception hall and courteous staff. Lovely decor made the atmosphere inviting.

Excellent location: a few minutes walk from the old town and Notre Dame Basilica. Friendly staff. Very good complimentary breakfast. Clean rooms.

The location is fantastic. It's right near old montreal and chinatown. The decor is also really beautiful. The beds are super comfortable too.

Have stayed here a couple of times and it's typically been a great experience. Location is fantastic, close to both old Montreal and the downtown area, lots of action going on in Chinatown with plenty of options for food. Hotel itself is very well kept up, clean, good breakfast. Only problem we've had is with some parties making noise late at night coming and going from their rooms, or doing stupid things like bringing beer bottles into the pool and hot tub. If the hotel could control their rowdy guests a bit more, I would give them the full 5 stars.

Very well located to everything we wanted to do enjoyed poutinefest and the city itself. Very close to the water as well.

We weren't advised that this hotel is in the middle of the Chinese quarter. That in itself isn't a problem, but we don't like Chinese food, so we had to walk quite a distance to get lunch and dinner. The breakfast was 'international' though.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It's a little awkward sometimes to get to the Parking Garage, if you get on the wrong elevator banks, as one side only goes to street level. Also, the elevator always stops on the 2nd floor, where the reception desk is located, along with the restaurant.

Convenient location in Chinatown Montreal. Close to many attractions and restaurants but price is higher than the other holiday Inn near by. Room is not as clean nor as big. Service is ok.
