Holiday Inn Montreal-Longueuil

Location is a bit hard to get to if you don't have a ride. But there are several transit stations closer to the hotel. The breakfast menu can be improves a bit. I had pasta for dinner and it was okay. The portion size was huge.

The rooms are old and a bit overpriced for the condition they were in. It was just average. The lounge was nice and cozy.

We have stayed twice now at this Holliday Inn and have received excellent service. I would recommend asking for a corner room if you are a larger family - the corner room gave us plenty of space. Pool is very nice and clean. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous and professional. Location was great for us, and the entire hotel was very clean. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Large common area with a bar to sit around with friends or small business discussion. Well lighted area. Large parking area away from city but it’s a place you leave your car and take the shuttle to nearby metro or Uber to Montreal. Nice size well lite gym next to a nice size swimming pool.

Staff was not friendly! As Staff making their own rules, as They have a policy, after 11pm you are not allowed to sit in lobby! There is no where in contract they state that we can not sit in lobby after 11pm.

They don’t let you relax in main lobby area at night even tho we was not making any noise or doing anything that we supposed not.
And they called cops on us because we decided to stay at lobby.

It’s clean and quiet. Rooms are in good shape and beds are comfy. Bathroom was especially nice. Large TV. The AC unit for our room was a window AC unit that has been plumbed through the wall. Very loud for a small hotel room. We had to leave it off when sleeping. Tea and coffee maker is the usual Keurig set up, but for milk you have to go down to reception to get some single serve milk portions. Not sure why they aren’t kept in the fridge in the room. Also we only had one cup for two people. Seems like there’s some penny pinching going on in this hotel.
The hotel design is quite cool, with a large central atrium and rooms around the outside of the building. If you value privacy it might not be ideal since all the room doors open onto the atrium for all to see. Location is good in that it’s not close to anything in particular and therefore it’s quieter and probably a bit cheaper. You must be able to drive to and from the hotel. Two parking lots, one tiny in the front and one larger at the back. The pool and gym are clean and in good condition, though in May ‘23 the hot tub was out of use. Bar in the atrium is quite charming however it closes at 10pm and we were back too late to use it.
Generally speaking the service left something to be desired. I asked at reception for our room not to be made up except for tea/coffee supplies and new towels, and came back late night to find neither had been refreshed.
Breakfast buffet is $18 and not worth it. Typical hotel breakfast fare with cheap ingredients; the hot breakfast items were all pre-frozen and way to salty. Coffee was pretty bad. I’ve had worse hotel breakfasts but also much better ones. They were obviously trying to maximize profit on the breakfast service. Breakfast service was a bit weird, it was help yourself to food but not to hot drinks, which had to be served by staff. One staff person came to collect my bill and then put it back down on the table and kindly indicated to me where I should write the tip amount on my bill, then hung around to watch me to make sure I included it. They chatted to another staff member about it while I was still sitting there. It was quite awkward. I had to slip away while they were distracted so as to avoid a confrontation. Maybe they were having an off day for service though.
Overall for the price (via discount site) it was a good stay especially when you look at how expensive Montreal hotels are. Wouldn’t want to spend more than $120 a night though.

Pour le service aux chambres, il faut en fait sortir de la chambre et aller récupérer notre commande lorsque prête.

La piscine était fermée, déception. Nous avons appris, trop tard et par d'autres clients, qu'il était possible d'utiliser la piscine d'un autre hôtel.

Takecare.never park at the backside garage.our car got stolen in the morning.no security or guard.if you got a new car there is a big chance to lose it there.

This place is absolutely beautiful! My friends and I had so much fun. The bartender is the incredible and makes us feel like family!

Alarm woke up the whole hotel 3-4 times throughout the night. Didn't stop until around 2AM.

Was something to do with water leakage? Speaks to poor maintenance of the hotel.

Room was fine. Very friendly front desk and cleaning staff. Nice to have a Keurig in your room. But only one regular and one decaf coffee pod is not adequate. Nice to see dove toiletries available, not the no name stuff most hotels offer.

The breakfast is terrible and far over priced for what you get. The scrambled eggs are the powdered or carton type. Cold and leave a pool of liquid on your plate. The bacon is so thin. Sausages were undercooked. For $20 it's not even close to worth it. Don't even get me started on the dry, microwaved hash browns. If it was cooked fresh and quality food like the restaurants nearby than sure. And there were two of us but the tip was mandatory even though they say it's imposed for groups. I'd be fine tipping if the server came by our table to check if we want more coffee. That never happened, got the bill as soon as we sat down, before we even got anything.

Hotel is good though, just go somewhere else for breakfast. Maybe it's good for dinner.

Generally well kept. Perfect location for visiting P&W Canada. My room smelt a little fusty, but I didn’t raise it at the time. It was all just OK.

The hotel looks very nice and clean. Staff is very polite and always welcome you with a smile. The buffet is simple but tasty. Nothing like some eggs with bacon, beans and some harsh browns. The location is awful. It was very hard for us to get some sleep because we were able to hear every single truck bracking with motor and changing gears. The noise was so loud that the room was vibrating, maybe we were on the wring side of the hotel, I do not know that. Thank you so much to the staff, but I need some sleeping. Thank you!

The staying was excellent, very nice and clean hotel, breakfast was superb, all employees were so kind and helpful, ample parking in the back of the hotel with entrance to the lobby thru the restaurant. Definitely will recommend to anyone and coming back when visiting Montreal again.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff are the friendliest and helpful. Business traveller hotel but we were there with two grandkids for the BioDome attraction. Had the pool to ourselves basically. Restaurant food was excellent and the breakfast buffet had good choice. (Note we should have bought the 2/$24 breakfast voucher when booking. Kids are free so just need to pay for adults). We enjoyed our stay.

Malheureusement le bain tourbillon était hors service. Il a été mis en service à mon dernier séjour mais uniquement un seul jet était fonctionnel. A prendre note svp pour courroner une bonne réfection du système des jets.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de vos services. Bien situé pour accéder par les transports en commun un peu long vers le ctre ville et le port de Montréal. Merci tendrement pour tout

AC wasn’t working properly and when we switched rooms for a working AC, it was louder than a diesel generator.lack of warmth from the staff and no drinking water provided. We asked for water bottles and were charged $3 for each bottle.

Longuille has a lovely little downtown, very relaxed and quaint. Location is nice but a little far away from the metro, if you want to get into the city but the nearest station has decent parking or you could take a bus from across the street. Rooms are decent size, cooling system is a bit undersized, took a while to cool the room on hot days. Hotel is well cared for and clean, including the pool. Resturaunt is decent and convenient.

$3 dollars for a water bottle. Seriously…if you pay $250 per night and you can’t even get a water bottle for free, sleep somewhere else.

This is a quiet, clean and modern hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with their restaurant. Try the salmon!
The halls overlook the atrium but I think that the railing is way too low (just above waist for a 5'8" person) to the point where I did not feel safe leaning over from the 6th floor to take a look down.

The hotel is in a very good area and close to old port and other attractions (spl if you're a visitor for leisure)

the front desk and hotel staff is professional and polite. Courtyard is super awesome with options for bar and restaurants.

The only part we didnt enjoy is the breakfast restaurant - the staff there is very rude and pushy, my wife really felt it insulting with the staff and manager behavior during breakfast.

They close the lobby bar at 10pm on Fridays and force everyone into their rooms by 11. And they won’t clean your room. And the room tv doesn’t work.

Vraiment une belle expérience propre service A1. Piscine ok mais ça passe. Spa ok aussi l'eau étais pas clair beaucoup chlore. La piscine étais sale un peu mais pas pire que une piscine dehors. La chambre étais super belle avec le frigo super pratique

Heureusement que je ne me base pas sur l'attitude du personnel de cet établissement pour me faire une idée de l'amabilité des canadiens. Car de la réception au petit déjeuner, rien de recommandable. Le café et chocolat chauds étaient vraiment pas bons (de l'eau mélangée à une poudre indusrielle). Le repas trop gras.

Le réceptionniste était froid et répondrait de façon sèche sans jamais nous regarder.

Nous ne ferons plus de Holiday Inn car il s'agit de la deuxième mauvaise expérience avec cette chaîne.

Belle hotel avec une belle vue sur le vieux Port et le Stade Olympique et le Fleuve. Une belle piscine avec un grand bain tourbillon. La piscine étais occupé quand nous sommes allé mais les gens ont fais de la place pour tout le monde. La chambre étais propre et les lits comfortable. Le buffet du déjeuner au restaurant de l'hotel étais super bon. Le staff étais fiable et gentil

I love holiday inns. I try to only stay at holiday inns as the service is always friendly and the breakfast is always hot.

The night staff are very rude. The guy at the front desk asked me why I'm awake at night like it's any of his business. I had gone to the vending machine to get a snack but the machine wouldn't let me get my change and the machine didn't dispense my snack. I thought I would want to stay here again, seeing as the staff during the day is kind and accommodating. But after that experience I am now reconsidering and will probably never stay here again.

During Canada's covid shut down they were able to supply guest with meals. Nice staff.

I stayed here for two nights during my visit to Montreal. The location is only 10-15 minutes drive from the downtown Montreal. It overlooks the Montreal port which has a nice sunset view. Overall it was good value for money, room was clean and the hotel has pretty much all the facilities that a family would need.

There was a water leakage in our room. By the second day the carpet was soaked in water. When we informed the reception we were offered a room change but we had to go out and didn’t have the time to go through a room change. It’s so inconvenient. Also we asked for towels twice. It didn’t come. I went to the reception it didn’t come. The service was really poor. When I gave this review while checking out all we hear was a sorry and that’s about it. No regret or effort to make up for it. Overall it was a bad stay. I have been to other holiday inn but this one has to be ranked as one of the worst.

Aucun escalier donnant accès aux étages. Très lent lors de forte affluence. Les ascenseurs sont très lent. Pas fait pour les groupes. Location de salle impossible lors du COVID. Bar ferme trop tôt (22: 00) car l'espace commun est central à tout l'hôtel. Donc le bruit est portant. Je donne les deux étoiles pour la qualité des lits et des oreillers.

Its in a quiet area of Montreal across the port. Only 15 min from downtown. Nice view of Olympic stadium from our room. The hotel has on open view from each floor so you can see the main lobby and restaurant. Down side to that was you can hear a lot of noise coming from the restaurant below. Rooms were clean and modern. Nice comfortable bed and pillows. Free parking also. Definitely worth the price.

Staff and ads tell you the rooms are fully renovated but they’re not. Putting somewhat new, mismatched furniture in a room doesn’t make it “fully renovated. ” Our room had several cracks, broken walls, dirty carpet and was in a dark and dingy corner on the 4th floor. Room had many lady bugs which we found odd. Slept with the lights on and curtains open because I refused to touch the blinds and find who knows what kind of lady bug infestation. Was a complete waste of my money. Yes, it’s a 3 star so went in with low expectations, however, this hotel is truly maybe a 2 star, if that. Don’t be fooled by the pictures you see online - the rooms are nothing like it. Also, there is a back door where most of the parking spots are located. There is a security feature which requires you to tap your key card when entering after hours. On the first night, the system did not work and door just opened (very secure)! On the second night, the door was locked and just wouldn’t open, even with our key card, which was working fine. An angry gentleman was called over by one of the cleaning ladies. He came over, shoved the door opened and let us in, without even one word. So much for security and good customer service. Don’t be fooled. Buyer beware.

Cette note parce que ma fin de semaine a été épuisante. Je tenais à l’origine à ne pas fournir ici plus d’explications. Le premier matin fut pénible car ma chambre était située à côté de familles qui se connaissaient. Enfants courant sans cesse dans les passages; adultes qui laisse complètement faire. Portes claquant à répétition; une bonne vingtaine de fois au moins. Discussions longues à tue-tête tous dans le couloir; 7h30-8h00. Pas la première fois que je me trouve dans des hôtels mais ça, jamais vécu avant. La préposée aurait dû donner une chambre ailleurs qu’à côté d’un groupe; de base mais elle semblait nouvelle. Merci au jeune préposé qui m’a donné une chambre ailleurs, le lendemain. Ce monsieur était professionnel. Il vous faut le garder longtemps. Ah oui, la propreté de l’endroit est notable. Merci encore

WE STAYED FOR TWO NIGHTS THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE ROOM EVEN ONCE, DID NOT HAD COFFEE IN THE MORNING, RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE WAS TOO BAD, OAT MEAL WAS NOT EVEN COOKED, OVER ALL WORST EXPERIENCE.

Couldn't sleep last night the AC is too noisy and the breakfast experience was the worst experience we had in any hotel ever, we were waiting for one hour to be served.this is not acceptable.

This place was fantastic!

The lobby might be a bit drab or outdated, but the rooms are modern, well furnished. Very clean. Very well appointed.

No breakfast included, which is a bummer for the price.
The staff were very nice for the most part, but I can't justify knocking off a star for that.

Would 100% stay here again.

I've stayed here only on one occasion. The holiday inn has a reputation as an excellent place to stay. Must say this? Cation maintains this standard. A Four on Five rating.

WOW! J aurais donné plus d étoiles tellement que je suis emballé par la beauté de l'endroit, le calme qui y règne, l acceuil, et le service. Un must.je le recommande pour qui veut vivre de quoi d extraordinaire.
J ai oublié le temps tellement que je suis bien. Dès ma 1ière nuit j'ai décidé d'y ajouter une journée de plus, puis une 2ieme journée à mon séjour. C'est exactement ce que j ai fais. Dommage que je dois quitter.le travail oblige. Mais je reviendrai dans cet hôtel au décors unique et chaleureux d'un monde d aviation. Il y a des gens dans l hôtel à en juger par les voitures mais ils sont invisibles. Je vis pleinement l agrément de quiétude dans ce décors unique. J'ai l'expérience des hôtels mais celui-ci m'a fait vivre une vacance mémorable et le panneur qui se trouve au dessus de ma tête quand je relaxe dans l entrée, je garde l oeil dessus.loll

It was good hotel most of the staff was so amazing and helpful. They arranged us seating arrangement for 17 people immediately for dinner as we wished to have it together.

The hotel has beautiful theme of glider planes. They were acting quite well against Covid too. I remember a handy man being so generous and helpful when we complained about no hot water unfortunately forgot to ask his name but he we was very nice man.

Stayed in this hotel many times in the past, but this was the first time this year. Was impressed with the renovation they maid. Everything from furniture, bed and huge TV till bathroom - is new and very good quality. It used to be simple and a bit old, but now it is really a nice hotel.

Le buffet du déjeuner, avec un service d'omelette sur commande. 2-3 sortes de viandes, lait au chocolat, 4 sortes de céréales et j'en passe. Un service aux tables excellent. J'ai profité du bar en soirée et leurs ailes de poulet avec la sauce BBQ! Bravo à Éric pour son service au bar. Bravo à Mario et son équipe pour le service déjeuner. Bravo à la demoiselle à l'entrée qui m'a servi avec le sourire et merci et bravo au concierge qui est carrément venu me changer mon air climatisé. Service A1! Salle de bain super propre, choix d'oreillers moelleux ou ferme. Sérieux, on a pensé à tous. Pas de frigo ou de micro ondes dans les chambres mais j'ai vu des micro ondes près des machines à glaçons. Établissements fortement conseillé!

Excellent. Nous y avons été que pour une réservation de salle et souper. Le service et la nourriture était excellente. Ils venait régulièrement dans la salle nous voir. Une personne pour chaque table et deux pour le buffet chaud et une pour le dessert.

I think this hotel is in the middle of rebuilding reputation. And they tried really hard. Our one night stay was very nice. The beds were good (with different firmness of pillows), clean, well-maintained (recently updated?). The staff was friendly and accommodating. For constructive criticism, here are a few things that can be improved: indoor pool is listed as heated and it wasn’t; back parking, while ample, has to be accessed via an area with garbage and dump bins, etc (might be a temporary issue?). The area itself is somewhat on an industrial side, just as an FYI.

Amazing hotel, rooms are very large and comfy, pool is amazing, and the breakfast is stellar (but a bit costly). Also, it isn't free breakfast, it's only free for adults, not kids.

Le séjour fut un désastre. Cet hotel a aire ouverte à aussi une salle de réception au rez de chaussé et des noces s'y déroule les fin de semaine. La musique a empêcher une bonne partie de l'hotel de dormir avant 02h00 du matin sans aucune excuses.

The hotel wasn't bad. The Ac was turn on for us before we came in so it was a plus. I didnt see a microwave in my room. The bed was comfy. Overall not a bad place to stay near the the city of Montreal.

My room had a window A/C unit that barely worked so it was super hot and muggy. Electrical outlets don't work, and light bulbs are blown. The coat rack is hanging off the wall and I can barely reach the sink. Poor renovation job that cut lots of corners, I think. However service was friendly and breakfast was good.

Place was nice but no one went into our room tp clean it. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

I stayed with my wife and 2 kids for one night at this location on July 14. I came requesting to check in early 30 minutes since we came in Montreal on early morning flight, but staff was unable to find a room for me. At even 3pm normal check in time they had difficulty for finding a room for me. I asked a room with view and they refused too at that time.
The rooms looks pretty neat. Needs more light in the room. The bed lamps not works that good. The Air-condition unit covers needs to be fixed. Washrooms are great with the new look lightings. I would like to suggest microwaves in the rooms as well since it is a common standard for most of the holiday inn hotels.

The night front staff needs to be more customer care attitude and a smiling face.

I stayed recently another holiday in BC last week I am comparing the experience with the that holiday In as well.

Overall my comfort on stay was ok with room and hotel amenities. The customer care with families with small kids and non French speaking was unsatisfying.

Hotel was clean staff was attentive. All 3 meals at the restaurant were very good. The restaurant staff, especially Stephanie were wonderful!

Quiet, friendly (the entire staff from the front desk to the restaurant make this place great) and close to so many things. It was a great choice for me and my kids to be able to enjoy Montreal and its surroundings. I highly recommend it for a central place when visiting the area.

The hot tub was the reason we booked this hotel. It was filthy, murky water with dead skins floating. I was booked for 2 nights and canceled the second one. Also, too far from anything.

Terrible old room, no easy accesible plugs, dirty fridge, incredibly noisy airco and stingy management regarding their elite members. Bar area however nice. Hotel is also in the middle of nowhere.

Spent a night there. Had a view of the river in front of the hotel.
The rooms are nice. Had coffee which I appreciated. Had a mini bar fridge.
Beds were comfy. The detergent smell was strong though.
And the bathroom smelled humid upon entering the room for the first time.
The room has AC which was also appreciated.

Recently Spent 3 nights at this Hotel, The Family loved it and we wished we would have been able to stay longer! The indoor pool was awesome!

Faire dormir des retraités avec une réservation valide de 86ans et 81ans qui arrivent de l'aéroport dans la rue! Parce qu'il n'y a plus de place alors que c'est réservé! Honte à vous, aucun autre hotel n'a pu les accueuillir en raison du grand prix! Vous êtes êtes des monstres.

My handicapped wife and I stayed in one of the 'wheelchair accessible' rooms. It was roomy enough but the bed was very high, making it nearly impossible to get into. The bathtub is a standard tub/shower.
