Homewood Suites by Hilton Mont-Tremblant Resort

Nous étions 7 durant notre voyage…. Et nous nous attendions à un service un plus remarquable…

La chambre de 4 lits était petite et mal équipé … nous avons dû nous déplacer souvent à la réception car il manquait des choses…

Personnel froid et perdu…

L’équipe était complètement perdue… problèmes avec le paiement de stationnement ils ont chargé le double à quelqu’un on a dû rappeler…

Problème avec le paiement de la réservation… l’équipe ne comprenait pas trop nos demandes et aucunes courtoisie venant de la part de la direction de réception. Je lui ai fait part de mon mécontentement et mon insatisfaction mais n’as pas désiré faire plus…

Moi et mes 7 collègues n’y retournerons plus…. Terrible.

The rooms are very nice and the staff are also attentive and nice. The hotel is located in a good location. I would not give this hotel 5 stars though. First of all, breakfast is a joke and is horrible. I would expect better from Homewood suites based on stays at other Homewood suites hotels. There are no waffles or even a waffle maker. The second day we were there the breakfast had pancakes but they were rubbery and hard. The food wasn't great. The coffee was basically burnt coffee beans in water. We also had to ask the staff for maple syrup because none was taken out at all. The hotel also does not have a coffee bar for coffee or tea. If you want to get a coffee or a tea at night you're out of luck because all the cafes close at noon. I would expect the hotel to have a coffee bar or something for guests to get coffee or tea since all the cafes close at noon.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, juste à côté de la Place St-Bernard.
Le personnel est très aidant, aimable et professionnel! Félicitations pour votre excellent service.
La suite avec une chambre est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Idéale pour un long séjour.
Le seul point négatif est qu'elles ont du tapis et que dans la chambre que nous avions, il était taché à plusieurs endroits.
L'autre point à retenir est que le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours pendant votre séjour et qu'il faut le demander si vous voulez qu'il soit fait.

My husband booked a suite for my 60th birthday. Sophie was at the desk to check us in. She is a true gem for Hilton. She upgraded our room, what a nice surprise. Clean hotel breakfast is amazing. All staff so professional. Memories were made, and the staff made it perfect. Thank you, hope to see you again.

First time being here. We went for mother's day weekend. We loved the place. Spacious suite. Food nearby was good. Comfortable stay with the family.

The service was impeccable as were the rooms. If you're going to treat yourself to a snowboard/ski experience, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Steps away from the main gondola.

I always stay in Homewood suites as it is at the top of the hill. I come here early in the season to beat the rush and the price is a lot more affordable. The rooms are big and there is a full size kitchen and dining table. I usually come back to room for lunch since it is just next to gordona. The only complaint was the hotel is a bit dated and lot of things are missing as a Hilton class hotel. The usb charger doesn't work in my room and there is only 1 set. The dishwasher was broken too.

Well kept and clean. Staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows. Good water pressure in the shower, good amount of towels.

L’hôtel ne fait aucun partage des profits avec ses employés.

Les chambres sont dispendieuses (comme la plupart des hôtels de la région) mais les
Employés reçoivent un salaire très bas alors que ce sont eux qui permettent d’offrir un excellent service à la clientèle.

Un grève à été déclarée samedi dernier et il y aura peut être d’autres journées de grève puisque l’employeur refuse d’offrir des conditions décentes à ses salariés.

Perfect location and the most excellent service by all staff members. They went above and beyond.tje rooms are clean and the decor was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel

The location was excellent at the top of the resort next to the base of the mountain, the breakfast buffet was very good with hot and cold options, the pool is pretty small and the pool area is not very inviting like the ones at the Holiday Inn and the Marriott by it closes at 9pm so we were able to enjoy it, our room was nice, it was the 1 bedroom suite, but the pictures are deceiving and make it look much bigger, the nightly price was very high because it was a holiday weekend and hosted the Ironman race.still it felt like price gouging! Overall it was a good experience and you can't beat the location and the views.

Location is great, you will be next to the restaurants and close to all activities. Rooms are spacious and clean. But make sure that you call and ask questions if you want to enjoy all the amenities, the jacuzzi wasn't working, so they sent me to the Marriott hotel where the pool was really dirty and the jets in the jacuzzi weren't working neither. They have 2 electric charges stations for EV. The breakfast was standard.

Belle expérience, très près des activités et des pentes de ski. Par contre, prendre note que le stationnement est souterrain et la hauteur maximum est de 6'7"

Great, clean hotel. Had view of village and windows opened to hear music. Breakfast was adequate. Room was lovely with wood burning fireplace and kitchen.

My experience was one of the worst experience staying in this hotel. I won’t recommend anyone to stay there.

Great location, one of the closest hotels to the chair lift and gondola. Also nice to have underground parking.

Great location! Lots of amenities and very clean. Staff was super nice and accommodating. It was so nice after a long day of hiking to be able to watch tv by the fire. Will definitely be staying again!

Chambre propre, mais manque beaucoup d’accessoires de cuisine. La réceptionniste était très baveuse lorsque nous avons demandé une deuxième carte de chambre. Nous avions réservé une suite avec lit queen, mais c’est un lit double très petit.

Bathroom floor cleaning need improvement. A comfortable duvet is necessary in hotel but I was disappointed during my stay.

Nice place and right in the middle of the action. Pictures from our room window. They provided us with the loft room even though we had not asked for it. Although very cute, we would have preferred a bed on the same floor as the bathroom.

Pour le prix, c'est très décevant.
Il y a peu ou pas de service pour nettoyer les chambres. Nous sommes restés une semaine et c'était trop.
Même après une demande de nettoyer la chambre (au moins vider les poubelles), notre demande dérangeait le personnel.
On nous a demandé de le faire nous même. À 300$ par nuits et plus, pour une réservation de 6 nuits, c'est très décevant. J'ai donc fait le ménage moi-même toute la semaine.
Je dois mentionner aussi notre changement de chambre à notre arrivée, car les studios sont minuscules (ne pas se fier à l'image sur le site). Le lit était ridiculement inconfortable. D'autant plus que le site mentionne que les lits sont de formats Queen et c'est faux. Il y a que des lits doubles dans l'hôtel.
Il y a aussi un manque de courtoisie des membres du personnel. Bref, j'ai eu l'impression que la clientèle est acquise vu l'emplacement de l'hôtel.

The staff was great, specially at the front desk we were greeted by two exceptional ladies. The location of the hotel is fantastic. My overall experience at this hotel was fantastic.

It’s located in a very convenient place at the village. However, it wasn’t as clean as we expected. The pool was not on operation for few days, the excuse was the lifeguard didn’t show up. Also, the washroom sink was clogged. A big no to the breakfast…. Awful and cheap!
Please make sure to check everything when you check in and inform them.
Other than that the stay was peaceful!

Not a bad place for a vacation. The room and kitchen were nice. The bedding however was a bit uncomfortable and the breakfast could use some help. Only 3 options in the breakfast department. No scrambled eggs or bacon or sausage.guess cause of COVID 19, but still would have been great to have some scrambled eggs and sausage options, instead of croissant/boiled egg, or breakfast sandwich, or cereal with milk. Don't expect too much in the breakfast category. Also, the staff were nice and professional, but I was a bit ticked off that they didn't have a proper bell boy so you have to carry your own luggage to your own room, and there was no cleaning service anywhere.guess cause of COVID 19? Overall, I know they did their best, but I know they could do better.

Homewood suites delivers as always - consistent service with highest rating for cleanliness. Only issue we had was with wifi - worked on apple devices but not Samsung - weird since this was the firat time we had this issue. Otherwise everything was great. Highly recommend - easy access to Trembkant Adventure centre since this hotel is almost at the top of the hill.

Super bien placé! Le personnel très agréable, par contre il pourrait y avoir davantage de personnes dans la piscine et le spa malgré la covid.

L'hôtel est accueillant. Les chambres sont propres. Le lit de la suite était un double et non un queen tel que mentionné dans le descriptif. La cuisinette est pratique.
Il faut faire attention au choix de période pour y aller. La majorité des restaurants et du village était fermée lors de notre séjour. De plus, en basse saison, les piscines et plage sont fermées malgré le 40 degrés extérieur.
Globalement, une expérience bien pour l'hôtel mais à un mauvais moment ce qui a un peu terni notre appréciation.

La chambre était parfaite pour notre famille de 4 (deux adultes, deux enfants (7 et 5) avec la chambre au premier et le 2e lit sur la mezzanine. Situé en plein cœur de l'action, il était donc très facile de revenir en tout temps profiter de la cuisine. Très propre et personnels très accueillant.

J'adoré mon visite et de l'hotel, je le recommende et apres la fin de pandemie Covid-19 vas surement y revenir.

4 étoiles pour les efforts en temps de covid mais sinon c'était 3.
Décoration et équipement corrects bien qu'un peu datés et pas de grande qualité mais suite spacieuse et bien équipée. Bonne literie.
Personnel sympathique, serviable et professionnel.
Un peu cher pour un 3 étoiles.
Tip: Demander la suite côté village et pas rue, plus bruyante (mais on dort bien quand même) et moins agréable.

Dès notre entrée le maître d'hôtel nous donne les renseignements pour le ski, des adresses de restaurants! Tout notre séjour est très confortable, tout est propre et les directives pour la covid19 sont respectées!

Très beau séjour avec mon copain ️ nous avions un coupon Tuango donc très bon prix! Belle chambre style studio avec cuisinette et frigo, le tout était très propre. Lit bien mais un peu petit. Petit déjeuner correct comme c'était inclus. Spa très bien à l'extérieur et piscine aussi. À quelques pas de tous les attractions! On va y retourner c'est garantie

Très déçue! Lorsque nous avons pris une tasse pour nous faire un café, 2 tasses sur 4 étaient sales et collées dans l'armoire. Aucun linge de table pour essuyer le comptoir et la table à dîner. Aucun entretien ménager, personne n'est passé faire le lit, ni changer les serviettes. Le sofa du salon usés et les coussins écrasés. Pas de taies d'oreiller sur 2 des 4 oreillers. Très ordinaire comme confort et service en octobre!

Room was nice, with all the amenities. Murphy bed was surprisingly comfy. Only hiccup was room wasnt ready upon arrival, but staff were good

I try to stay here whenever I go to Tremblant because they have this gorgeous comfortable loft suite with a fireplace that is just perfect when traveling with the family. Although it's a Homewood Suites brand, it's pretty tight elsewhere in the common areas so it's not built for socializing indoors like other Homewoods are. Also, I don't think the offer the evening social (dinner) at this location; just breakfast and THAT is way too tight. We usually just go grab a tray and bring breakfast for everyone in the room rather than try to find a seat.

This is my go to place in Tremblant, it's a great hotel. Perfect location in the heart of the village, amazing Scandinavian spa and pool.
Rooms are clean, spacious and very cozy.
I always get one with a kitchen. Great free breakfast buffet with afternoon snacks. I won't stay anywhere else. Best hotel in Tremblant 5+

J'y reviens tout juste. L'achalandage au resto est intense. Pas de place pour s'asseoir tous ensemble. Chambre très bien. J'ai téléphoné, laissé msg mais malheureusement, je m'attendais à un retour d'appel de l'entretien ménager pour mon maillot de bain et gilet de sauvetage. Ils ne m'ont pas rappelé.

I never write reviews but I had to this time. After arriving dead tired to the hotel Louise at reception saw that we would probably going to be cramped in the room that we had reserved so she upgraded us for free to a room we would be more comfortable in. This made our trip and I just couldn’t thank Louise enough. Other staff, location of hotel and rooms were also great. Thx to Louise great customer service and going above and beyond to make us more comfortable. Looking forward to staying at this hotel again soon.

Great place for families because it has a kitchen for cooking instead of paying for resort prices at a restaurant with the family which can be a minimum of $80cdn for a family of 4.4 stars cause it's right at the top of the village but I had to take away a star cause the kitchen just felt was designed without too much thought on ergonomics. Also if they pass you when making a room you'll have to tell them later in the day and making the room is like change your garbage bags or so. They only fully make your room every other day from what we where told.

Great location at Tremblant. In the centre of the action. Breakfast is great. Underground parking for $12 for the day decent value. Love having a kitchen, living room and seperate bedroom for around the same price as similarly located hotel rooms only in nearby chain hotels. Add in a full buffet style bfast and the place is full value for the money.

The hotel is currently under renovation so its a bit messy in the common areas, but the room we were given was extremely clean and inviting. Stayed in a loft suite which was very spacious - everything appeared to be new other than the beds. Beds were on the smaller size (they were listed as a queen, but they seemed more like a full) and they seemed a bit worn. Hotel has an excellent mountain side location on the northern end of the village. Breakfast was your standard hotel fare.

Mon conjoint et moi avons adoré notre séjour! Tout le monde était très sympathique et serviable. Surtout Nicolas à la réception! L'emplacement était facile à trouver et proche des boutiques et restaurants. Nous avons eu un surclassement à notre grand étonnement donc notre suite était propre et impeccable! Nous avions plus d'espace que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Quoi dire du buffet déjeuner, c’est exquis! Le seul point négatif: Malheureusement, le wifi gratuit n’a pas vraiment fonctionné.

Exceptional place right on the mountain. My son got sick after breakfast and threw up in the room and it took a long while for it to be cleaned. We were on a multiple family vacation with four children and I got the impression that they just wanted the kids out of the way. You could work on improving catering to families.

There were some good and less than good at this property. Great location. Our room wasn't ready until 5 pm while check in was at 4. No major apology while we were sitting and waiting with the family. Once we got to our room, we discover that the "queen" bed is not even a full size! When calling front desk, they politely explained that it's a "small queen", so I politely explained that was not the description I saw while booking. So they upgraded to a larger suite which was considerably bigger. That was nice though the bed size remained the same. Odd master bedroom, with no TV and side table not at the side. Other than that the suite was solid. Air conditioning in the hallways and elevators are non existent. Really muggy and annoying. I've never experienced anything like that at any property that has 3 stars. Staff were okay, didn't get the feeling that they cared much.
All in all, this is a very "different" type of Homewood Suites than most.
When returning to Tremblant, we will probably choose another hotel.

Good location and very clean. However the pool was full of black flies! Do not go there for the next 3 weeks at least! My kids and I were all bitten by the black flies!

Bel hôtel confortable, on a bien apprécié le surclassement qu'on a demandé! Bien situé à côté des pentes. Une suggestion: ajouter un bac de compostage dans la salle à dîner.
