The service at this place is an actual joke. In person, we went to fix my sisters Honda civic (her AC doesn’t work), they said they’ll call us because the part that needs to be fixed is on back order, no problem. Except we went in July and it’s now September. We called numerous times, and the guy that’s supposed to call us back just hasn’t even though we left like 3 voicemails. You’re better off going to your typical mechanic, you shouldn’t take their service center seriously, don’t support this place

Worst customer service ever. Very disappointed. Waited for 2 hours just to find out they couldn't help me until next month. Waited in line for hours and employees just didn't want to help me. Horrible service and waste of time. They took 7 hours to let me know that they won’t help me EVEN after my car was under warranty for all parts that needed replacement. My CRV is at 30,000 km and is needing several part replacements as well. 0/10 for all aspects of Honda. The car is also owned by an elderly, who had been waiting in line for a very long time. He now has to drive back from the US to come fix his CRV since it cannot be serviced the USA. Stressing an elderly for such a simple task. CRV had also been paid fully in cash few days prior to the service appointment since the lease was ending. We are A+ Loyal customers receiving disgraceful problems.

I would never have this problem at a Mercedes Benz dealership. Nothing prestige about Honda.

Few weeks ago we bought a car from Honda Des Sources and we had an excellent experience with Bassel Aldin. He is very nice and helpful to us especially when we were looking for a certain color for the car that we wanted. Bassel and Ryan keep us updated while waiting for the car. I am happy that I got my first car from Honda Des Sources.

Shane McGovern is an incredible salesman a true professional in my opinion. I ask several technical questions about the 2022 Honda Civic and he was ready and informative in his answer's I give him a A+ in all categories because he never pressured me just gave me the straight facts. The entire team from beginning to delivery was amazing always letting me know the next step. I got my new vehicle and absolutely love it thank you so very much!

I do the maintenance of my two Civics at this dealership for many years. Service has always been good, but since Mr. Starovoytov became the service manager, they improved a lot. Very happy to have them taking care of my cars.

Great service - Oleksiy Storatoyov & Leonid Gontmacher really helped me to resolve a complex issue with my rear hatch on my 2016 Odyssey. I just called this dealership to find out if they have 0% interest financing like I saw at Hyundai. The sales man literally told me go to Hyundai with a nasty attitude and hung up on me. He could of told me what are there options or if I am interested in anything else they have to offer. I don’t get it why did this happen super unprofessional.

Having a used car, I’ve visited many services all around Montreal, and the best service I got was here, at Honda des Sources. Oleksiy, the service manager, was super helpful and answered all my questions with patience! First time in car service I felt comfortable. I’m really satisfied on the work done in my car and we made a plan what should be done later. Prices are clear and reasonable. No surprises here.

Used to like the service I received here until they got rid of Christopher at serivce now the guys at serivce know nothing. Brought my car in cause I was hearing high pitched whining noises while in park or neutral. The mechanic who's apperently "very experienced" checked my transmission and no codes came up but says noise is from transmission and his exact words are "Probably torque converter" "will need transmission" if you're an expert mechanic working at Honda and I'm paying you to tell me what the problem is and all you can do is come and to me its "PROBABLY TORQUE CONVERTER" is unacceptable. Then the serivce guy tells me its $12,000 for a new transmission. THATS WHAT THE CARS WORTH PRETTY MUCH! Thanks for wasting my time and money to give me an answer that you dont even know what's going on. You'd think Honda techs would know the most about the cars they work on every single day. Extremely disappointed with the serivce I recieved from Honda des sources. 2014 Honda Accord V6 Touring 12k for a new transmission for a car 8 years old is absolutely disgusting you think people will pay that price.

Danny is a welcoming and relaxed guy who wears his expertise lightly. He tells you what you need to know, answers your questions, and doesn't make you feel rushed or throw a ton of information at you at once. Service désastreux.j'ai fait réparer mon caliper l'année dernière chez eux et moins d'un an plus tard presque jour pour jour le seul caliper qu'ils ont changer a saisi hier. Ils m'ont proposé de mettre 5 etoiles sur internet contre une réparation gratuite puisque c'est de leur faute pour finalement revenir sur leur décision et me dire de m'arranger.
Bref allez ailleurs et ne vous fiez vous pas trop aux nombres d'étoiles sur le site.
