Hooters Montreal

L'ambiance est bonne. Les serveuses font leur possible avec l'achalandage. Les calamaris etait décevant. La panure etais molle, la sauce marinara goûtait brûler, j'ai demander une autre sauce, je l'ai jamais reçus. La salade etais correcte. Les frites curly etait passable.

J'y retournerais pas.

I’m giving one star because the north african manager that was there was screaming at a waitress and made her cry (couple times I’ve I heard something like this from this place). The lack of professionalism is unmatched at this place. The service is always very good but the food not so much. I went there 3 times and I always have a good time but I will not go back because I feel bad for the employees that should be treated with respect. They should maybe invest in a qualified manager…

Worst food I’ve ever eaten by far in a restaurant but Tamara the server was super nice and kind. I feel bad for the waiters tho, this place should close eventually

Waited 40mins to get my takeout food, whilst the restaurant was not even that busy and the waitress told me the food would be 20mins. No fork or knife and no condiments available for fries either because the manager said “the kitchen could not find it”. Also the food was $25 but the "6 wings" are very small, and the food was dry and cold. Do not recommend.

Horrible food and bad service. The servers took forever to take our order and after that to bring ours our food. We ordered from the "special" F1 menu they had created but everything we ordered was mediocre. Best thing to do is not spend your money there.

Super slow service.
Bad attitude (don’t care attitude) of the owner and the server. The owner of the place seems super casual with all this.
Extra oily and greecy food never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and sit somewhere nice.

Worst service ever. And i'm not even being a picky karen. Are the waitresses here even trained? No water for an hour, no cutlery. Our waitress was ignoring us all night. Also the food is trash

This is the worst hooters, I’ve order many times from this specific location and went to the place several times, and is still the worst hooter I’ve ever try. Every time worst than the last. Where to start?
One of the times I went dinner there, it took me 40 min to convince myself that they were not going to speak at us, we where sitting in a table already, we told a hooters girl at the bar “can you get us our waitress? She said yes” 20min later nothin. She was literally busy taking pictures with her fans as well as the other 3 only hootters girl in the floor. Got angry and finally got the manager to get us a different waitress … it took more than 1 hour after siting to get food.
Home delivery (more than 3 times) : I always (I mean more than 3 orders literally) PAY for bluechesse (which is awfull in this specific place, I dont think it has any bluechesse at all, 100% superficial flavors, NO REAL BLUECHEESSE) and NEVER get it in my order! And Uber just give me back like 10 dolars! I can’t even eat this the way I like it.also: (the wings don’t even come with real sauce, just like few drops)
So in conclusion, I still like the wings but this place the manage don’t give a sht, the chef EITHER, the hooters girls they are only pretty attentive when they need to get their tip and take pictures they think they starts only waitress. It used to have good food I remember the real bluechesse from 10 years ago not the same this is just ANOTHER MCDONALDS with different type of clown

If you wanna fun stress free evening with great service avoid Hooters! Some friends went for supper there on Monday for the all you can eat chicken wings what a disaster.it took one hour for the first round of chicken wings to come out with no apologies and no care from the staff. One of the party went to speak to the manager about this and nothing was offered at all not around or drinks no fries to hold us over Before the food came so they politely asked them to cancel all the orders and we proceeded to walk out and go somewhere else. If you want a good deal and chicken wings be prepared for the consequences believe me go somewhere else and see if the headache

Good service, the waitress was so nice but I order a chicken wings and I wait for so long also we want to sit at the terrace and it was everything full, the terrace on the first floor was just able to used if you want just to order food

Service a bit slow, waited about 30min to get our first meal. Nice place to sit on the terrace. Very affordable for the location. Beers were nice and cool, good selection.

The current administration doing same problem last owner choosing rude girls on service as an old customer I'll never been there any more.that why hooters Montréal still the worst.

The waitress was actually very friendly and the food arrived within 20 minutes, fast service and the chicken wings were super yummy! Id recommend hooters just for their wings. I gave 4 stars just because no one was at the entrance, we entered and walked upstairs looking for staff members.they told us the first floor was closed but i'd think there should be someone there to let you know that, instead of letting us, customers wonder around to check why the place is isolated but still open.

No service had to set up the drinks, forks/knife, pour the water myself and we didnt have a waitress assigned too us. Basically I was the waitress.food was not bad tho

Came to hooters with my friends to have a fun experience after a concert. I ordered fries and my friends ordered the wings, and they both woke up this morning puking them up, (food poisoning at its finest). Staff were friendly, but if you’re coming to order wings beware of the consequences

Great wings. Reasonably priced Pitcher. Beautiful service. A Happy crowd of customerz. And of course Beautiful ladies.

Long time long time waiting for your order as a uber driver and already as a customer, never ever going to this restaurant hold driver by lying " your order be ready soon" waiters and manager were very rude with me I said to manager why your waiters lying to driver for holding he started laughing and humiliating.

The vibe of the place isn't that great!
But the waiting time for food to be served is upwards of 45 mins and it's absolutely not deserving!
We walked out of the place without food even after an hour after ordering the food.
Maybe it was delayed only that evening but I still don't recommend it!

Went there for the first time and it will for sure be the last one. Food was not good. We ordered cocktails that tasted like nothing. Took a while for a server to come to our table. I ordered 10 wings, they came with 20. I told them and they took half off the plate but still tried to charge us for 20. Highlight of my time there was my glass of water. Best thing that can happen to that place is hiring a new manager who actually cares.

First time back at Hooters in a very long time, however first time to the one in down town Montreal. I must say - I was not disappointed!
Staff is bilingual and friendly, the food was delicious & they offer indoor / terrace seating.
Will be back again and highly recommend!

Service was very slow. (It was Monday, thus busy with wings, understandable). However the communication on the special was not clear and by the time our order was being taken the terms of the special had changed.

Awful service, wings were really salty and it seemed like they were not fresh.

After we request for an exchange for another set of wings, the waitress never came back, to check on us. She only return when it was time to pay our bill.

Definitely not going back again.

Manager and staff incredibly kind and look after your well being.

Nice place, not so bad, service is good but the waitress literally asked my friend for 20% percent tips instead of 15% which is I really found it inappropriate. The food was okay I took mozzarella sticks which was really good, boneless wings (which I felt it is chicken breast not wings honestly) with habanero BBQ sauce which was okay, and mushrooms Swiss burger which I didn’t like it a lot. The atmosphere is good to watch a game.

The reviews don’t reflect my experience. Wings were amazing and the service was excellent! Both the hostess and our waitress were so bubbly and nice

Gorgeous girls. Good food. Great place to watch the game (s). Was only there for vacation last week and wish I could be there everyday.
Also the owner/manager was very helpful in giving us ideas of what to do while we were in Montreal for the week. Thanks for everything.

The staff was nice and polite. The food was okay but a bit too sour (alot of lemon on the wings). But still i liked it.

The worst open wings i’ve ever experienced.
30 minutes between rounds and the waiter said we have to finish half the round to order the next. So you wait 30 minutes, eat, then wait another 30 minutes.
Thats so cheap for a restaurant to do that.
Don’t have the staff to do open wings? Then don’t make us pay 15$ for 30 minute wait sessions. Just cancel open wings or increase the staff.
I added a picture to show that the store was empty. So being packed isn’t a reason.

Wings are small and cold, bbq sauce tastes everything except bbq. Minimum of 30 minutes wait between each round. They don't serve gloves nor napkins.
AVOID this place at all costs.

Awful food, too greasy, bad taste.we were 10 of us and nobody was satisfied.we ordered fish &chips that was greasy with un fresh reheated potatoes. Chicken sandwich was not bad. After, some of us had stomachache and vomiting.

Their wings with a series of sauces are great!
From very hot and spicy to garlic and parmesan ones, we loved it.

On mondays, there is a all-you-can-eat menu for wings which you should buy a beverage on the side and it was fantastic.

Their staff are also so friendly and nice?

It's a hooters. You get what you came for honestly, the waitresses are very friendly, there's a nice overall vibe but don't expect some amazing wings because it's really not what you should come here for

The sitting experience was terrible, my friend was told the table next to us was reserved. We stayed 1 1/2 hours there and nobody came to any of the other tables. Food took 30 minutes to arrive. The waitress is the only thing that is giving the place 3 stars, she went far and beyond, she was lovely and very very pleasant to talk to. Time to be served bad, seating bad, waitress excellent, food great!

Absolutely unacceptable food quality. I went first for all-you-can-eat wings Monday. The boneless wings were ok at best due to how poorly marinated they were and some pieces were stiff (like half cooked). Then when I asked for the first refill they told me its not available for the night anymore although it was only 9: 30 PM! I tried regular fries and they were so dry and cold that I barely finished half of it. I also took the Swiss and mushroom burger and the bun was COLD and the meat was almost like chewing on rubber. I tried the Caesar salad as a side dish and barely tasted anything like a Caesar salad! Then I wanted to give them another chance with the desserts and went with chocolate blueberry mouse, it was ok at best due how heavy the chocolate tasted and the blueberry sauce tasted very odd and heavy too. The only good thing about this whole experience is the wings sauce (I tried medium sauce) and dip (I tried ranch sauce)

Great, I mean great tasting burgers and wings. I also can not think of a better place to watch sports.big screen TVs everywhere.

Loved the chicken barbeque wings that I had ordered, the quantity of 10 pieces is enough for a person to finish. Have that with beer and you should be good.

If I could put 0 stars I would the manager is the most unprofessional guy I have ever met First of all I came with my boyfriend and had to wait 25 minutes before a waitress (named sarah) comes. Attitude very sour, arrogant and makes us wait so long. I tired talking to the manager before she complained since we left 10% tip (which was a courtesy tip) ans the manager literally didnt say anything (NOT EVEN IM SORRY ABOUT IT) plus they got the wrong drinks and i had to choose something else from the menu because sarah the waitress came about a couple minutes later telling us our dishes are not available. UNPROFESSIONAL I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Absolutely poor staff. We sat there for 20 minutes before the lone staff member even acknowledged us. She was too busy flirting with two guys at the bar. No one else was in there but us and those two guys.

So disappointing for a restaurant on crescent street. The chicken wings were the worst I've ever had. They were so dry and inedible. Service was slow, I only got two rounds of wings in an hour and a half during the unlimited wing promotion. Wouldn't go back if you'd paid me to.

Worst service I ever had and I always try to stay positive, waitress took literally 10 minutes to ask us for drinks to finally tell us that she only had beers. And we came on all you can eat chicken wings Monday to tell us that is off. DON'T BOTHER

My friend and I ordered 3 things. Somehow the orders were all wrong in varying degrees and the drinks arrived an hour after we were sat. The worst part was the manager yelling at his employees in front of all the customers. I don't know what the issue was but I can't imagine being humiliated like that in front of people. Maybe the quality of service would improve if the servers were treated with more respect.

Came here for the habs game last night. Best chicken wings in Montreal without a question. I might even come back today for all you can eat wings lol. Thanks for a fun night to the staff and for the amazing chicken wings.

The WORST HOOTERS IN NORTH AMERICA. Under trained staff and management is totaly a DISGRACE to the trademark! It took 1h30 to get appetizers and never had main course kitchen closed at 10pm on FRIDAY! Shut the place DOWN and open back when things are SUPERVISED by FRANCHISE!

This place is garbage, took well over 45 minutes to get drinks and over an hour and a half for food. Waitresses seemed nice but place was run absolutely terribly. DO NOT GO HERE

Went there on a Saturday evening for dinner and they didn’t actually have a lot of the menu items that were listed, they also didn’t have some items that the bar menu listed. Your best bet is to go there to get beer and a regular burger because that’s about all they have. The food was decent nothing special maybe a little under seasoned for my taste. The only good thing about this location is that the staff are super friendly!

Stopped in for a bite and a few drinks last night. The wings were cold, looks like they just threw cold sauce on warm wings. Sat at the bar with two bartenders there and my glass stayed empty for about 10 minutes. Needless to say I never ordered a 2nd drink. Won’t be back.

It took us over 40 minutes to get our orders (wings) and when they finally arrived they were iced cold. Super dissapointed, especially considering the place was empty which would, according to logic, lead to a faster service.

The server we had was very cute and friendly, we went on wing Wednesday but arrived after the kitchen was closed. Drinks were quite good with a generous pour of alcohol.

The all you can eat wings were good but the service was incredibly slow. We had to wait 30 minutes for every plates and the restaurant wasn't even full. They were also out of boneless wings at 6pm on the "all you can eat boneless wings day". Waitresses were not knowledgeable and it felt like they had no training. Too expensive for what you get. All in all, good food, good place, bad service, wouldn't recommend.
