Animal 911 is truly a remarkable place for our furry babies! The team there is consistently kind, friendly, and incredibly skilled in taking care of our pets. We've tried various pet care centers, but Animal 911 stands out as the ONLY place that goes above and beyond to ensure our little guy is in perfect health, every single time.

Our furbaby adores everyone at Animal 911 and eagerly anticipates his bi-weekly sessions with Mia. The genuine love and attention he receives from the staff is heartwarming, and it's clear that they prioritize the well-being and happiness of the animals in their care.

We couldn't be more grateful for Animal 911 and their commitment to providing top-notch care for our lil baby. We highly recommend this vet to anyone seeking a caring and professional environment for their four-legged family members.

It was not good.
I had to pay for the consultation in advance, (so I went there before) then they overanesthetized my dog.
She didn't EAT during TWO DAYS!
Before they even removed the tartar I paid and now they want me to go there again because they forgot to charge the fees! HELPPPPPP! NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF TROUBLE IN A CLINIC! They forgot to charge me the fees and now THEY WANT ME THERE AGAIN! I said that I can send the money (interac) but they want me there again.

For this particular visit, it was for daycare service. My dog came back super excited and happy. All i care about.

We went in with our 11 month old cat.
Sadly, he had to be put down, but the team was helpful and kind.

I want to thank everyone at Hôpital et Clinique Vétérinaire Animal 911 for the care they have given to my 2 cats, especially to my little Vanilla who passed away within a week of bringing her to get checked. The staff and Dr. Chad were very attentive and gentle with her and didn’t try to upsell any test or treatment that would have no effect on her prognosis. They showed compassion during this difficult time especially with me when I could barely speak on the phone without crying. Dr. Chad even called me to check on Vanilla’s condition and recommended the best treatment that would keep her comfortable as there was nothing that could reverse her condition. Her honesty, kindness, patience and empathy was truly appreciated as was the attention and care of all the nurses, technicians and reception personnel. Deepest thanks once again.

Dr. Chad, Courtney and the rest of the team at Animal 911 were great. What we thought would be a very stressful visit to the vet ended up being a very pleasant experience thanks to their smooth service and professionalism. Thank you for being kind and patient with Loki!

Dr Chad was a disgusting veterinarian, my cats eye is almost blind. Gave me no diagnosis! Suggested to remove her eye without knowing anything about her eye. She also suggested a medication that can be damaging or dangerous to hef kidneys! Absolutely unacceptable! Wasted 200$ for no lead or answers for my poor cats eye. I got only eye drops. I do not suggest this doctor! Go somewhere else who can really give you answers! I will NEVER go back to Dr Chad. Including a photo how terrible my cats eye is with no solution!

Update: practice manager called to apologize. Did not accept her apology as she provided no solution for my cat. Also she said for my review we don’t want people to think our vet doesn’t know what they are doing, what a joke. I told her that’s why I put this review to warn pet owners that no, that vet doesn’t know what they are doing! My cat is in worse condition than she was as i brought her in. Very disappointing.if my Bellami becomes blind or anything happens to her since NO DIAGNOSIS WAS GIVEN, I’m holding the Animal 911 clinic responsible. Next time you’ll hear from me if something happens to her, is from my lawyer

Dr Chad was so wrong about her needing to maybe remove her eye! I saw the omthologist who couldn’t believe my previous vet said that. My cats eye is curable thanks to the omthologist! No thanks to dr Chad who was so useless

The staff is very nice and great with my dogs very informative and good listeners since we love our pets and they do too the smaller one is Milo and the other one is Ralph

They are so attentive and kind with my dog. I am extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them. They are competent and detail-oriented and have always taken good care of my cutie.

Dr Chad and the technicians are the BEST! They are always so thorough with my dog and I always come out of the clinic with a positive experience! The receptionists are always accommodating and super pleasant.

I have an anxious dog who needed his annual vaccines. I took him to Animal 911 and the whole staff was caring, compassionate and very patient with Hunter. I can't recommend them enough!

We made the switch to this clinic during the pandemic after multiple letdowns from their biggest competitor in the area. The service is much better. The staff is always kind and professional.

Every time I book an appointment with a feeling they try to push and get more medical tests to be done that are unnecessary. I brought a cat for a routine check up and vaccination. $300 vs $200 after I declined all extra tests leaving out only consultation and vaccines. So be aware of what they offer and ask questions. But that trick works if your pet is getting a very good care at home, eats a good quality food, drinks enough water, exercises regularly, is indoor and doesn’t hangout outside leaking garbage.

I have been to animal 911 3 times in the last month with both my dogs absolutely love this clinic and the staff! No long waits, very pleasant and the vet Dr Chad was kind, patient with my concerns and very thorough with my animals health and needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team of professionals to take care of all your fur babies.

Stay away. I brought my dog in with a broken nail and the vet examined it from far away for a few seconds and said it didn't need to be bandaged either and that he could go on walks.

The following day, my dogs nail started bleeding even more than before and he was limping. I went to another vet who cut off his nail and properly wrapped it. This vet was shocked the other vet didn't wrap it.

Absolutely would not recommend this clinic. They charge a premium for doing the bare minimum.

Amazing clinic. They have been extremely attentive with my dog and my cat and have provided excellent care. They are honest and don't try to upsell you.

I bring my cat here and they are so great everytime. They take their time to explain what I need to do each year for his vaccines to keep him healthy. Each time he's gone for an issue they explain what tests are needed and why. One of the techs even walked me through harness training (we have some work left at home to do, but it's going great so far). Only moving far enough away would keep me from this hospital.

The staff was great with both my cats, when one got very sick and had to be put asleep and when the other wasn’t feeling well. Great staff, from start to finish. Couldn’t be happier!

Always a pleasure to meet the staff at animal 911 everyone is so sweet with the animals and mine clearly LOVES to visit them! Thank you for the amazing care
