My worst experience at a vet; it took five different visits to finally realize my cat has FIP (a deadly disease), and this only happened because we requested a blood test ourselves. After the diagnosis, there was zero support for the only existing treatment, GS-441524. We were willing to administer the treatment ourselves; we just needed calming pills and blood tests during the treatment. Unfortunately, they didn't want anything to do with it. I wish there was a no-star option.

Really bad experience with veterinarian Dr. Michaud. Even they charge less for a consultation than the other hospitals, it’s a huge downgrade from reception’s service to veterinarian’s professionnalisme. À évité! Je regrette la décision de faire vacciné mon chien ici.

I would honestly say this is the best veterinarian by far. Very knowledgeable and caring. They actually take the time to explain everything and show compassion towards the pets and owners. Very hard to find vets that put animals above greed. Dr. Michaud is the best. I'm truly grateful to have him care for my animals. Thank you

Asked if they take new patient, then was asked about the condition of my animal. After the tech asked the vet, I was denied an appointment. They pick and choose on how much money they would make.

Je ne recommanderais cette clinique à personne. Quand on est allé avec une urgence le service à la réception était dégoûtant et épouvantable.
Si vous avez eu une bonne expérience avec ce vétérinaire, j'en suis ravi, mais les premières impressions sont primordiales, et celle-ci était incroyablement médiocre.

Called to inquire about pricing for neutering on behalf of a friend, and the male technician on the phone was incredibly rude, he rushed me through speaking in regards to the simple question I called to inquire about. All I asked for was a rough estimate, but instead of offering that information or providing any indication that he even understood my question, he said “uh, we cannot do it now, ok Bye” No it’s actually not okay, because that’s not why I called, I wasn’t asking for an appointment today. Honestly caught a vibe as though he was annoyed that 1. I called, and 2. I wasn’t speaking French, which is why my potential business with them was denied. I don’t know how their services are, but customer service speaks volumes. Absolutely no common mannerisms, niceties or direction whatsoever, tells me you’re not a clinic I would trust to perform surgeries on my animals. If you can’t even offer up 1 moment of undistracted time to answer a direct question, or even listen to the question for that matter, then I would say your ability to provide proper care to an animal is miniscule. If you’ve had a good experience with this vet then I’m glad for that, but first impressions are everything, and this one was incredibly poor. If you’re seeking a new veterinarian in the city of Quebec/surrounding areas, may I recommend Eardly or Lachute. Fantastic customer services! - Again I was calling on behalf of a friend, so those options were not available to her, or I would have sent her there. Good luck!

Notre chat est arrivé là-bas en détresse. Malgré le manque de personnel, le vétérinaire a pris le temps d'explorer les différentes avenues pour sauver notre chat. Il est très attentionné et il a même fait des suivis réguliers par téléphone pour s'informer de l'état de notre chat. Merci.

Dr Michaud et le personnel de cette clinique sont très compétents et font preuve d'empathie. Dr Michaud a fait un suivi très serré des progrès de mon chat, il a été disponible pour nous et je l'en suis très reconnaissante. Je n'ai que du positif à dire et ne peux que recommander cette clinique!
