The negative comments on here are surprising to me. The staff at this location has always treated my pup with care, actually every time we visit the vet, because he recognizes it, he gets SUPER excited to go & pulls me to get in faster. The staff equally loves Chino’s visits. I have never overspent & never felt they were trying to get more money out of me. They provided me options & quoted me prices, & the decisions were entirely up to my husband & me.

Toujours eu un bon service, les vétérinaires mentionnent toujours les prix avant de faire quoi que ce soit. Donc il n’y a pas de surprise. Les techniciennes traitent avec délicatesse mes chats.

Première visite très positive. Les staff est super professionnel et courtois et ils ont fait des efforts pour m'aider.

Our old cat suddenly got very sick, and this clinic was able to see her immediately. The service was excellent. They helped us say goodbye to our family pet.

First visit went great! All the technicians were friendly and professional. Then the vet took the time to make our dog comfortable. Very happy with the service!

In this clinic it’s all about the money, no compassion or any kind of consideration for an emergency
Less than 2 weeks the vet checked our dog for the cause of itching, described a medication & advised us to check back with them if it did not work, end up paying more than $500 without any slight improvement, we tried to schedule a quick visit or at least a phone call to find an alternative solution.no hope, it must be a full appointment & after couple of weeks!

First time dog dad! Called in many of times cause of questions always there with answers! Today had a scare, she was shivering then panting then sweating. Ran into see them, they took her in like family, checked her out and don’t try and run up the bill and try and sell you something you don’t need. If I could give 6 stars I would! Thank you guys:)

Not the right place to go if you want vets knowledgeable on raw food diets. I've had incorrect/outdated information given to me at this location on the subject, but the staff and vets have been helpful otherwise.

They were kind to me and my animals. We saw a veteranianfor a checkup who has the same cat as ours and was super! The wait time wasn't too long and we bought some litter that day!

Few months ago my dog Zeus (age 10) was diagnosed with lymphoma. Dr. Natacha Fillion Pelletier and her team were very supportive and compassionate. They made several follow up calls to make sure my dog was not suffering. After 60 days from the diagnosis date, my dog gave up, he stopped eating, couldn’t walk etc. It was the Victoria day weekend, we had to make the hardest decision to put our beloved Zeus down and let him rest. The St. Laurent location was unfortunately closed for the holiday, so we opted to go to Laval off of 440 hospital. The St. Laurent team called me and found out that our Zeus was gone. Few days later I received a handwritten heartwarming and very touching card from St Laurent team expressing their condolences and how sorry they were for our loss. I thought this gesture was very thoughtful and very personalized touch. We were all in tears when we read the card. Although St Laurent team was not the one who euthanized and cremated Zeus, they were still there for us with their warmth and compassionate thoughts.
I highly recommend St. Laurent team with your pet medical needs and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your genuine support and your love to All pets under your care.

Overall, I'm happy with the care my cat has received at Hôpital Vétérinaire Ville St-Laurent.
Unfortunately, due to their cancellation policies and a change in my circumstances, I might have to look for another vet.
When one of their employees reminded me of their policies, I tried to explain that I'm a caregiver for two elder and ailing parents, with one of them currently in the hospital, which means that I'm sometimes forced to cancel last minute. I was met with indifference.

It's difficult to continue trusting a vet with your pet when a member of their staff shows little compassion or understanding towards their owner.

Très mauvaise expérience je ne conseille pas cet clinique, nous avons attendue 45 minute dans la salle pour seulement un examen. Le vétérinaire INCAPABLE de nous parler francais arrive et nous laisse attendre 1 heure de plus dans la salle sans explications vraiment pire expérience!

Ils nous ont charger 23$ pour couper les ongles de mon chats avoir su jaurais jamais demander de les coupers

Très bonne clinique, un belle accueil de toute l’équipe, l’endroit est propre. J’ai amené ma petite minnie (à gauche) pour son premier vaccin et un check up général, tout c’est bien passé.

I'm so glad my wife found this clinic today, my dog was in a lot of pain due to an existing vertebral condition, they were able to practice the right fisical examination and further treatment.

From the front desk to the tecnitians and the Vet thanks a lot you're kind people, in behalf of Milo thanks a lot.

I was happy with the service in general, but every time I go there’s a new charge or it’s simply more expensive. I was never charged for clipping my dog’s nails, it was normal marked as “curtesy” in the invoice and this time I was charged with $25+tax even if my total bill was for more that $400 … anyways, I guess is a business for someone

You will not and cannot find more sympathetic and caring people than this place. They are above exceptional and it shows that they really do care about each and every pet. When we went there to put out dog down, they made the process as respectful and caring as possible. It was very tough for my wife and they let us stay as long as she needed to say goodbye in a private space. I can't recommend this Vet enough. Free parking in the back as well.

Je me dois de les remercier d'avoir sauvé mon vieux chat d'un diabète avancé. Ils ont même pris le temps de regarder les interventions possibles en fonction de mes moyens. Je n'ai que des bons mots.
