Great discounts and you are quick to resolve issues. I love it don't change a thing. Well maybe one. Create better customer service. A better way of contacting customer support either on the phone or chat cause I tried the phone and it was out of service. So all in all great app

NEVER GONNA USE THIS APP AGAIN! Zero consumer service.
I booked a flight with them and for some reason, I had to cancel my booking, and I got a quote from the app, and they sent me an email saying we are happy your ticket is qualified to get future credit for the value of the ticket, and it recommended to check the policy with the airline as well. I called Delta and they confirmed I would receive credit equal to the full price of my tickets. So, I proceeded with cancelation via the app, but they gave me just $15 instead of $130!
The worse part is there is no one in the support team to talk to! They ask you to pay $15 if you wanna talk with a live agent! If not, the only way of contact is via email and you have to wait hours/days to get a response from someone from India! Long story short, after sending out more than 10 emails and wasting my time with 5 different agents, they did not accept to refund of the credit! I asked several times to talk to a manager, but they did not care. 100% a scam company

Horrible customer service. Send out several emails throughout the last 2 weeks never got a response used the freeze price option and got charge twice once for the freeze 252$ and once for 730$ For the actual ticket. On top of that they charge 45$ For a live chat? What kind of company is that. Take that few dollar of saving and book through a real travel company

Very disappointed. I paid for a price freeze on airfare for my son n I to travel. When I went to get the fare I paid the freeze, not only was the fare gone, but subsequent attempts at getting a refund were for naught. Buyer beware.

Long story short, our return flight was cancelled and I could not find a way to get a hold of Hopper, because I bought the trip insurance. I've sent two requests and tried to call but when you call it's just a robot telling you to send in a request and they will get back to you. It's been a week, and nothing. I'm very disappointed and frustrated at the lack of availability. Book through the airline, don't use these jokers.

Ce n'est pas normal que cette compagnie n'offre pas la possibilité de les appeler et refuse de nous appeler lorsque nous le demandons. Non seulement le service à la clientère est déficient, mais cela a des conséquences grave sur leurs clients.j'attend un remboursement de leur part depuis 7 mois. Pourquoi ne pas appeler les clients lorsque ceux-ci le demandent? Je perds un temps et une énergie folle à tenter de revoir cet argent, qui m'appartient après tout.

Scammers. My Husband bought his ticket through hopper and I bought mine directly at the airline. After the flight got cancelled because of COVID I got refunded by the airline. The airline says he must get his refund with Hopper, but the inexistant customer service makes it impossibe to do so.

I was first impressed by their professionalism and constant reassurance of emails and protection of my best interest, their app was clean, and all seemed perfect. Until you fall in the situation of having your flights being canceled or affected by covid.

I booked two tickets, one through hopper, and one directly through the airline. Hopper constantly reassured me with an ongoing stream of emails that if I cancel my ticket, they will do their best to safeguard what I paid. I felt assured at first, on the other hand I tried with the Airline (alitalia) to refund Non-refundable tickets, but due to red zone policy they were obliged to refund my money.it took me 6 agents and a week to refund the ticket I booked with Alitalia. Seeing the amount of effort I had to go through to refund the ticket, I was certain they were not going to try. I tried to contact anyone at hopper, but they have 0 contact support numbers available, 0 agents to chat with, basically 0 customer support. You can send an email with an automated inquiry and wait for 2 weeks, which was way past the flight date. I tried refunding my ticket myself, but since its an agency that booked it they had a special channel.

I was refunded in full for the ticket I booked with alitalia, and received the my money within 48 hours.the ticket with hopper, well. I am still awaiting contact from "hopper agent" which is basically an automated response machine.

Prices of both tickets were equivalent, so next time just book your ticket off the airline directly, nobody will hold your self interest as high as yourself, as for hopper, the usual capitalistic mindset of grabbing your money and giving 0 **** about your self interest.

I have tried for days using the website to change a passenger name. Tried to speak to customer service. Everytime I did this, the phone would just hang up. This app. Is unreliable. I would never recommend using it.

Had a credit with Hopper From March 2020 because of covid (flight canceled) and rescheduled the flight in November 2020. Ella from hopper rescheduled my flight for feb 13-28 2021. Day before flight I go to check in and it would not let me check in. I called delta because hopper had no telephone support.only email. No record of my flight from delta so I had to buy a new ticket in order to fly out the next day. It has been since feb 12 since I emailed hopper and NO REPLY. I feel like I've been scammed. Lost my flight and the $337 I spent. Terrible customer service. I'll only go directly through airlines for flights from now on.

Aucune nouvelle pendant des mois après l'annulation des billets, une fois l'annulation faite il était tout simplement impossible de réserver à nouveau un billet. L'un des pires services clients jamais utilisé, et ce même en ayant fait preuve d'une patience exceptionnelle au vu des circonstances (plusieurs mois…). Première et dernière fois avec Hopper.

Flights are canceled. The app doesn’t even say it (shows that everything is normal). I paid for the assistance service, and there’s no way I can reach out to someone. No chat support, no phone number. I asked a question on the get help section, and still didn’t get any reply.

I do not recommence Hopper. Horrible service (basically, NO service at all).

Purchased a flight in January 2020 for Portugal in June 2020.
Flight was cancelled because of COVID in May. Air Transat provides a travel voucher but I must go through Hopper. 9 months and 2 messages later no response and no voucher. Avoid this company at all costs!

Le service a la clientèle ne répond pas aux messages. Ils n’ont pas pu numéro qu’on peut appeler, si on a un problème on est livré à nous même.

Hopper sold a flight from Chicago to Montreal to my daughter, a doctor treating Covid patients in Chicago. She hasn't been able to come home for a year.
Yesterday, United cancelled her flight less than a week before departure and won't help her because she bought from Hopper which cannot be reached.
Buy your ticket from the airline.

The way a business operates during crisis shows a lot. My flight has been cancelled by the airline, and hopper (who I booked through) has taken all phone numbers down, isn't responsive to messages and isn't responding to emails.
As a small business owner, I would never do this to my clients during a time of need. The airline will be sending the refund through hopper, but will I ever see this refund?

They never refund the 3000$ I paid for my flights.

They erased all the « past trip » I’ve got with them, they erased all the « chat conversation » where I asked for help. Fortunately I’ve take some screenshot before they erased everything to keep proof.

My girlfriend booked a flight with Hopper to go back home. Our flight was canceled cause of COVID-19.

We've tried to reach them many times. They never reply to our messages (by email, by chat, no phone number available). No news since 1 month.

They never refund the 3000$ we paid for our flights.

They erased all the « past trip » we’ve got with them, they erased all the « chat conversation » where we asked for help. Fortunately, we've took some screenshots before they erased everything to keep proof.
