Where do I even start. I had given Chris a vintage Rolex Daytona that needed A LOT of TLC. (It has been mishandled by the previous owner.) Chris was EXTREMELY informative throughout the process and made it his priority to bring the watch back to life after he understood it's importance to me. Let's just say he delivered. He does business with integrity and honesty, which was essential to me when dealing with a delicate piece. I am LOVING my repaired watch and can't thank him enough. Chris, you're the man!

Chris saved my bacon! The good Canadian kind as well. While on holiday here from Australia I had one of my nice watches with me as well as an everyday one. I wore it in water because it says 50 metre waterproof. Well not so much, in fact not at all. I quickly used the internet's best friend and found Chris, we spoke on email almost immediately and my watch was with him the next day. I was informed of every step in the process of repairing my watch which made me feel reassured and highly confident of the outcome.
