Hôtel Albert par G5

Nous avons tenu une rencontre à l'hôtel Albert le 16 novembre dernier et avons été très satisfait du service et du personnel. Belle grandeur de salle, facilement accessible, personnel courtois et sympathique. L'hôtel est très bien situé avec des restos, cafés et boutiques tout autour. Super endroit pour une réunion à Rouyn-Noranda!

EXCELLENT HOTEL in ROUYN NORANDA

I stayed here recently, and the location is great. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, bars and cafés in the area. The room I stayed in for 3 nights was very spacious, clean with a comfortable bed. The towels, sheets and amenity collection they offer their guests are premium quality. A full continental breakfast is offered every morning. Best part of this hotel is the Gym for a person who enjoys a good workout. I couldn't believe the high-quality equipment they offered. My takeaway from this place was the friendly staff: Ahmed and Maika at front desk and Viviana in housekeeping. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Pierre-Marc and Tatiana (great people). Do consider staying here if you travel for business or leisure. If you get a chance, try out their restaurant next door Le Pizzé. One final note, please keep in mind Rouyn Noranda is a small mining town but with friendly folk. You will cross paths with people that will give you a nod for a hello or a Bonjour. Not everyone speaks English, but they will do their best to accommodate anyone including tourists.

I have been a recurring client of this hotel for the last 4 years, going there for 2 to 4 weeks a year.

Yesterday night however I was told, after driving for 9 hours to go for a week long hospital treatment, the reservation I had made a month earlier wasn’t valid anymore because I did not have my credit card with me (it was just destroyed because of a fraud and I am waiting for the new one).

I had plenty of cash and a debit card, I could give them twice the amount I would have paid as a deposit, but nope: it didn’t come from a credit card so it wasn’t accepted as a payment mode.

They basically cancelled my reservation and refused to have me pay cash or debit.

I was very distressed as lodgings close to the hospital are not plentiful in Rouyn, and they finally agreed to take my money for one night only so I didn’t have to sleep in my car.

It was an inhuman treatment of a regular client who trusted this company to have a safe place to stay, 850km from home, for the duration of a hospital treatment. Never again.

Nice hotel for the area, very simplistic but clean, enjoyed my stay location was good restaurants nearby and room was a good size. When going to more remote locations it’s tough to find good quality hotels but this was better than average in my opinion. Thank you for the nice stay! Oh important to note has parking in back for hotel guest free of charge but you need to check in to gain access with key.

Modern and "Chic" motel/ hotel. Clean spacious, free parking, free breakfast with great coffee, eggs and the other usual yogurt, cereals, juices etc. I recommend if you are anywhere nearby.

En arrivant samedi le 5 août nous avons eux un bon service, chambre propres, ont n'a bien dormis, jusqu'au dimanche matin la fille manque de formation, car en rendant les cartes ont n'avait mentionné que c'était par Expedia que c'était payée, mais elle de répétait, nous dommes franchement déçues de ce cotés là sa pris 20 minutes avant qu'elle appelle quelqu'un, et pour le.peix c'est trop cher franchement, vous devriez regarder vos prix, ou vos employés, des déjeuner qui se termine trop tôt vous devriez les terminés vers midi au moins vers midi!
Redonner de la formation aux employées pour qui donnent un service hors pair et professionnel

Super Hôtel au centre ville de Rouyn, chambre propre et accueillante. Le personnel est très sympathique et accomodant. L'hôtel est près des services de restauration/pub et à un coin de rue du lac pour faire son jogging.merci beaucoup!

It is the first time staying at the hotel, and it provided a superb restful oasis from a busy long business trip. It is centrally located and walking distance to just about anything needed for a stay in Rouyn-Noranda.

Les chambres devraient être 2x moins chère pour représenter la qualité de l’endroit. Mur en carton, on entend tous lmonde dans le corridor, aucune fenêtre qui s’ouvre. Un mini-frigo qui ne refroidit pas. Et pour couronner le tout je me fait dire au téléphone qu’on peux avoir 2 chambres du lundi au jeudi, 5minutes plus tard, sur les lieux, erreur informatique, une seule nuit disponible.

Vraiment très déçu de ma première visite dans vos édifices.

Ce n’est pas difficile de trouver mieux et pour moins chère dans d’autres régions.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was extremely polite and accommodating.

Hôtel un peu plus vieux mais excellent service, les chambres sont propres et les animaux sont acceptés. Situé au centre de tout, plusieurs restaurant à proximité et stationnement privé.

Room I had was OK, most of the bathtub faucet sprays all over the place like niagara falls, #2. My room was right across the street from a disco bar, up all night, didn't sleep.

Je donne un 3 Étoiles par rapport à l'emplacement.

Les meubles en général serait grandement due d'être remplacer, mais je ne parle pas du matelas qui était assez comfortable. La chaise du bureau de travail était ma foie, assez dégueulasse. Mais le service au chambre m'on rapidement remplacé celle-ci! (Je l'es en remercies grandement)

A $215.00 avant taxes la nuit en région, j'ai déjà vue mieux

J'essayerai probablement une chaine hotelière la prochaine fois.
