Very cool spot. Great resto for breakfast. Very good bar and incredible outdoor heated pool and terrasse.

Très bel endroit bien situé. Le restaurant de l'hotel avait un menu varié et vraiment excellent! Nous y retournerons certainement pour essayer la picine chauffée extérieure!

Rooms are spacious, modern and very clean and offer all you need for a stay.

We would have been happier if we had one big bed instead of 2 smaller beds.
We requested bathrobes for the pool area and received it later for free, thank you for the service!

For the rest the room was equipped with a little table, chair, a safe, iron, iron board, coffee machine (coffee was very thin), fan, towels and shower gel. Cleaning lady was efficient and did a great job, thank you to the lady from Portugal.

In general a nice hotel and offers a heated pool, hot bubble bath, a sauna and extra towels, a bar, snacks at reception.
A lot of art is presented on the walls and quite interesting to watch.

An improvement could be done in terms of the dusty floor carpets, dusty lamps. As well as the dirty laundry and vacuum cleaners, these should be removed at one point. The sauna could be way warmer.

Outdoor pool was nice and we enjoyed. Towels for the pool were provided extra, which is great. The floor at the pool area was icy and I slipped and hurt myself badly.

The included breakfast was good and you could choose between croissants, bread, egg and fruit, coffee etc. Note that “included” breakfast is served in a separated room and not in the same as the paid breakfast.

When you go up to the 10th floor, you will find a lobby floor with restaurants and guest rooms surrounding the pool in the courtyard.
At first I thought it was an unusual structure, but I thought it was great that you could access the guest rooms by stairs from the lobby floor, which was very easy.
It feels like there are guest rooms on the 9.5th and 10.5th floors.
The modern lobby is spacious and has a variety of sofas, so you can spend your time as you like.

The VIA Rail station is right in front of the hotel, making it extremely convenient if you're taking the train.
The bus from the airport is also about a 5 minute walk away. I don't think there will be any problems if you don't have much luggage.

There were people at the pool from around 7am in the morning until around 10pm at night, and it was very lively.

After checking out, I realized that I had left something behind and was very nervous, but thanks to Mr. Bell, who speaks good Japanese, I was able to resolve the issue without any problems, and I am truly grateful.
It was a fun stay in Montreal.
I hope to serve you again next time.

The hotel is unassuming from the outside, but amazing on the inside. The rooms are newly renovated and the views are amazing. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The best part was the outdoor pool and bar however. Didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant but food looked good from what I saw. Will definitely stay here again when we’re in town again.

The reception seldom answers the phone when you call, line ups are long to see the front desk, the room was a nicer version of a Holiday Inn at best.

We arrived Wednesday to be told the pool and hot tub are under repair. Our pack of business receipts held in a paper clip set aside on the office table was thrown out. For over $2,000 for our entire stay, we expressed our disappointment given the lack of amenities. The gentleman at the check our counter had no regard for our complaints, and simply said to “take it up with Expedia” - and Expedia will say “we can’t control pools or house cleaning operations” - which we agree. I asked to give us a reason to come back; nothing was offered, no discount, no credit for a future stay, nor a humble apology. “You could’ve used the Sheraton pool, it was open to Bonaventure guests” is as ironic and inconvenient an answer as it gets.

Loved how it was a mix of urban and nature. Staff very friendly. Enjoyed the view of ducks from our room and the heated pool:)

We visited Montreal over the course of a weekend and Hotel Bonaventure was beyond our expectations. The hotel staff was very helpful, kind and friendly (a special thanks to Francois at the front desk for your warm welcome and recommendations). The location of the hotel is great - just a few minute walk from the Bell Centre, great restaurants and shopping along Rue St. Catherine. The room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this family friendly hotel and will return again soon!

We booked last minute when our flight was delayed for 2 days and this was a delightful refuge from a stressful situation. The ducks outside our room really made it special (this is a rooftop garden 10 floors up).

This has become our place in Montreal! The pool and rooftop bar great, seating areas throughout lobby area with indoor and stunning outdoor space.breakfast good, service great and the people who work here are incredibly kind! As always, we will return!

I am writing for my in-laws who stayed at the hotel while in Montreal for a family celebration. The Bonaventure is beautiful and in a good location. Every staff member is welcoming and very accommodating. The rooms are nice and clean. The food is good. However my in-laws were deeply disappointed that the pool and hot tub, although nice, are dangerous to access when it gets dark outside, which is now at 4: 15 pm. There are no lights in most areas on the pool deck and it is too dark to see where you are going. With ice and snow it is treacherous. Lights would remedy that. Apparently the administration knows but the owner does not want to spend the money on outdoor lighting. How much could that cost? Not very much.

My mother-in-law loved the pool during the daytime but my father-in-law could not use it as he has issues with his balance. A simple handrail placed at the stairs would have allowed him to get in and out comfortably and safely and would have made his trip enjoyable.

Another disappointment was that most of the seats in the lobby are too low for my in-laws to sit down and there is no handicapped bathroom in the washrooms in hallway. The toilet is too low and there is no wheelchair access (for those who need it). So during dinner at the restaurant my father-in-law had to walk back to his room to use the bathroom. He was upset because he loved staying at the Bonaventure Hotel in his younger days but their recent stay made them feel old and irrelevant. It was very upsetting for both of them.

If improvements are made my wife and I may go to the hotel as a staycation from time to time. If we see that improvements are made, we will take photos and convince my in-laws to return when they visit Montreal.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff, particularly Jennifer and Michele at the front desk are exceptionally good with customer service. When I booked I included a message for a QUIET room, I had the exact opposite experience. Avoid room 2205 because it is right next to the housekeeping area so starting at 7am you will hear all kinds of banging and noise. Ask about other room construction, which I did experience and caused me to switch rooms, a big hassle. Staff and management however did provide a compensation that was appropriate to my unrestful stay the first night, the second night was bliss. I would stay here again

Great hotel but we had aunts in our room and the staff did not do much about it. Kids ordered pizza and with in a hr had aunts all over it.

A very pleasant hotel right in the center of the city, just across the central station. We have no complain at all. Staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were very fun with unique entryway. Highly recommended!

Beautiful example of brutalist architecture, with charming courtyards, large comfortable rooms, and a good restaurant on site.

Montreal, walking distance to restaurants & shopping.rooms are spacious and clean. The view of the indoor garden from the suit is lovely. The rooms could use a kettle & microwave especially for the high price tag. The duck pond is serene. The pool is nice and well heated. Underground parking.

Lobby is gorgeous and the outdoor pool and hot tub were AMAZING! Even in the rain. It’s one reason why we chose to come here. Pool is heated and lit up at night. So much fun. Great location. Staff was SO nice and did what they could to make our stay wonderful. I will definitely go back:)

The hotel itself is really nice and clean. The staff really blew us away. Such friendly and happy people. Really says something about the hotel. Special props to Guy our server at breakfast. Such a kind person who clearly loves his job.

Very nice hotel! They have a nice outdoor area with a duck pond and nice places to sit and look at the view. The pool is nice and they keep it heated in the cold months. The pool area also has a bar! They follow covid regulations really well.

Hotel is good for teenagers who want to enjoy the drugs party. All types of drugs available at the pool. You can purchase the drug from a random guys right at the pool area which located at 10 th floor and hotel lobby. I don’t recommend staying with your kids if you plan a trip to Montreal. I wold rather consider Montreal Hotel sheroton with a large pool. Very awful.

The first time that I enter my room it’s was not cleaned the matrix was in the floor and it looked like they did not clean after someone else, the pool is fine but really hard to get a places we had to wake up at 7 am to find places. At the end we went to pay and they told use a bunch of lies that the gouvernement change the prices bla bla bla and we had to pay 674$ for two nights and when we went on the website it’s said 500$ so do not recommend it’s just a scam

Wonderful hotel and good staff. The price was good for what you get. The rooms are as advertised and the city view we had was nice.
The pool is usually quite busy so plan ahead if you want a spot.
The gardens are nice but lack some upkeep. Mostly due to smokers and ducks.
Very central to all amenities and easy walking to old Montreal.

Although a little dated this hotel is great. The location is perfect and the amenities are fantastic.
The lobby is on the 10th floor, which might catch you off guard. The staff is friendly rooms have what you need but the pool and outdoor area is what it is all about. The feel of the carribean, without the all inclusive Sadly.

Ordered a king superior room, very spacious but it has no sofa inside, if you need a sofa you have to book a ‘king superior with sofa bed’, this is the most ridiculous ‘superior’ room ever, maybe you can use the odd huge unfurnished space for wrestling. Only one small one evaluator is working, if you need a smoke get ready to line up for 5 mins to get downstairs, also waited 15mins just to checkout, the heated pool is the only thing worth coming, but no one is sanitizing any of the chairs within my hour long stay, overall even worst experience than a holiday inn, there are quite a lot good hotels in Montreal, stay away from this one if you are not using the pool

Nourritures médiocre pour un hotel de cette envergure. Menus constitué de poutine, club sandwich, pizza, aucune pate, la seule viande un entrecôte dur avec des légumes d'un mauvais goût. Deux a ne pas pouvoir manger nos légumes a cause du goût. Et mon père a dû aussi retourner son club sandwich. Vraiment déçu.

Upscale or modern are words I wouldn't use to describe this place. Its old, stuffy and customer service is horrible.

Can't open windows, no vents and the only nice thing about this hotel is its pool area which you can use without booking a room.

Everything about our booking lived up to our expectations and description.
We reserved a Superior room because it was recently renovated and spacious.
The pool area and large hot tub was a nice treat.
Lobby bar was nice to grab a drink prior to venturing out into the city to enjoy their world class cuisine.
20 minute walk to old Montreal, 10 minutes to downtown.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Seemed to accommodate all types of travellers, (families, bachelor/bachelorette parties, business…)
Rooms do not seem to be wheelchair/stroller/luggage cart accessible.

I've been to Montreal many times but this was my first stay at the Bonaventure. The hotel is centrally located and conveniently located near the central train station. Staff were very friendly throughout, from the folks at the front desk, the pool bartenders, to the front door person who was extremely helpful in getting taxis for us.

The pool and gardens are certainly the crowing jewels for this hotel. The gardens are absolutely beautiful. The pool is nice but it was very crowded on the weekend and it was hard to find chairs unless you got there early. Like most hotels, they should do something about chair hogs who put towels on chairs and then don't show up for hours. But the pool itself and the deck chairs are very nice. My only complaint is that the pool is kept at 86F all year round. Huh? It was 40 Celsius with the humidex! You'd think someone would have the common sense to turn off the heat during the summer?

We got an updated room which was a nice surprise. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. I'm not sure about the decor choices. The bedside tables are more like end tables and the bedside lighting with the Edison bulbs was too harsh. The overhead dimmable LED room light was a nice touch. The updated bathroom with the rain shower was nice. It would have been nice to have a bathtub as well.

Overall, a pleasant stay and I would definitely consider this hotel again!

Rooms were way more dated then the photos online and pictures highlighted balconys and when we got there there was not even 1 room we could move to with one

C'est un très belle hôtel. La nuit c'est magnifique avec les lumières et les canards. Lit confortable et les chambres sont grandes. Les repas sont délicieux. Le personnel est très gentil et courtois. Le seul hic c'est que notre chambre était proche des ascenseurs. Donc, c'était pas mal bruyant.

The hotel has a great location and is in walking distance to everything. However, the room we were given was outdated and quite small. The bathroom could barely accommodate 2 people. The toilet was leaking and the shower made a very loud noise when the hot water was turned on. They did not use a fitted sheet, they only put a normal sheet and tucked it into the mattress which obviously did not stay. They also do not use duvet covers? They tied two sheets together with the duvet which did not stay either and we woke up to the duvet directly on us. For the price, this was extremely disappointing. I would call this a 2 star experience. Avoid the disappointment and stay somewhere else

Nice pool and sauna with a small bar opening in the afternoon. Ideal to enjoy a drink while the kids are playing in the pool. The room was nice and functional. It was bit noisy but it hasn't been a big issue for us. The restaurant was pricy, but at that location, you have a lot of cheaper options available by foot.

Ce sont des voleurs qui ajoute des taxes imaginaires. Le prix mentionné sur Booking était de 789$ et je me suis retrouvé à payer 1078$. Des taxes qui n'ont jamais été mentionné par Booking et sachant que la chambres n'avaot même pas été fait correctement.

Nous sommes allez pour 2 nuits le week-end du 25-26-27 juin. En amoureux pour se reposer.
L’accueil a été très chaleureuse, la personne à la réception en était à sa 2ieme journée mais ça ne paraissait pas du tout.
La chambre king supérieur était très belle, le lit était bien mais on sentait un peu les ressorts.
L’accès à la piscine est vraiment chouette, nous n’avons pas été dans le spa puisqu’un couple semblait être très occupé. Sinon la piscine et l’emplacement était très propre.
Le restaurant était bien aussi quoi qu’un peu coûteux pour les choix.
La clientèle est très diversifié, autant des familles, des jeunes, des couples, des gens d’affaires ce qui cause des désagréments à l’occasion. Ex: nous sommes en couple pour se reposer de la vie familiale, on mange au restaurant et la famille a 2 table de la nôtre laisse leur enfant écouter des vidéos si fort que j’écoutais l’émission avec lui …. Ou à 3h du matin quand les jeunes rentrent de « cluber » et gueulent pendant tout leur parcours dans les corridors (3-4 groupes comme ca durant la nuit)
Disons que la nuit de samedi a été très courte ….
Peut-être réserver des ailes pour chaque type de client afin de ne pas déranger.

We arrived in our room and it was very spacious. There was also a door which led to the outdoor pool. However due to COVID there was no access to the pool from our bedroom.
We brought our bikes on our road trip to Quebec and they were able to store them securely which we were very appreciative.
Excellent service at the front desk and bar.
We had a swim and hot tub in the late evening prior to closing and they were all out of towels. Housekeeping was bringing new towels but a friendly gentleman gave us his unused towels. The swimming pool is surrounded by luscious greenery. Our stay for one night was perfect

Have visited several times this summer with my children and in the company of good friends. Beautiful, clean pool and lovely atmosphere with great customer service. I found the evening dinner menu quite basic and limited though. The rooms with big flat-screen tvs and beautiful views of Old Montreal are amazing and of course the lounge has a nice selection of beer both domestic and foreign. Excellent Covid precautions compliance!

Très belle place la seule chose c ezt qu il dise pa les vrai chose au téléphone ezt en plus si on veux payer en argent il charge plus cher ça marche ps ca exemple ma chambre couter 217 tout inclus si je payer en argent c était 35 $ de plus hey sérieux la c est prendre le monde pour des cave ça apart ça tout est numéro 2 est aussi le spa devrait être seulement pour les adultes

This hotel has the potential to be good if a few issues are addressed:

- misleading restaurant charges while booking online (we paid online for the breakfast option and were told to pay again at the hotel)
- Poor staff mask compliance

The outdoor rooftop pool is small, but nice. Good for families with many small children, but not the best for couples/travellers.

Central location downtown.

I'm sure pre pandemic it was even better. The pool heater wasn't working but they fixed it. The part where you get into the pool from the inside is closed off, I'm guessing because of covid. Otherwise we had a nice stay. Rooms are clean and nice. Shower needs a little TLC.

Honnêtement une des plus grandes déceptions que j'ai eu.
On a eu droit un a comportement inadmissible, je vous explique,
Michel le réceptionniste décide de nous parler sur un ton des plus agressifs, étant l'anniversaire de ma je prends sur moi, on laisse couler puis le lendemain on part a la piscine, le sauveteur Maurizzio nous interpelle après nous etre installés comme soit disant on devrait regulariser notre situation a la reception, ce trouve que Michel c'est trompé sur le booking et a mis une personne au lieux de deux, donc j'en profite pour demande des explications par rapport a son comportement, il me repond ''On a un client faché. On a un client faché" et decide de quitter la reception pour chercher sa directrice,
pensant pouvoir communiquer avec la madame normallement je lui explique la situation et je lui demande des explication, et me repond ''On peut rien faire pour vous, c'est comme ca. ''. Quand je lui demande son nom elle me dit ''c'est moi la directrice, adios maintenant ''
naturellement je decide de packer mes affaires et je demande un remboursement immediat, chose faite mais bon, pire experience ever,

Roof top Pool is extremely warm. Hotel has a very unique duck population there. My kids were amused by a mommy duck and her babies swimming right next to us. Clean hotel, nice renovated rooms (We chose superior room). Hotel seems to have very nice grounds and gardens to walk in when Covid goes away.

Les lit vraiment tromp petit le savon lave même pas l’es rideau baisse même pas toute seul même si j’ai payer 400$ et le parking à chaque foi tu sor faux repayer le personnel est très bien même si il ne fais pas confiance au jeune

J avais demandé à être dans une section tranquilles de chambres et j ai été vraiment servie. La température et le confort du lit m ont juste permis de passer une nuit reposante! Malgré l achalandage je trouve que le personnel de la réception a été particulièrement courtois (Dîna!). Cependant j’ai été très désagréablement surprise par le nombre de clients et des membres du personnel sans masque dans un temps où la Covid sévit. Aucun agent de sécurité ou de membre de personnel pour rappeler a l ordre les récalcitrants. Je me suis même demandé si c était un rdv des anti masques. Je ne ne suis pas sentie en sécurité pour cette raison. Quel dommage pour un si bel hôtel.

Super séjour d’une nuit pour ma part! Quoi qu’un peu surprise d’avoir autant de famille pour un vendredi soir accompagné d’enfants en très bas âge! ça gâchait un peu l’ambiance “tranquille” promise à la piscine (très bien chauffée) mais le séjour demeure inoubliable! Aussi, contrairement à certains avis, je n’ai pas croisé une seule personne sans masque, j’en étais agréablement surprise! L’équipe à la réception sont super gentils et serviables, n’hésitez pas si vous avez des questions:) Nous avions besoins de piles au milieu de
la nuit et c’est avec plaisirs qu’ils nous en ont amener!

1) La qualité de la chambre que la réception a sélectionné pour nous n’était pas un bon deal du tout considérant le prix payé (un peu style motel, usé) ; 2) Il a été TRÈS DIFFICILE de joindre le service aux chambres à partir du téléphone de la chambre et cela pendant toute la soirée.bizarrement, on nous a répondu rapidement quand j’ai appelé d’un téléphone externe (cellulaire d’une amie)! 3) Pas d’eau chaude le lendemain matin; et 4) aussi, je crois qu’il aurait été plus honnête de spécifier qu’on ne peut rester dans la piscine que 30 minutes – vu que vous avez déjà été capables de mettre en évidence le fait que la piscine soit ouverte, pourquoi ne pas préciser la durée pour laquelle on peut y accéder?

Nous avons commandé un déjeuner pour 2 personnes (60$ sans le pourboire) et il avait la confiture qui était déjà ouverte et déjà utilisé dans notre plateau. Nous avons téléphoné la réception et la dame met le blâme à la compagnie de confiture et non à la cuisine. Elle nous dit Voulez-vous une autre confiture comme si c'était normal en temps de pandémie.

Ensuite, lorsqu'on regarde la facture détaillée pour notre séjour, l'adresse est indiquée Mexique à cause de mon nom. La même dame de la réception (toujours assise dans son bureau de coin et en levant le ton de sa voix) m'indique que c'est une erreur des agents pour la réservation. Encore une fois, elle blâme quelqu'un d'autre que l'hôtel.

Nous sommes extrêmement déçu par le manque de respect de cette dame. Pour un 4 étoiles.très déçu.

Love this hotel. It made my first trip to Montreal a lot of fun! I couldn’t fit my truck in the underground parking also, but they found a space for me! You gotta visit here!

This is a very strange hotel. The hotel is actually on the 13th floor so you enter the main entrance then take elevator up 13 floors to the lobby. The rooms are nice and clean, but the layout of the hotel is strange. All of the rooms are on the perimeter of the hotel. The pool is definitely cool though. We went in the winter and the pool was open. Wish I could give it 3.5 stars.

All was perfect, had a great time and everything! The only thing, dont make yourself a coffee with coffee machines in the rooms, coffee taste like water. Otherwise perfect!

We were traveling for 45 days in Canada and we booked this hotel out of default. We had pre booked hotels in Hyatt, Marriott & Fairmont but when we cancelled our flight to Nova Scotia we landed here. A five star rating I can give for it’s beautiful setting, warm swimming pool which had a unique enter and exit. Good location too.

Hotel is nice and interior design is great! Rooms are clean! The swimming pool is amazing! Restaurant inside the hotel unfortunately is not that good.

Great attentive concierge. Rooms are dark and feel small, yet the beds are quite comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom is very good. Didn't get to try out the heated pool, but I did get to use the gym. Good to average selection of weight's and equipment was empty for the most part.

Came for our honeymoon. No site made aware of having to pay over 25 dollars a day to park at a 4 star hotel? Told the resturant no peppers since I'm allergic and broke out in hives because of their neglegance. When the hotel was made aware they closed our reservation and said they refunded us.but that takes 3-5 buisness days. So over 500 dollars taken from my account when I'm suppose to be christmas shopping. Wouldnt reopen our stay and wouldnt refund cash so we could move hotels. This company RUINED our honeymoon. Now I'll be charged for the 2 resturant reservations since now I have to go home to the u.s because hotel bonaventure the "4" star hotel dosent even deserve a 1 star. Avoid this place.

If your love brutalist architecture then you can’t miss staying here! It’s quite unique. We’ve stayed here a few times. The heated outdoor pool is quite fun in the winter. Rooms large size. Customer service is great. Lots of stairs so be careful if you have mobility concerns.

Hôtel bien située au centre ville de Montréal, stationnement sous terrain très pratique et pas trop chère pour le centre-ville (24.95$). Le personnel est asser courtoie et le restaurant vraiment bon, mais dispendieux. Les chambres ont pas été rénové depuis leurs créations et elle sont vraiment de base. Le frigidaire est vide, meme pas de bouteilles d'eau ni de bière, il réponde que le propriétaire veulent que nous dépensons au bar ces plus payant. Le lit etais confortable mais il manquais un drap de contour.mais faire une histoire courte les investissements et les dépenses sont maintenu au minimum et sa donne un résultat moyen dans sont envergures. Le seul aspect wow de cette hôtel est la piscine chauffer a l'année mais encore la il manque de soucis du détail et de propreté pour valoir un vrai 4 étoiles. L'établissement devrai etre un 3.5 étoiles et non 4. Mais ont peu dire un 4 a Cuba:) Faite aussi attention aux agents de sécurité qui se pense pour le FBI et qui n'osent surtout pas sourire. Une chose est certaine jy retournerait pas meme si il me font un rabais futurs pour compensé.

Bien situé, face à la gare de train et à 5 minutes de marche du Centre Bell et de beaucoup de restos. Vous arrivez avec Via pour un événement au Centre Bell et aucun taxi à payer. Le seul problème c'est que les chambres mériteraient une modernisation vers 2018.

After the fith day, as the weather was so cold to walk, I decided to move to a hotel closer to my conference place, then I did the check out on my fith day by 8am with the surprise that the lady at the front desk told me that I had to pay half the price for that day saying that now they had to clean the room for the next guest. I told her that I was doing my check out by 8am, so they would habe 7 hours to clean it till 3 pm pm check in time, so she just told me that she had to charge something and she will do half of the day. Ididnt have time to discuss, so I paid that along with the other 800 more dollars for the five days. A day after I went to talk to the front desk and they told me that I could talk to their supervisor who was not there. They asked for my phone and told me the supervisor was going to call me later. Well I am still waiting for that call. This is the first hotel that asked me to pay because leaving earlier. What if you didnt like the hotel, or if there were bed bugs, or if you realize the hotel is not what you were expecting? Then they charge you for that? They were supposed to ask why I was leaving, if something bothered me, but I never heard that question. Instead they just wanted to get more money. Be careful, that this kind of hotels may charge you for a towel you didnt get or a drink that you didnt didnt drink.

Restaurant Kube, personnel très gentil. Cependant 4 personnes sur 9 ont reçu leur plat après que les 5 autres aient terminé de manger. Et ce n'était pas le plat de pâtes commandés.

Nice Location straight in the heart of downtown.
Easy acess by Subway Train and Voyageur Bus.

Rooms are kept clean but nothing outstanding.
Outdoor heated pool and spa are a nice added touch for a little romance in the city under the stars

Chicken wings we're the smallest most expensive wings I've ever had. Avoid at all costs. The lobby is super nice, nice reception, rooms are alright but need to be cleaned more thoughly. Pool is very cool, nice gym. Main problems were glasses that started outside room whole visit, unapologetically small chicken wings, and not super clean carpet or vacuum. Probably would stay again, nice location.

I visited this hotel for a trade show. The catering staff weren't all friendly or responsive on the lower level and trying to find packing tape at the end of the show was like going on an Easter egg hunt.
The restaurant manager, Carolyn, was outstanding, she even helped after 5pm when I had courier issues that arose after the show. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the service in the restaurant was great every time.

Pour un service professionnel et l'ambiance sublime! Piscine tres bien chauffé. Pour les Clostrophobes vous ne pourrez demander mieux! Service accompagné dans les escaliers si vous êtes inquiets.une visite peux s'imposer. Jai eu un très bon service d'accompagnement de ma clostrophobie par DOVE ET VINCENT! UN GROS MERCI AU STAFF! Je vous recommande cette hôtel sublime au coeur de Montréal!

We came to Montreal from Ottawa for new year's 2019. It was busy when we checked in but the stuff was very friendly and professional. Very clean rooms, nice spa, good breakfast. You do pay for breakfast, but worth it. I will definitely go back again.

We have loved our stay at the Bonaventure. It was quite comfortable, and architecturally interesting. It incorporates sweeping city views from the rooms, as well as manicured landscapes in the interior courtyard of the property situated on the upper floors of an office building. The amenities are top notch, and access to public transportation is excellent. We look forward to returning again soon and often.

J'y suis aller dans le cadre du Microsoft Tech Summit 2018. Donc, j'ai plus vu les salles de réception que l'hôtel. Cependant, c'était très bien. La nourriture était correct mais dans le cadre d'un événement ce n'est pas là qu'on s'attend à de la gastronomie. Le service était bien. Je crois que c'est un bon endroit pour tenir un événement.

The best time to.come here is during winter to truly enjoy the heated pool the experience was just so fun. For those wondering the temperature above 30c.or 86f.

Le service avec des sourires, le concierge (Donald) qui ne ménage aucun effort pour nous dépanner, une piscine et une cour intérieure comme je n'en ai vus nulle part ailleurs. A découvrir si vous ne connaissez pas.
