Hôtel Brossard

The hotel was in a very good location near to Montreal. The hotel has electric vehicle charging but it is a little costly around 25$ for a full charge. The breakfast was included in the stay and it was very good. Rooms were okish even though the hotel looks very good from outside.

It was an old hotel with clean and comfortable bed and amazing service. It’s just since the hotel is old, I could hear the neighbours walk around up down and beside, every door on the same floor opened and closed, they are heavy doors. Also the breakfast could be much better.

The room is a bit dusty near the window. They forgot to bring my extra towels requested and I asked twice at the desk but nobody came to my door at all.

The hot breakfast was basic. It got crowded for seating at breakfast in the lounge since they were at capacity most likely. At least there was more parking spots behind the building.

We picked this hotel because we were visiting our friends for the wedding on the weekend. It was easy for us to travel around from this hotel since it was near the wedding venues.

One thing we noticed that the walls are thin so we can hear people in the hallway.

Location is TERRIBLE. Right off the highway with nothing except a gas station nearby. This was OK for us since it was just me and my husband, but had I known it was on the side of the highway, I may have gone elsewhere (especially at $245 a night). But the service was great. The room was clean and fresh. However, there is a TV but no movies and very few English channels. We watched everything on our phones. The bed was to be desired but it's an old hotel. Very good service. Easy check in and check out. No issues that needed to be reported to hotel staff, so all in all, it was a pretty decent experience.

Ont a apeller pour réserver mais arriver la bas ont nous a réserver les mauvaise date. Ont a demander UN lit et nous a fait payer pour une chambre a deux lits. Belle chambre sa je vous le donne. Dejeuner, eh boy patate FROIDE PAS CUITE pas mangable, ont a du aller dejeuner ailleurs…

Just out of this world. Quiet, comfortable hotel. Beautiful and clean rooms. Staff was young and down to earth and super friendly. Breakfast was standard, but would have been better it I chose to go to a nearby bakery instead. (I'm not saying, their breakfast wasn't good, but the bakeries are world class in Montreal and around. They even have MOF's).

La bâtisse commence à se faire vieille, mais les chambres sont belles pour le prix que nous avons payé (hors saison)

The property is charming and the room was comfortable and clean. The hallway has a funky smell, but the room did not. Breakfast was good and breakfast room was bright and clean. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is due to my check in experience. We arrived around 1: 40 after a very long day of traveling. I tried to check in but was told check in was at 4pm. My room was ready, but if I checked in at 1: 40 I would need to pay $10 up front plus an extra hourly rate until 4pm. I'm not sure if that is a Quebec thing, but I found it unpleasant. It was the principal not the money. We choose to go sit in a restaurant to kill the time.

Superbe hôtel près de tous les services avec grand stationnement gratuit. Décor et architecture incroyable en entrant à la réception. Accueil et service impeccable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et bien insonorisées. Les matelas sont confortables et l’air climatisé fonctionne A1. Petit gym sur place avec quelques appareils de base, mais parfait pour faire mon cardio matinal. Petit déjeuner inclus avec beaucoup de choix…oeufs/patates/saucisses/fèves au lard, viennoiseries, céréales, appareil pour faire des gaufres etc. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel!

Chambre 102, directement devant les ascenseurs et l'admission. Impossible de dormir de toute la nuit. Je vais demander un remboursement. Dans le cas où l'hôtel rembourse la chambre je modifierai l'avis, dans le cas contraire vous saurez que la satisfaction du client n'est pas une priorité pour cette établissement.

Chambres confortables et spacieuses.cependant certaines détails sont à soigner comme par exemple la télé où il y a que des chaînes inutiles et avec une télécommande qui ne fonctionne pas.hôtel loin du centre ville donc vous aurez besoin d'un véhicule pour vos déplacements (parking gratuit dans l'hôtel)

Incredible, they didn't even make the beds in our rooms. Stuff you wouldn't believe. Terrible service.

I was pleasantly shocked of how nice our stay was. 3 nights Aug 10 -13 2023. At a quick look the outside doesn't look pleasant. The neighboring lots are a mess. And the main road leading in needs to be repaved. I went with my 2 small kids. I was unexpectedly upgraded to a junior suite. King bed. Queen sofa pullout. The bathroom was large. The hotel upclose looks like a French Chateau. The inside decor fit the Chateau. The free breakfast was really good! Even the mystery eggs that must have been high quality powdered eggs. Lol! Mini waffles. Blueberry and regular batter were perfect for my kids. I dont know what part of the pig was in the sausages but it made me take extra. Employees were always present and cleaning the breakfast room, entrance and halls.
THE ONLY con was the musty smell upon entry. They need diffusers! The rest of the hotel was odor free. I'll return!

J'y suis allée avec ma famille et tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons très certainement à cet hôtel. Merci!
