J'avais une chambre qui était rénové malheureusement il avait une Coquerel dans la tête du lit qui promenait j'ai dû appeler à la réception il m'ont dit non ce rénové ils ont venir voir j'ai eu une mauvaise expérience de ma vie

First, I think they found their manager in a cereal box because this oerson has zero customer service skill. They will lie to you to make you go away and then they wont honor their words. Be careful of scammers practices. Very rude lady over the phone, claiming she is the manager. Maybe changing the staff might help this hotel. Horrible experience.

5 novembre 20h00 je téléphone à la réception pour des informations pour réserver ma nuit de noces chez vous, la réceptionniste était vraiment désagréable, on la dérangeais tout simplement. Elle m’a presque raccrocher au nez, bref je choisirai malheureusement un autre hotel en cause de son attitude, très dommage.

I travel for work frequently and stay in hotels over half the year for the past decade. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The service here is terrible. The hotel staff will barge in the room all hours of the day and night. They don't have privacy signs for the door. The ongoing renovations don't allow you to sleep. I pre paid for 2 weeks and had to stay couple extra days and hotel staff barged in while I was sleeping to demand I pay. Asked if I could sleep few more hours before my shift and pay when I woke up but I had to pay then and there. Finally had enough and checked out and found a different hotel

Shower in the middle of the room with glass enclosure and no privacy
Rooms smell horrible
Very Smokey room smell
Windows do not lock
People smoking joints outside
I was offered another room in the basement with no windows and a sketchy side door leading to the basement. This room is a fire hazard and very unsafe.
We stayed here to be close to the bio dome
And it’s not worth it. The area is very sketchy. Don’t stay here, just stay downtown montreal.

Je considère plus cet endroit comme un motel plus luxueux. Par contre, on voit que la plupart des hommes sont accompagnés d’escorte. A toujours de la place alors pour cette raison je donne un bon 3 et demi.
En passant, enfdroit propre.

The facility was well located and well maintained

We booked this hotel for a two night stay because it was the most affordable. The location was great, it’s about a 3 minute walk from a metro station. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, and check in/check out was fast.

The room was outdated, but clean. AC worked just fine, and our room was cleaned while we were there.

A few small things could have been improved to make our stay more comfortable: wifi was offered but not functional during our stay. There is a fridge in the room, but no microwave. For some reason there is nowhere to hang your towel in the bathroom so our room was just littered with towels. Coffee is offered in the front lobby, but no hot water kettle or coffee maker in the room.these are very minor tweaks that could improve overall guest experience at Hotel Chablis.

Réceptionniste bête et prends son temps, on avait réservé une chambre avec 2 lits queen et sur place on me dit que c'était seulement un lit queen (mensonges de leur part) ils me disent que je dois payer $ 30 de plus pour un divan lit ménage supposément être fait entre mes 2 jours de réservation CE N'A PAS ÉTÉ FAIT! La gérante ne respecte pas l'entente que j'ai accepté avec son employé quand j'ai fait la réservation donc je donne 0 étoile à cette place car ça mérite pas qu'on appel ça un hôtel!

Nous n’avons même pas pu séjourner, nous avons trouvé une larve dans la première chambre, ensuite nous avons été « surclassé » dans une autre chambre crasseuse pour finalement devoir partir, et chercher un autre hôtel pour 2 nuits. Médiocre.
