The hotel has its downs, no parking available, if you make reservations with booking you don’t get complimentary breakfast, the bed is not comfortable, the view is awful facing a gym had my curtains closed all the time the picture when I booked I thought I was getting was definitely not the one I got…. I could say more but I’m sure the hotel has more to offer so don’t let my experience ruin yours just a heads up if you have a mini van or some type of suv be ready to pay for parking definitely not cheep on the street

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the main sites in the old town with lots of restaurants around. There are free hot drinks at the lobby which is really great. Room is spacious and well decorated. Bed is super comfortable. When we left something at the hotel after we checkout, they still willingly assisted us in getting our lost item. This was very much appreciated.

Make sure to use HotelDuIIy. ᴄᴏm when booking a place. This site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of my favorites in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you won't regret it.

Great location. Walking distance to most sites. We stayed in a superior room which was really nice with a good view and a great bed. The sink in the bathroom was messed up and not draining well but not a deal breaker. Breakfast was a little lacking but better then nothing. Will stay here again next time we come for sure. Parking is pretty tight. Really only good for cars or compact SUVs.

This hotel is only good because of its location, nothing more, the rooms are less than average and old, some of the furniture is broken, overall not worth the price.

Excellent location, staff was friendly (there was heavy rain during a thunderstorm and they had umbrellas for guests who hadn't brought raincoats), the coffee machine is convenient. I came by train, so can't speak to the parking. Not a bad walk from the Gare.

A l'accueil les personnes sont professionnelles et sympathiques.
La chambre est spacieuse est propre.
L'hôtel est très bien placé dans le vieux Québec.
Le parking avec supplément est appréciable.
Le petit déjeuner est moyen, salade de fruits en boîte, viennoiseries molles, pas d'oeufs brouillés, ni bacon, juste des oeufs durs.
Bon rapport qualité prix.

Emplacement parfait dans le vieux Québec à distance de marche de tout, machine à café gratuite, personnel accueillant, chambre très propre mais un peu vieillot. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Stationnement disponible, un peu cher et étroit (27$ vs 18$ public) mais en vaut la peine.

Emplacement idéal avec un parking privé en supplément mais tellement pratique, accueil très chaleureux, ascenseur, bien insonorisées. Chambre familiale grande et spacieuse avec sdb privative. Climatisation fonctionnelle mais très bruyante avec vibration de plastique, mériterait un nettoyage des filtres qui sont poussiéreux. Même nettoyage à faire pour la ventilation de la salle de bain très poussiéreuse. Petit déjeuner à 13$ CAD par adulte et gratuit-12 ans, suffisant et bon. Sous forme de buffet donc on y retourne si besoin. Très contente de cette réservation qui a répondu aux attentes de ma famille. Je conseille vraiment.

Ça fait plusieurs fois que nous g allons toutefois le personnel semble
Fatiguer ou mal equiper pour repondre manque de lait cafe si une fois ok mais 2 fois en 2 jours et le personnel semblais être déranger qu on lui demande machine distributrice qui ne fonctionne pas doit attendre
Car les friandise ne sorte pas le tout rend déplaisant pour rien simplement

Amazing quaint hotel, located close to everything you want to see in the old town of Quebec City. It’s close to the Christmas market. A continental breakfast was delivered every day at 7 am to our room. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available in the lobby 24 hours a day. They have a wine bar by the glass for nights when you need to just relax. Our room was large with a small sitting area with a table and wing back chair. If you have a choice stay in the older part of the hotel. We had a small table and chairs outside on the second floor terrace that would of been nice in the summer time to use. We got in early and were able to store our luggage so we could start our exploring of the city. They even called a taxi for me to arrive at 5 am. Amazing customer service, very friendly. I would stay here again

Belle suite. C'est lorsqu'on s'attarde au détail que c'est plutôt décevant. Taches de moississures sur les murs et le plancher de la douche, ainsi que sur les rideaux. Problème d'eau chaude (l'eau reste froide ou vient complètement brûlante, autant au lavabo que dans la douche). Le dejeuner servi a la chambre est correcte, pas de choix a faire, ils nous servent des croissants, muffins, yogourts et jus. Cependant le service est a 7h00 chaque matin donc si vous vous levez plus tard le yogourt devient chaud. Certain employés sont tres bêtes, et d'autres très souriant et serviable.
L'emplacement est parfait, près de tout. Bel endroit!

Very expensive for the experience. Had a much better time at the quality inn in Montreal. The staff were not very nice. Didnt like that I tried to speak French. No coffee maker in the room or fridge and microwave. Meh I dont recomend.

Great place, simple, efficient check-in/out process. Free coffee / tea for everyone all the time and it's even quite good! Good value for the price.huge room, clean, and very quiet.

La dame à la la réception est tellement gentille et toujours prête à rendre service. Chambre confortable et très bien. Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour, nous reviendrons c’est certain.

Emplacement idéal dans le vieux Québec mais service hôtelier inexistant et une des réceptionnistes était peu avenante… voire impolie

Ça y est, je ne chercherai plus jamais d’hôtel dans le vieux Québec, j’ai trouvé MON hôtel! Mes deux chiens ont été accueilli avec sourire et enthousiasme, personnel extrêmement chaleureux et chambre impeccable. Emplacement parfait, vraiment je ne vois aucun points négatifs.

I was highly excited to stay at the hotel but it didnt work out so well. The location is really good but the cleanliness and service is awefull. As I checked in the hotel noticed, all this hotel had was 2 people sitting in the front counter, there was not any room service available. Then as i went in the room i saw there were a lot of stains on the bed sheet, i called the front desk to complain about it. One of those 2 guys came with unfolded (messed up) sheet and started changing it. I helped him in changing and asked if he was sure that there were not any bugs on the bed, he said there aren't any.
They don't even give you water to drink or toothbrush, remember taking your own. You can hear people taking in corridor from your room. Thankfully it was not like that in night.
It is better to eat breakfast out somewhere than booking it with the hotel.
As much as we enjoyed exploring quebec city, we didnt like the hotel. It is over priced and under maintained.

2e fois à cet hôtel et c’est très bien, par contre, l’an passé dans les déjeuners il y avait un morceau de fromage, un yogourt et des fruits en plus de ce qu’il y a dans le sac et ce n’était pas un jus Oasis… un peu décevant ️

Lovely accommodations in this boutique hotel! Walk to everything. Parking on arrival, then attendant will securely park your vehicle.
No need to use until depart. Wonderful breakfast cafe. Really pretty French suites. Accommodating concierges.

Had a beautiful fall weekend staying at this hotel. The location is perfect and they have their own parking lot ($) to leave your car and you can just walk everywhere. The hotel staff was very friendly, there is a wonderful fancy coffee maker in lobby, and wine bar machine where you pay by the glass. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We got the junior suite which had a living area in it and a king bed. Cold breakfast included (croissants, muffins) if you book directly with hotel. Rates were also better when we called them. Will definitely stay here again.

Quaint Hotel that's close to everything in old Quebec. My room was spacious and the staff was extremely friendly.

Amazing stay. We took a road trip to the Atlantic quebec and out of all places we stayed in this hotel had the most comfortable beds, parking included, excellent location and breakfast in the room due to covid was great. Bonus- dogs allowed for extra fee.

Great location, great room for the price. Breakfast was good, and delivered to your room. Bed was super comfy, the room isn’t too big but very cozy. The lady at the front desk was also very nice. I think this hotel is my new go to when I’m in Quebec City.

Nice hotel, a little odd. Our room was oddly set up, the pull out sofa was at the foot of the bed and the tv was to the side of the sofa with a fireplace at the foot of the sofa. Price was right, convenient location, staff were friendly & helpful. Hotel was clean and quiet so if you don't mind or like quirky this is the place for you!

Nous avons bien aimé notre visite. Le personnel était gentil. Nous avons aimé le verre de vin inclus et le café à volonté. La chambre était propre et assez bien insonorisée. Nous avons aimé le forfait incluant une soirée au restaurant Brasserie Chez Jules. Le déjeuné inclut était correct, mais nous aurions aimé qu'il inclut des fruits frais (banane, pomme, raisins). Nous avons aimé notre séjour!

Bien situé, stationnement exigu, mais avec une passe pour le stationnement municipal souterrain à proxomité, c'était parfait. Personnel courtois. On y retournera sûrement.

Nous avons bien aimé la propreté et la décoration de la chambre. J'ai trouvé le vin très cher dans le bar à vin, pire que dans un restaurant! Ça m'a vraiment frustré d'où la note globale de 8.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and the heat worked very well. It is freezing in Quebec in February, so it's important to have great heat and they did. Great area to stay in,
as there are numerous attractions just a short walk away. I felt very safe at this location. Also, check out the wine bar. It's awesome for that one last drink of the evening. Will be back.

Ce qui était désagréable pendant le séjour, c’ était le plancher de la salle de bain qui était glacé on ne pouvait pas marcher sur celui-ci. Nous étions dans la chambre #16 au dessus du stationnement.

Très beau séjour, le personnel est super, l'emplacement aussi, mais j'ai trouvé les frais de stationnement très élevé. Aussi, le chauffage est bruyant

Depuis notre dernier séjour il y a eu beaucoup d amélioration et de changement que nous avons tres apprécié A l acceuil autant de jour que de soir toujours aussi sympatique et souriant. Merci

L'emplacement était parfait. Les chambres sont très bien. Le café et le vin dans le lobby étaient une belle addition. Globalement un endroit très agréable pour séjourner.

C'était notre 2e visite et nous avons bien aimé l’accueil, la propreté, la localisation, le repas chez Jules,
Néanmoins le petit-déjeuner laisse un peu à désirer, car le choix est limité.

C'est un sans faute. Bravo! Et je suis un client expérimenté et difficile. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir et j'en ais déjà parlé à des amis et collègues.

We had a great stay. The room was lovely and the location was fantastic. The coffee was great (once we figured out how to get it to work) and the self serve wine bar was fun addition we just had to try.

I was pleased and happy with everything. The location is great!
The only thing that bothered me a bit, but was no big deal, was the room where the breakfast was served. It's too small and everyone bumps into each other.

Cet hôtel est mon choix préféré depuis quelques années. Très bien situé et une superbe vue sur les montagnes des Laurentides (5 ème étage) ou sur le Château Champlain. Très propre.

Très bonne location.en ville Tarif avec Tuango était un "deal" imbattable pour la qualité de l'hotel. Foyer à l'entrée est une touche très québequoise et appréciée. Choix au déjeuner un peu restreints, mais quand même correct.

We stayed with another traveling couple on the same floor. The staff was friendly and the rooms assigned in the old area where clean but dated. Getting your bags up the winding stairs to the old part of the hotel was a challenge as the passage ways are narrow.help is available. No elevator in this old section. The breakfast area is cramped as you had to dodge people and furniture to get to the food. Waffle machine was a plus. If you are bringing a car to this area and plan to use a spot at the hotel, you might practice maneuvering in tight spaces as the lot is cramped. (Small car are ok but larger cars could present difficulties. The hotel is in a good location which makes it easy to get to the charming upper town center.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour) Très bon emplacement. Le centre est à quelques pas et l'hôtel est très calme.
Ces quelques lignes sont là pour améliorer l'expérience:
* Ajouter des crèmes pour le corps dans la salle de bain ou autres. Les gens aiment les extras!
* Pour ceux qui souhaite travailler, ajouter une lumière plus forte dans les chambres. Lire des documents dans une ambiance feutrée et assez pénible.
* Ajouter des boissons fraîches dans les réfrigérateurs, voir une machine à café par étage ou dans les chambres; La gestion par carte à puce et une très bonne idée

We had a great time. However I have one issue with the $150 security deposit which has not been credited yet to my Visa. At check in I have asked this amount to be just hold and not charged to my Visa. Unfortunately the amount was charged to Visa same day September 22,2018. Today is October 2 and and Visa is still not credited with the $150. The Bank advised that could take up to 5-7 business days to get the credit from September 26 when I checked out. That is not acceptable.

Trois commentaires.
1- offrir un parapluie au client quitte à lui facturer s’il ne le retourne pas.
2- éliminer les verres en plastique dans les chambres. Pas eco du tout.
3- éteindre la lumière rouge qui scintille sur le téléphone.

The very most quiet hotel room we've EVER stayed in, but the cooling unit rattled off and on.
Front desk staff very, very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and travel directions.
Wow, they allowed early check-in with no extra charge!
Included breakfast buffet was delicious. Everything we wanted except bacon and sausage.
Every request was promptly seen to except for extra clothes hangers.
Would defininetly stay in #55 again. Great value for what we got!
