Excellent sejour.belle chambre. MAIS.
1.on a pas eu la chambre quon avait demander.on avait besoin d'une chambre pour travailler et on a eu la chambre romantique qui a meme pas de chaise.
2.en arrivant on se fait offrir le dejeuner continental et on se fait demander si on veux des oeufs a la coque sans se faire dire que ya absolument pas d'oeuf ou de viandes a la place.donc ne prenez pas le dejeuner continental.ya rien a pas du pain et des cereales

Very lovely little hotel. We were met by very nice staff and were shown to our room. It was not in the main building, but the annex. We had a terrific laugh when we saw the heart shaped tub, we didn't even get that on our honeymoon trip 46 years ago. Our room was large with a balcony overlooking the garden. There is a charge for breakfast so we went to a restaurant 5 minutes away.

Big letdown and not up to modern standards at all.
Firstly, booking is bizarre; I called to ask about availability while looking online and was told I could only book by phone. Not crazy, but they also provide no email confirmation and just a paper bill on arrival. So be sure your comfortable with that.
The day before arrival I informed them that I would be arriving at 8pm to check in. Not that late, I thought, but at 7: 45 I received a call telling me I was keeping them waiting. Interesting.
Arrival was dismal, no attendant to be found on arrival despite having received the impatient phone call 30 minutes ago. You have to use a labeled service-phone intercom thing to get an attendant, but that still took 5 minutes.
As, from what I can tell, 8pm in midnight in this town, I should probably excuse the least helpful desk person I have encountered.
I was then informed that as I had arrived post 8pm, I would not be able to partake in the breakfast. Confusing, as it is a self serve 8$ situation. Free at most places and without need for advanced warning, in my experience.
I forgot to ask, but no wifi password was provided, so I had to go to the desk to find out. 9pm and the staff are watching loud tv in another room, requiring you to use the labelled service-phone intercom thing to call them. As of 9pm, it just rings the front desk, where your standing. Awkward. Luckily one of them heard the ring over the tv. Password obtained.
The door to the room would not lock initially. And then you step inside; the rooms are, on the surface, pleasant. Up close, there is only a pump shower gel, no hand soap, no bars, no shampoo; this is to say that literally any motel has more accruements bathroom wise. So I hope you brought your full ablutions kit.
Don't turn the deadbolt to fast of the handle will come off. Lose that, and your locked in. I found mine after 2 minutes so no need to interrupt the staff tv time.
Speaking of bring your own, there is no restaurant, room service, or vending machines. The fridge contains milk packets though, so you get to enjoy some Quebec dairy.
The closest food is pub/bar food, and the McDonalds closes at 9, so good luck! There's an in room microwave though, so maybe its on purpose.
I was only looking to stop over on a business trip, so the lack of everything was not so rough, but as the target audience would seem to be couples looking for a getaway, I would say this place leaves you with a real want to "Get Away" and find a Hilton.

A great place. Clean and comfortable. Better than most hotels. Lots of little extras, like a balcony, wine glasses in the room, everything worked, the continental breakfast had good choices.

L' incitatif de prendre la chambre la romance avec un feux de foyers, mais qui ne fonctionne pas! En disant que le propane n'est pas encore fonctionnel mais que pour un supplément dans un autre chambre il fonctionne et bien sa manque un peut de transparence. Donc si vous choisissez la chambre romance et bien l'ambiance romance y perd quand même sont cachet romantique un brin ha oui.la télé se met en mode recherche de canal donc elle ne sert à rien.

The rooms are Very cozy, big, and clean.

Super belle hôtel, très propre, avec une super belle accueil, ces calme, et l idée du petit déjeuner sur place, ces super, et le prix a 7$par personnes, c'est abordable, ont adore vôtres hôtel et nous la refererons, a des gents de terrebonne et les environs. Tout étais plus que parfais! Ne changer rien, c'est la porte de vôtres réussite.merci pour tout ont va y revenir c'est sûr au plaisir Daniel et Rachel terrebonne
