Hôtel Château Roberval

Nous avons reçus un très bon accueil. L'intérieur de l'hôtel est impeccable et moderne. Il y a une piscine chauffée et un spa à l'intérieur. Tout est très propre et confortable. Que ce soit la chambre, le lit ou le spa.

J'aurais apprécié un peu de musique à la piscine. Et le souper est très simple. (Bon mais pas de la fine cuisine comme je pensais qu'il y aurait). Par contre, nous avons eu un très bon service et le personnel est accueillant et souriant.

Il y a plusieurs activités à faire dans le coin, dont le Zoo sauvage de Saint-Félicien que j'ai particulièrement apprécié. Il y a aussi de très beaux paysage.

L'hôtel se situe près de tout et il y a un centre d'achat juste à côté avec un IGA. Ce qui est très pratique puisque les chambres possèdent un petit frigo, un comptoir avec un percolateur pour le café et un micro-ondes.

Nous avons tellement apprécié que nous aimerions pouvoir revenir pour faire d'autres activités.

Tout est parfait, chambre très propre, piscine, convivialité du personnel. Bref j’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel

Stayed here in February 2023, no complaints. Room was clean, restaurant food was good. The staff spoke English. Access to snowmobile trails. Would stay here again.

Services très moyen attendre 1: 30 pour un déjeuner, insonorisation de la chambre absente, lampe défectueuse près du lit, et j en passe et des meilleures, bref beaucoup trop cher!

Belle piscine dans le centre de l'hôtel, tout est beau et propre mais les chambres sont un brin désuètes. Très bien pour le prix.

Très bel hôtel, avec de magnifiques chambres. Les repas étaient vraiment délicieux. Nous avons adoré notre séjour

We stay at this hotel for 1 night at first look on the internet it was looking good but let me tell you I was wrong

at the checking the woman look bored but did manage to give our key for the room but no other information was given

+ there is a pool and hot tub
+room not too small
+elevator accessible

here the negative point

- not the cleanest hotel I have seen lobby and hallway
- the room was not very clean
-staff not willing to help much
-bed is way to hard not comfy at all

-when we arrive and open the door of the room we could smell a strong smell of cigarette and pot.we then go down at the reception, just to make sure this hotel was non-smoker and they said yes, we advice them there is a strong smell of cigarette in the room and it was disgusting and they only said THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT

later that evening it was still the same problem and my daughter started coughing because the smell was coming from the next room (we could see the fume under the door between the two room)

I went down to the reception again and the lady said that she could not change our room because the hotel was full at this moment because of the Spanish fire fighter but she will go knock of the door to advice them about the situation

nothing change for the rest of the night, I will recommend you to stay away from this place if you can

Chouette Hôtel, avec un staff hyper sympathique dans un emplacement idéal à Roberval.
La chambre est propre et spacieuse, la bouffe était très bonne, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour

Dans les circonstances où ils ont reçu beaucoup de personnes qui ont été évacuées en peu de temps de Chibougamau, le service a été très bon.

Le service, l avcueil et tout le personnel mérite un BRAVO ET UN GROS MERCI! Alain votre client.

The hotel is good. I feel bad for the guys working in the restaurant. They are working so hard, only two, but it is busy and I don't know when we will get our food. Last week sledded around Quebec and no problems but here so understaffed. Better to avoid the restaurant and give these guys a break. Eat somewhere else and help them out. So after 1+15 we had the soup. Still waiting for dinner at 1+45. Definitely eat somewhere else. Went back to the kitchen and there were two people, a cook and a dishwasher. Now I understand why the service is slow. Food not bad but more than two hours to get dinner is too long for me.

Le restaurant, la piscine et les services sont bien mais la chambre côté piscine sent énormément le chlore et est désuet.

Nous avons été extrêmement déçus de notre séjour chez eux.
1-Le foyer électrique ne fonctionnait pas
2-La télécommande était réparé avec un tape électrique et fonctionnait à moitié
3-La machine à glace ne fonctionnait pas (depuis plusieurs jours selon l'état de celle-ci)
4-Le bain tourbillon avait près de la moitié des jets qui ne fonctionnait pas et n'était pas conforme avec la photo affichée sur votre site (très vieux et inconfortable).
5-La douche datait d'une autre époque, le caoutchouc de la porte était déchiré, il y avait plein de moisissure sur les joints (le ménage.) la robinetterie était très vieille et inefficace. Encore rien à voir avec la publication sur votre site.
6-Les oreillers étaient tous moutonneux et de très faible qualité.
7-Aucune vérification sur le nombre de personnes dans le spa ou dans la piscine.
8-Vue sur la piscine (ou plein de jeunes en tournoi criaient et il y avait un beat box. _)
Nous devions attendre l'ouverture du bistrot pour avoir de la glace.
Malgré le fait que nous avions mentionné notre insatisfaction rien n'a été fait.
Une des pire expérience dans un hôtel.
