Service à la clientèle vraiment pas professionnel ils rient des clients entre eux des caméras caché dans la chambre et ils disent ça doit être les clients avant nous qui les avaient mise la mais dans nos 3 chambre nous avons trouvé les petits caméras bien caché

Chauffage non ouvert, chambre de bain sale, puanteur dans la chambre, personnel à l'accueil non souriant.

Mobilier et murent asale, pas de passages de femme de ménage entre deux nuits, les photos parlent d’elles même. On entend le bruit de la route, le chauffage ne marche pas, ça pue dans la chambre. A fuir vu le mrix

Stayed 3 days. There was never room service. Some lights in the bathroom were busted. The carped floor is full of stains. Bathroom floor is stained too. Asked for a pillow and gave me one with no cover. Very limited parking spots, they might ask you to pay for parking two blocks away. It’s a low-quality hotel but the location is great for the price.

Good location, however for the price you can expect something better. Parking lot with a lot of debris and the entrance is waaaay too stretch. Rooms are poorly iluminated and elevators from past century

Terrible! Partly moldy rooms. Breakfast room tiny, very limited selection and if something is out then it is out.

Do not book this hotel.you cannot cancel and cannot rebook.expedia or other booking company cannot do anything.once ther receive the money.there is no way you cannot get any peny back.read all reviews before you book this hotel.all are true.positive side is only the location.room wise and services are bad. Be careful when you book this hotel. They charge more than on Expedia and ask for a larger deposit, twice more. There will be no parking as well, you have to find your own. The front desk staff was extremely rude, disrespectful, made no effort to be helpful. Attempted to extract twice the deposit amount, even after showing the Expedia contract, he refused to look at it. Would not share his name and said there is no Manager available to talk to. At some point I felt threatened that he will hit me.
This hotel need to spend some money on training their staff, he had no idea what Hospitality business is. Very disappointing and disgusting. Stay away from this place if you do not wish to spoil your vacation.

I mean, you get what you pay for. Covid protocol meant that they didn't clean our room during the entire stay. Floor was dirty before we arrived. Front desk was understaffed. Walls are thick, we didn't hear other guests while in the room.

There was no parking and was told to park at the hospital underground parking that is down the street. I didn't expect that as it did not mention that would be the case when booking the hotel.

Limited parking, rude stuff. Nobody clean your room, also nobody replaced dirty towels and bed sheets and etc. Nobody add toiletries. Bed bugs biting at night. In room very dusty carpet, ever for people's without asthma or allergies difficult to breathe. AC old and noisy. WI-FI mostly time is very slow, almost like Dial-up times. Hotel maked extra charges for what ever. It's typically ripped off. I get a $70 extra charge for cleaning garbage, which must be clean daily by stuff, but for 4 days, nobody clean up from hotel stuff. So completely misleading advertising about housekeeping daily. So actually I Doble pay for service. It's not a hotel level, it's level for the cheapest hostel. Highly not recommended this Hotel. Positive is only one thing- location.

I canceled my reservation within the free cancellation window through Booking.com way before my reservation dates. I finished my trip, stayed in another place, and when I checked my bank account, I saw a charge for five nights directly from Hotel Chrome out of nowhere. I called them three times; they said I have to call booking.com, but it was not booking.com who took the money; it was them. They were absolutely rude, and even I had to mention you owe me an apology. But the receptionist made this excuse that we were very busy, this kind of stuff happens. Anyway, booking.com called them and they confirmed the charge and didn’t even know why they charged me, but haven’t refunded me yet. I feel rubbed—horrible experience without even getting to say there.

This hotel doesn’t have great reviews but don’t let that discourage you. We enjoyed our time here, it’s close to downtown, old port and major tourist attractions and lots of restaurants around. Our room was clean, we got fresh towels every 3days! The lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly throughout our stay but that’s okay! There’s a lot going with people. Can’t blame her! Other than that, we loved it here!

Had a covid 19 diagnosis in the family. A friend, desperately trying to (help us reorganize a major move) accidently booked the wrong dates on Expedia. While it was a mistake during a very emotional time, this hotel refused (we just wanted to even move the dates) does not care about families struggling through the pandemic. They even tried to get us to cancel so they can make extra money on the room. Absolutely heartbroken for him. Disgusting policy during a time where we should be all coming together.

I don’t typically write reviews but one was needed for this. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were incredibly rude. They told us our room would be ready by 4 and it wasn’t ready until 5. Upon arrival we asked for parking and they let us know if was full and we would have to find parking elsewhere. The room was dirty and the sheets had stains on them. The towels had yellow spots on them and the overall feel was dirty and dingy. The shower water didn’t go down the drain and would look in the tub. The following day we put a sign on the door asking for it to be cleaned, however when we came back to the room at 3, it was still not cleaned. Not impressed whatsoever and would never stay here again.

Ice machine is broken, ac unit is week, bed is not the best, was given a room that was not turned down. Not worth more than $50 per nite.

Do not stay at this hotel! One star is being way too generous! We booked for the night of Aug 29th Room 315. When we got to the room the door was open - weird. Sheets on one of the double beds was dirty. There were no wash cloths in the bathroom just 2 dingy towels. The TV cable went out and when I went to call the front desk - we realized there was no phone. We were told someone was going to come up and clear up the issues - but no one came by the time we checked out at 8: 30 am.

Smell in room and the only ice machine was broken. Clean and comfortable. You get what you pay for.
