Despite being visibly renovated, the hotel still appears somewhat run-down. Although we stayed in a renovated room, laminate floor, Murphy bed, and bathroom tiles were broken/chipped. The mattresses were a bit dirty; sheets had holes. Housekeeping changed the towels and made the beds daily but didn't sweep the floors. I believe the hotel is doing its best. Additionally, two cardio machines were out of order in the gym. On the bright side, the pool is excellent for kids, and there are extra clean towels available in the pool area's cabinet, eliminating the need to bring your own from the room. It seems the hotel staff is striving to maintain cleanliness. There's an all-you-can-eat sushi place adjacent to the hotel, which is fantastic. The hotel is approximately a 15-minute drive from the downtown core.

J'ai été souvent a l'hôtel classique. Habituellememt tout va bien, sauf la machine à café ne fonctionne jamais.
Cette fois ci en arrivant, j'avais devant moi un réceptionniste qui avait de l'air tellement bête, sans aucun sourire. Il se promenait avec une carte dans le dos les deux mains croisées derieres et fesait comme si il réfléchissait à quelle chambre il allait me donner. Il me dit qu'il peut me proposer seulement deux chambres. Ces chambres, je n'aurais jamais payé plus de 50$ la nuit pour et j'avais payée 200$ la nuit. Il me propose une autre chambre indentique et je dit que je vais aller ailleurs que je descends pour régler le remboursement.
Et voilà qu'un gentil gérant prend le téléphone et me demande de venir a la reception qu'il va tout arranger. Ce gentil gérant était tout jeune et souriant et ça faisait du bien de faire affaire avec quelqu'un qui souriait et ne se prenait pas pour in autre.
Tout de suite, on me propose une chambre qui fait partie des chambres où l'on me place habituellement. Enfin tout va bien! Merci au jeune gérant de la réception au cheveux frisé noir!

Overall experience made me feel uncomfortable…
Check out was at 11am. At 9: 28am, we had someone WALK IN our room. No knock prior to entering, nothing. They used their key to walk in to see if the room was empty to clean. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. They then proceeded to come back at 10: 45 and knock to see if we were still in the room. I understand they are a busy hotel, but I’m paying $200 a night so I have the right to stay until 11am. Would not stay here again as I do not feel safe to sleep at a hotel knowing they will walk into my room whenever they please.

Chambre propre, personnel courtois et bien situé. Très apprécié d avoir le nécessaire à cusine dans la suite familiale. Ce n'était pas bruyant malgré la présence d équipe de hockey. Les ascenseurs sont petits, c'est problématique pour les familles nombreuses (2 adultes, 4 enfants). Nous avons dû attendre plus de 15 minutes pour avoir un ascenseur vide afin de pouvoir monter nos valises à l'étage. La piscine est bien, mais il faisait très froid. Je recommande.

Je vous déconseille de passer vos vacances dans un hôtel de t chips pas service ni propreté salle de bain et boucher pas air frais chambre très chaude rien qui marche

Aux 10 iem etage -10 de pression.ma hose a jardin est plus puissante.douche un filet d'eau lavabo on en parle mm pas mm pas capable de se laver les main.le robinet se rend pas en plus du -10 de pression.mur en papier bref pas vargeux xomme hotel.sa va avec le prix j'imagine

Ne peut pas ajuster le chauffage il faisait très chaud dans la chambre, on a dû ouvrir la fenêtre après avoir demander à la réception on a dit que c était normal et qu 'ils ne pouvaient rien faire, on a dû ouvrir la fenêtre (hiver)!
La propreté laisse à désirer, sous le lit escamotable il y avait plein de saleté! ! Il y avait de la poussière sur les meubles! Meubles très abîmés, Le divan était déchirer sur le bras Ça paraît vraiment mieux en photo! Très déçue!

We stayed for 2 nights. It was pleasant experience but out washroom had leakage and water started dripping at night and we had to change our room which was slight discomfort

Très bel hôtel moderne avec 2 bons restaurants (Cosmos et Shogun Shushi). Près de tout! J'y retournerais c'est certain!

The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. However the massive construction will start promptly at 7am. Do not plan on any extra sleep.

On est allé pour notre souper et party de Noël. L'hôtel est modernisé, très propre et au goût du jour.
La salle était grande, le service A1, la bouffe délicieuse.
Le tout, super centrale pour de gens qui travaillent au CHUL, ce fut parfait. On pouvait même aller à pied de l'hôpital.

I stayed there for a bit
When I got there the sheets and especially the blanket smelled like sweat so they clearly didn't change the bed sheets.
It also took 7 days before house keeping first attended my room after I asked the front desk. Don't get me wrong the staff are really nice but the service is terrible
They are a 4 star hotel but not sure how they got it.
The room and the hotel in general is ok but a little bit overpriced for the quality.
The fact that the blanket was super dirty gave me a really bad taste and I would not go back. Just see it as a two or maybe three stars type of place

The room was a decent size for our family of 6. The service wasn't too bad, but the parking didn't accommodate us because we have a large SUV that wouldn't fit in their parking garage, and so we had to park at the back of the building with the dumpsters.
The room was not clean. The bathtub had dirt in it and the drain was plugged. The bed that pulled down from the wall had dirty bedding. The bedroom had a dirty plastic cup sitting on the air conditioner, the coffee cream ans sugar packets were opened. The place was decently priced for the location, but there's reasons for that. I'd skip it.

The girl that served us was very very nice, she took good care of us although we were early. The room is big, spacious and very clean and modern. Great shower, bed comfortable with a nice view of the Boulevard Laurier. In the room there is a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, clock radio. We will be back at this hotel when visiting Québec again. We recommend.
