Très bonne surprise pour un hotel qui se situe un peu en dehors du centre de Quebec, mais très facile d'accès. Grand parking, chambres très propres, un peu cher mais en pleine saison des vacances, alors ça se comprend, petit déjeuner inclus (correct), l'hôtel est très calme. La literie, la salle de bain, de vrais plus. Rien à redire, je conseille vraiment.

Clean, and affordable! Had a wonderful and relaxing time! We were close to everything, multiple restaurants, surrounded with nearby stores! We enjoyed our stay for sure! Not even 20 minutes from Quebec City!

We just stayed for couple of days. Hotel was super clean and confortable. Coffee machine and refrigerator were nice addition. Good breakfast for a complimentary. They where awesome letting us check-in early after 8 hours drive. Awesome front desk. Location great 15 min to most attractions.

We stayed here for 1 night towards end of July.

The hotel was easy to find as it was nearby the highway. Check-in went smoothly, we were asked what colour and brand our vehicules were. We had booked a few classic double rooms which were on the second floor and really nice but a little dark at night as the lighting was not very strong. In the shower, shampoo and body wash are available.

As for the gym, it is small but has everything: a multi-function strength training machine, a treadmill, a stationary bike, an elliptical machine, a floor mat, a water dispenser and clean towels.

Breakfest is included and there is a good selection of food: bread toast, bagels, muffins, croissants, boiled egg, coffee, tea, etc.all fresh and delicious in the morning.

Check-out was also straight-forward. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights over two separate stays over three weeks. Rooms were completely renovated and spotlessly clean. Both the bed and bedding were very comfortable Bathrooms were a good size, modern and properly equipped. I'm not sure if all rooms were completely renovated at the time of this review but may have been. They were still in progress in some areas of the hotel at the time of our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was not hot but it still offered a very good variety. Thank you to the staff who continually kept the dining area stocked with food and kept it exceptionally clean. I would recommend this hotel. It was only 6 minutes from the Jean Lesage Airport.

L'hôtel est très propre et au goût du jour. La chambre était très confortable et la télévision avec Chromecast est un gros plus! L'hôtel est super bien située, proche des restaurants et à quelques minutes de l'aéroport de Québec en voiture. Finalement, le personnel était chaleureux et très serviable.

Excellent hôtel, très propre, bien localisé, confortable et convenable. Une agréable surprise. Petit dej aussi sympa sur place!

Rénové au goût du jour, déjeuner en salle apprécié car bien des hôtel profite avec dejeuner grab and go.

The AC couldn't be turned off completely and ran throughout the entire night with a rattling noise
Speaking of sth loud. The refrigerator inside the cabinet had a buzzing noise as well, turning on and off all the time, even louder than the ac

Breakfast: I do respect that there could not be the best breakfast due to covid rn
But the breakfast consisted of muffins, a Joghurt and a croissant. No bread, not even toast or bagels, nor ham or cheese or granola
We ate muffins and a croissant each every morning.
And it had to be picked up and eaten at the room

This could have been arranged way better

I didn't expect that I would need to learn french for my stay but unfortunately there was no way to communicate in english that it would be great to get a second croissant.

We were happy to see that we've got a chromecast connected to the tv
Unfortunately it didn't work, chromecast couldn't be found

We booked the room because it's not too near to Quebec city and because of the breakfast options. Unfortunately we weren't happy with our choice, considering the price for 3 nights which was around 500 cad

Accueil courtois et rapide. Les chambres sont minimalistes côté décoration, mais tout est en très bon état. Chambre bien propre (souvent je remarque dans les salles de bain, les miroirs sont mal lavé, mais dans ce cas ci c'était bien propre). Literie blanche, ce que j'apprécie parce que c'est plus facile de voir si c'est propre. Un point négatif (dans ma chambre du moins) était le bruit de la ventilation, c'était limite. J'avais des bouchons pour les oreilles, donc ça a été. Le resto est fermé (dommage, il semble joli) mais on peut allé chercher un plateau déjeuner (muffin, croissant, oeuf à la coque, jus d'orange, banane, pomme, fromage, café). Ok c'est pas la grosse gastronomie mais c'est plus qu'assez pour nous sustenter jusqu'au dîner. L'hôtel est en périphérie de la ville. Mais avec les autoroutes ça prend 15 minutes pour se rendre au centre-ville. J'étais là un samedi et le prix était très acceptable. J'y retournerai.

Everything is super clean and freshly renovated.the bed is very comfortable. Had a great experience there. Highly recommend. Would of give it a five if the breakfast is served full and hot.

Très propre… très accueillant … déjeuner copieux malgré la pandémie…œuf, yogourt, muffins, croissants, jus, fruits, etc… je reviendrai c’est certain.

Stayed here for 1 night, clean room and beds are very comfortable. Shampoo and body wash provided, no body lotion. Breakfast is included; you pick what you want for breakfast and it’s served to you (due to COVID restrictions). The dining area was closed so you bring the food to your room. The lady serving the breakfast was efficient and friendly. Would return again.

We stayed at a number of hotel during a road trip in July-August and this was definitely one of the better ones. It was sparkling clean, was upscale in in every quality, and their bagged breakfasts were by far better than the garbage that most hotel hand out. Would return in a heartbeat when I am in the area again. The only reason for 4-stars instead of 5-star was because our room initially reeked of cigarette smoke when I checked in, and the staff had to reassign us to another room. The cleaning staff should have rectified the cigarette smoke before issuing the room out again. The hotel gave me a $20 credit for the inconvenience, and I hope they go after the previous guest for being such arses.

Good price for a night or two. Clean and excellent service. Hotel has a nice concept of parking your vehicle near your room

Accueil rapide et courtois, malgré notre arrivée tardive. Chambre confortable de style moderne et très propre offrant de belles commodités. Formule pratique de petit-déjeuner en sac à emporter étant donné les restrictions dues à la Covid-19. Je recommanderais à mon entourage et j’y retournerais sans hésiter.

L'endroit était très bien, le prix abordable, le personnel professionnel, tout était PROPRE, l'accueil.accommodant. Pendant les 2 semaines de la construction. Sans réservation, dernière minutes. Merci et surtout. À deux pas du Cabaret Carol!

Personnel très professionnel, souriant et accueillant. Chambre rénovée avec bon goût au rez-de-chaussée avec accès à l'extérieur, très propre avec senteur subtile d'huile essentielle, lits vraiment confortables, grande douche vitrée, et sac déjeuner (covid) très complet. Bornes gratuites pour recharge véhicules électriques très appréciées. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel! Merci, Louise

Lit King tellement confortable, très propre et personnel très professionnel, dejeuner dans un SAc pas apprécié, protection COVID exceptionnel, tout aurait été parfait sans le déjeuner.taxe d'hébergement (pas compris) et ensuite on charge des taxes sur ce sous total des taxes.

Beau, propre, déjeuner continental bon mais devenu trop cher depuis les rénovations. Des chaînes plus luxueuses sont du même prix. Possibilité de laisser sa voiture là si vous allez en voyage.

Très mauvais séjour. J'avais réservé une chambre avec 2 lits Queen et on n'avait absolument pas tenu compte de notre demande. On est arrivé tard le soir et la réception a donné notre chambre réservée à d'autres pour ne pas séparer un groupe. Pas très intelligent de sa part.
Et l'endroit pour déjeuner, du moins cette journée là, était tout à fait dégueulasse. Très malpropre. Et aucune excuse de la direction pour l'inconvénient de la chambre.

Chambre impeccable, très bon accueil, mais nous avons eu droit à des courses d’enfants sans surveillance des parents au rez-de-chaussée et étage du dessus. Heureusement, ça a cessé vers 21: 00 heure. J’ose espérer que ça ne sera pas la même chose à mon prochain séjour.

Déjeuner pas terrible et prix un peu cher en période du Carnaval de Québec mais rempli bien sa fonction

Super hotel, personnel à l'accueil extrêmement gentils, chambre très propre, bien isolé on n'entend à peine un enfant qui cours dans le couloir. Lits très confortable. Bon rapport qualité prix, il ne manque que la piscine intérieur, il y aurait de la place au milieu!

The front desk staffs are fantastic and helpful. The location is convenient, 20 mins drive to a skii resort and 30mins drive to Quebec old town.

Excellent service, toujours parfaitement propre. J'y suis allé deux fois et j'ai été plus que satisfait à chaque fois!

La chambre est belle et propre. La salle de bain avec douche vitrée et distributeurs pour le savon et shampooing. La salle de gym est fait dans la grandeur d'une chambre et manque de ventilation, ça sentait mauvais. Le déjeuner: les jus sont fait de cristaux, pour se servir nous sommes à l'étroit (une impression d'être le boxing Day). Pour moi a part la chambre, le gym et le petit déjeuner ne serai pas un critère de sélection.

Comfortable, clean, modern and very reasonably priced. Location is ideal, close to main arteries and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Continental breakfast is adequate.

The wifi doesn't work in the rooms. Breakfast is very basic and not a lot of space to get the food with such a small space and a lot of people. Could use hdmi on the tv which was disappointing cause we needed some English entertainment. Need another garbage bin and more klenex besides the ones just in the bathroom. On the plus side, it was great having a king size bed with a nice bathroom. The were clean presentable when you first walk in. Just feel like they cheaped out on stuff, especially considering what you pay to stay here. Even the workout room isnt great. Like the fact that our vehicle is just parked outside our door.

Les réceptionistes étaient super gentils! Chambre très belle et très propre, avec la TV, parking gratuit, très bon petit déjeuner continental. Bref je n'ai rien à dire de négatif:) En plus, très bon prix!

Very nice hotel I was there on July 24th 2018 with my family for one night we enjoyed our stay, room is cleanand Renovated, breakfast is good and stuff are very friendly.
Also the hotel is close to downtown and airport I highly recommend it

Hotel très propre, un peu à l'écart de la ville mais proche de l'aéroport. Notre place de stationnement etait juste en face de la porte de notre chambre (Très très apprécié). Le déjeuner en plan européen (pain à volonté, yogourt, Oeufs dur, céréales.)

Très luxueux et pratique pour les gens qui ne parle pas français. Les gens de la réception parlent plusieurs langues et cela est donc pratique pour les touristes. Le déjeuner est bien varié.

Modern clean room and bathroom, and a very nice continental breakfast. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Très bon hôtel. Nous y sommes descendus deux fois. Prix compétitifs, chambres modernes, propres, lits confortables. Bonne insonorisation. Le petit déjeuner continental est copieux. Le personnel est courtois. Le Vieux Québec est facilement accessible en auto et restos et magasins sont accessibles à pied.

Par contre. LE BRUIT.j'ai eu du mal avec la fenêtre et les voisin d'en dessous et haut. 1h33 a.m. Toujours impossible de fermer l'oeil.
