Room experience: Beds were made of 100% cotton, which was nice, but the shower room was filthy disgusting. The curtains were covered with molds and mildew at the bottom. The bathroom fan was louder than my phone speaker.
Employees: The guy was 4/10 in answering our question while the girl was 9/10 for telling us where to park in the morning and giving us direction where is the breakfast location will be at.
Breakfast: The kitchen and dining room is clean, but the food served was like tim horton but not assembled. But it's free, I guess.
My POV: Spend a little more money for Marriott or Hilton than trying to cheap out. After reservation for a room, they told us no elevator or parking, which was misleading on their google page.

My home away from home in Montreal. Quiet hotel and neighborhood, cozy rooms, beautiful decoration, super friendly staff, and close to Sherbrooke subway station. Never tried the breakfast because there is an awesome cafe inside the station where I go everyday. Not suitable for people who have problems going up the stairs (no elevator). Best value for my buck.

Steep unavoidable stairs to every room.
The room I was in was absolutely tiny. Possibly the smallest based on the floor plan.
There was a black mold on the wall beside the bed coming from the a/c.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est adéquat. C'est pour ainsi dire le seul point positif.
Le lieu n'est pas entretenu et n'est en rien semblable aux photos!
Nous avons passé 5 nuits sur place et le ménage n'a pas été fait une seule fois dans la chambre, malgré l'écriteau sur la poignée mentionnant notre demande.
De plus nous avons vu une souris et des pièges sous le lit!
La majorité des réceptionnistes ne parlait pas francais et semblait peu au fait du fonctionnement de l'hotel.
Aucun remboursement ne nous a été octroyé. Seule une réduction de 20% (inutile) sur une prochaine venue nous a été offerte.
Impossible de contacter le responsable.
Passez votre chemin, ne perdez pas votre temps!

The receotionist was not welcoming. Our first toom was at 10.5°C and the toilet didnt work. We had to switch rooms, which wouldn’t go hugher than 18°C. We were freezing. When we needed a firk to eat, she wouldn’t give us one. Or when we needed a garbage in the lobby, she said no.just very odd. Wifi didnt work either. I guess thats what u can expect from a 3 star hitel. And breakfast is NOT gluten friendly, only toast, bsgels and muffins.

I stayed here before and always like the heritage vibe of this property. Both owners are amazing! I know them both now! One of the owner came personally to greet me and check on me if everything is fine! Very old property and you enjoy fine morning breakfast! Beds were very comfortable! Highly recommended
