Possibilité de stocker ses valises lorsqu'on a rendu la chambre
Par contre: pas d'étagère dans la salle de bain, le ménage n'a jamais été fait (même en mettant le panneau SVP veuillez faire ma chambre) ce qui est gênant en hiver car même en faisant attention et en utilisant le bac pour mettre nos chaussures on rentre quand même beaucoup de petits gravillons, du coup les poubelles ne sont pas vidées non plus.

Wonderful experience here. Light on amenities, but you can't beat the price or location. I was able to walk everywhere and even park my car nearby for a reasonable price (15 CAD per weekend day).

A minimalist style automatic hotel, everything is arranged by mail and electronic codes, it lacks the human hospitality touch. The location is good a little far from the old Québec but right next to Cafés and bars.

Tldr: hotel only 2 stars, location is the only thing they have, maybe 3 stars if they actually answered the phone.

Very cute building on the outside but the inside doesn't match. Redone interior is what a goth first year interior designer thought was cool in 2014; harsh and unwelcoming. But even aside from the gloomy decor the staff as just as unwelcoming. Saw the person at the desk actively ignore our phone call when we were locked out and hadn't been given the code to the door with the reservation Beds were comfy and clean but amenities were lacking for sure - tiny bathroom without any shelves or space for your toiletries, not even a space to hang your towel that isn't directly above the toilet, so you bump into your wet towel when you sit down. Coffee machine doesn't have the right size filters or enough coffee beans for a full pot PLUS you can't plug it in because there is only one accessible outlet in the room and it is nowhere near the coffee pot. Hallways are dark with terrible lighting, it made my friend actually dizzy when going down the hall. The lighting in the rooms is also atrocious. Cleaning was also suspect (see photo below). All to say, overpriced hotel in good location but definitely only a 2 star hotel, 3 stars maybe if they answered the phone.

Chambre et lit confortable. Par contre, ce ne sont pas toutes les chambres qui ont un mini frigo! À mon avis, c’est de base dans une chambre d’hôtel. Aussi aucune tablette dans la douche pour mettre nos produits ça aussi c’est de base et surtout qu’il y a des commentaires à ce sujet qui date de 2 ans dans les avis

Chambre design, literie très confortable mais hôtel impersonnel. Reste très cher pour les services proposés.

First. Our room wasn't clean and made up when we went in.

Then, they upgraded us across the road and up the street. Ok. Yes. Worth the hassle.

Then, after about 10 minutes they came and told us we could not have the upgraded room. Psyche! We had to pack up and carry our stuff back to the original building to a "clean room. " Just bad management all around. We waste an hour getting yanked around. And the clean room? Well, it stank. And the aircon spit water every once in awhile. And when I wrote management about this, no reply.

So yeah. Unpleasant four days in Quebec because of poorly managed hotel. And it really is management. Not the workers. Do yourself a favour. Skip this hotel.

The rooms are not clean don't be fooled by the shiny new decorations. Checking in was a nightmare as our first room was not clean so upgraded to the lofts then rudely by the management sent back to the other rooms. The third room had a very bad smell ac was leaking water etc. At this point we just said ok this is the best we can do. Sigh what an unfortunate 4 nights. We did complain and there was no response.

Ces lofts sont connus pour être propres et à des prix raisonnables, j'en ai justement un à 10 mètres de chez moi.

Supposedly this was a hotel room vs.a "Loft" this had no phone in the room to reach a front desk attendant and many times people were not there. The room was plenty roomy and clean but lacked a few simple conveniences. No hooks in the bathroom to hang a robe or towel. No telephone to reach a front desk.

Dans la chambre à coucher 26 degrés j au demander un ventilateur 2 jours pour avoir un ventilateur il essayé de me passer ça sur ma responsabilité wow j ai parlé au service pourtant? Ont payé la totalité pourtant 2 jours sur le divan coller sur la climatisation

The rooms showed cleanliness and comfort, accompanied by swift hot water supply. The front staff proved to be pleasant and attentive. However, we were uncertain whether room cleaning services were included, as we did not receive them during our stay. Also, the castle was a 20-25 minute walk from the hotel.

Had a very bad experience trying to book a room at this hotel. Staff were extremely rude to me on the phone as I attempted to get more information to finalize my booking.

This is unfortunately a late review from over an year ago but had to still post it.

We paid to stay for multiple nights.

First room we had checked in had a clogged toilet and a used tampon in the bathroom. The room had clearly not been cleaned well. We mentioned it to the hotel staff, they moved us to a 2nd room.
The 2nd room was still dirty. The sofa had some sort of sticky residue (probably food). We decided to stay the night as we were too tired. We were unable to get a good night sleep because the sheets reeked of bleach. It wasn't the "it's been cleaned" but more of, "it was soaked in bleach and we didn't wash it". Both of us woke up with severe migraines.
At this point, at 7 am in the morning we were no longer able to stay there. We contact the hotel staff, they came in and saw the condition of the room and said that they can move us to a 3rd room but the 3rd room will still have the issues with the sheets. We no longer wanted to deal with this. We asked the hotel for an early checkout agreeing to pay in full for the night we stayed and request a refund for the rest. Had to talk to their management and desk staff for 2 hours and in the end they said that they will not refund us any of the additional nights that we aren't staying. They "checked us out" without giving us a refund so they can turn around and re-rent the room and earn 2x that weekend. Win for them.
We had to get a room at Fairmont because that was the only hotel that had rooms that weekend and pay crazy Fairmont prices. In the future, I would re-check into Fairmont (and pay their prices) if the alternative is Les Lofts Charest. I would avoid these people at any cost.

Nous avons trouvé la chambre propre et les murs généralement bien insonorisés. La chambre est également très belle.

Beau mais pas si propre et pratique que ça.
L'appartement est beau, l'insonorisation moyenne par contre, vous entendez les gens marcher sur votre tête. Comme le LC208 donnait sur une cour intérieure, le bruit du boulevard ne s'entendait pas trop, sauf camion lourd donc très bien. Si vous donnez sur le boulevard Charest, vous ne dormirez pas beaucoup à mon avis. Cet appartement n'a aucune penderie donc vous ne savez pas où placer vos manteaux. C'est un choix étrange pour un appartement ayant une laveuse sécheuse, une fonction familiale avec les lits superposés. Donc pas pratique du tout. De plus quand on réserve, on voit 1 chambre avec un grand lit double, une chambre avec lits superposés. Sauf que les lits superposés ça ressemble plus à un garde robe aménagé qu'à une chambre.
Réfrigérateur, il y avait un produit collant sur une étagère de la porte et dans le congélateur, une boite entamée de gaufres. Cela veut dire que le nettoyage n'a pas été fait. J'avertis la réception, à notre retour du restaurant le soir, toujours pareil. Personne n'est venue corriger la situation.

Très mauvais service. Incapable d'accomoder leurs clients pour une petite modification. Je ne recommande pas du tout de faire affaire avec eux.

Aucun arrangement possible avec le service client pour déplacer une réservation d’une nuit bien que les nuits demandées soient disponibles.
Pas très commerçant ça. Dommage.

J'ai trouvé les chambres vraiment spacieuses et agréable, le lit était confortable. Je trouve que c'était vraiment un bon rapport qualité prix pour Québec

Great little hotel. Location is not amazing if you want to be closer to the old town and all the activities.
