Hôtel Le Dauphin Montréal Centre-Ville

Had an excellent stay while attending a concert at Centre Bell.
Conveniently located with great access to every thing Downtown. Friendly staff, good breakfast, just around great stay. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passés une semaine pour Noël 2023 à l'hôtel Le Dauphin Centre-Ville à Montréal et c'était un séjour au top.
Emplacement idéal, tous les spots à voir de la ville peuvent être fait à pied, plusieurs stations de métro à côté de l'hôtel, rue calme, palais des congrès à 1 min à pied, au top vraiment! Nous avions la chambre 812 (8eme étage donc) très très spacieuse, le lit king size au top, nous avons hyper bien dormi, linge de lit parfait et chaud, coin bureau avec un Mac à dispo, coin détente avec chaise à bascule et table basse devant les baies vitrées en angle, salle de bain grande et immense douche. Tout était propre, ménage bien fait tous les jours, remplacement des serviettes de toilette chaque jour (très appréciable), articles de toilette présent (savon main, gel douche, shampooing etc) et le petit plus le sèche cheveux est un Dyson!
Le petit déjeuner est varié et excellent, réapprovisionner régulièrement, continental donc sucré et salé présent, thé et cafés divers, fruits etc. L'accueil et la réception aux petits soins et serviables. Le plus, revenir à l'hôtel et pouvoir se servir gratuitement un café ou thé dans le salon très appréciable. Idem, laveuse et sécheuse à disposition gratuitement, juste la lessive à acheter 1$!
Ravis de notre séjour et de tous les bons côtés et les prestations offertes gracieusement à leurs clients bravo il est rare de trouver ce genre d'hôtel et nous reviendrons forcément chez vous pour un prochain séjour sur Montréal.

Cet hôtel est exceptionnel. Il est calme, bien situé près du Vieux Montréal et décoré avec goût. On est chaleureusement reçu, le délicieux petit-déjeuner est inclu dans le prix de la chambre, ce qui est rare. La literie est d’une qualité remarquable et il y a des Mac et des sèche-cheveux Dyson dans les chambres. Si besoin est, on peut aussi utiliser une machine à laver.
Tout est parfait et on attend déjà avec impatience d’y revenir, tant on s’y sent bien.

It is an ok hotel for the price. 5 minute walk to Notre Dame. 10 minutes to Old Montreal and St Lawrence River. Breakfast is extremely limited. There was someone's hair on the bathroom ceiling, shampoo and body wash bottles where empty when we arrived. Sleep was adequate, good beds. Parking is a 5 mins walk at the convention centre, very expensive at $30 a night no in and out privileges.

Excellent location for visiting the city. A little inconvenient for parking, it is not provided but they recommend a nearby underground car park at a good price. The room is beautiful, in an industrial style. Very clean and well equipped. I was a little disappointed that they didn't provide a bottle of water in the room, it's a nice delicacy to receive especially when temperatures are high and in a hotel of this calibre. Unfortunately I didn't like the breakfast. Dried brioches, little choice in terms of salty. I was quite disappointed. In the room there are also an Apple computer and a Dyson hair dryer, I would have also appreciated the absence of the latter in exchange for greater attention and refinement in breakfast and customer care. In any case I would recommend it, we had a great sleep and the location was really great.

Très satisfaite de mon court séjour à cette hôtel! J’y retourne sans hésiter. La chambre était propre et spacieuse, le personnel était sympathique et le petit déjeuner continental était très bien et servi de bonne heure.

The hotel staff were all friendly and check-in was smooth. Breakfast was included for my booking and the selection are pretty wide. There were cereals, yoghurt, milk, juice, bread, croissant, coffee, tea, butter, cheesestick etc. Do note that it stops at 10am. The King room is clean and I got the view over the street.

Enjoyed our stay, room was spacious and they have the unfinished look going for the hotel but it adds to the feel. From working in the hotel industry for a while, the one thing that catched my eye was there was a Mac computer for your personal use in the room. One down side though, if your not a early riser you won't catch breakfast.overall good stay, easy access to old Montreal and subway.

Beau design tant dans le hall que dans les chambres, lit très confortable, service souriant et professionnel. L'emplacement est idéal, entre le Vieux-Montréal et le centre-ville; difficile de faire mieux! Prix très compétitif pour un produit aussi design. On y reviendra systématiquement à chaque passage à Montréal, mensuellement. Shampooing et revitalisant de qualité inférieure mais ce n'est que détail sans importance

Beautiful hard-wood floors in tastefully redecorated rooms. Clean, quiet and a very comfortable bed. Friendly service. Definitely recommend!

Bien aimé près du cartier chinois et vieux port, le staff super gentil très accommodant.propre, lit confortable, belle chambre aux goûts du jour.

Hotel Dauphin is great value! We booked room for two end of Sept. 2021 and the room has large ceilings, spacious and was extremely comfortable, very clean and functional. The only thing I wish they had is microwave. Also, hand sanitizer on each floor lobby would have been good idea. The hotel is close to major attractions. Great service. Covid-19 protocol was well in place. General coffee station has variety of options to choose from! Loved that. Breakfast was grab and go and the Nutella croissants in breakfast were good!

Overall relaxing stay.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff were super friendly. Location is amazing and will be back in the future guaranteed.

What a pleasant hotel find in Montreal! Super modern, spacious room, clean, free breakfast and nearby parking. Walking distance to anything worth seeing. Would stay here again for sure

Last week 3 days we stayed there, super clean, very friendly staff, all in all a perfect place to stay, we were with 2 other families too, we all had a very good time.

The rooms are very spacious and modern. The concrete walls make it that there is no sound from the outside. The staff was fantastically helpful and friendly when we asked for directions and recommendation. I will be coming back for sure!

The service here was impeccable. Everyone is so kind and understanding - they cater to your needs all you have to do is ask. The rooms themselves are just superb. If you stay anywhere else in Montreal you've lost out on a hidden gem.

We took an overnight flight from Vancouver and arrived at the hotel 5 hours before the check-in, and they let us into our room. The service was excellent, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is great. I would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed here for the August long weekend, a gentlemen named Kevin checked us in and was nothing but accommodating, professional and polite.

There was a minor issue with the original room we were booked to stay in but Kevin offered us not only an alternative room but an upgraded one as well.

Not only was the service and hotel great, but the location is close to everything you would want to visit or see in Montreal (at least for us).

We will absolutely be returning when we are visiting in town again, we recommend this location to anyone choosing to stay in Montreal overnight.

Nice modern and quite hotel to stay in. Very close to where we want to visit.

Parking is a bit of an issue but can be dealt with.

Ordinaire douche etroite. Une table de nuit chaise berceuse et une de bureau rien de confortable

Bien apprécié la chambre (suite junior) et le petit déjeuner.seul bémol pas de stationnement à l'hôtel, il faut aller dans les stationnements publics.
